Abstract

The failure to realize the development of an Integrity Zone towards WBK/WBBM is due to the lack of systematic and consistent changes in mindset and work culture. This failure is due to the fact that effective work mechanisms have not been formed, the mindset of employees in public services has not been formed, and leaders have not optimally provided influence as role models. Relevant theory as stipulated in Permenpan RB Number 90 of 2021. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Research results (1) The involvement of all employees is very important because it shows commitment and responsibility in developing the Integrity Zone (2) Asepk of Change Management is collective work and high commitment from employees. (3) Optimizing Change Management, including establishing changes in mindset and work culture, in the leadership change agenda as role models have high optimism. (4) Controlling resistance to change requires strategic efforts to handle it.

Abstract

This research uses multiple linear analysis testing methods, using manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period. The results show that profitability has a negative and significant influence on the company's debt policy. Managerial ownership has no influence on debt policy in manufacturing companies. This study supports the signaling theory which states that debt can be a signal to investors.

Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of the application of production and marketing ethics at PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, a state-owned company operating in the information and communication technology services sector in Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach, this research aims to understand how PT Telkom applies ethics in the marketing activities of its products, as well as the impact caused by the application of ethics. Secondary data from literature study is used as the main source of information. The results of this research are expected to provide insights for PT Telkom to improve the application of ethics in its operational activities, as well as useful for the government in formulating policies related to marketing ethics in Indonesia. In addition, this research is also expected to help the public in understanding the importance of marketing ethics, and encourage them to choose ethically produced products.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low work ethic and low quality of service provided by officers at the Baregbeg Village Office, Lakbok District, which was the driving force for this research. This can be seen from the many complaints from the public regarding various issues related to employee performance. Employees at the Baregbeg Village Office are able to operate optimally if a service is handled well. Employee performance is influenced by several factors, including service quality and work discipline. The purpose of this research is to be able to find out a problem formulation, namely whether or not service quality and work discipline influence employee performance. Service quality, which also considers how well the service is carried out, will determine the level of community satisfaction. Effective employee performance in the workplace is very dependent on work discipline. The following findings from this research use quantitative approach techniques and explanatory methods, with the following results: 1. Employee performance is significantly and partially influenced by service quality, this is indicated by the t test value of 4.259, 2. Employee performance is significantly and partially positively influenced by work discipline, with a t test value of 4.904, 3. Employee performance is influenced positively and significantly by service quality and work discipline as indicated by the F test result of 37.329.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of motivation and work environment on work productivity both partially and simultaneously. The population of this research is employees at the Jogja Electric Motorcycle Dealer (BANZ ELECTRIC MOTORCYCLE), totaling 20 employees. and the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. This type of research includes quantitative research. Data collection was carried out using primary data. The data collection technique in this research is a questionnaire. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis uses multiple regression tests with the SPSS 24 program. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the Motivation variable has no influence and is not significant on Work Productivity, the Work Environment variable has a significant influence on Work Productivity, and the Motivation and Work Environment variables simultaneously have an influence positive and significant on Work Productivity. As a consideration, companies should pay more attention to the motivation provided, and continue to pay attention to the work environment so that employee work productivity results can increase.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how patient satisfaction is influenced by service quality and trust. This research used a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling strategy utilized an unintentional sampling approach. Questionnaires were used in data collection. Using multiple linear regression analysis, F test, coefficient of determination, t test, validity and reliability tests, as well as other quantitative analytical techniques are used to analyze the data. Based on the t test, the relationship between patient satisfaction and the quality of health services partially produces a value of 7.968, while the relationship between patient satisfaction and trust produces a value of 5.350. Based on the F test results of 128.788, this means that the quality of health services and trust simultaneously influence patient satisfaction. This research found that patient satisfaction at UPTD Puskesmas Sadananya was influenced positively and significantly by service quality and trust, both partially and simultaneously. Recommendations for this research include, among others, that the UPTD director of the Sadananya Community Health Center carry out routine assessments to uphold services and warn medical personnel to provide a friendly and kind attitude.

Abstract

In an organization, performance can be influenced by the work environment and organizational climate. Organizational performance is greatly influenced by the organizational climate and work environment, both physical and non-physical. To encourage employees to be more responsible and focused on their work, an organization must always pay attention to and be able to create a pleasant, comfortable and safe work atmosphere. Based on initial observations, the problems at the KPU and Bawaslu offices in Ciamis Regency are that there are still delays in completing work, inadequate infrastructure, and so on. This can result in hampered employee performance. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The research results are as follows: 1). Employee performance is influenced positively and significantly by organizational climate. This means that the higher the employee's performance, the better the organizational climate will be. On the other hand, the performance of employees at the KPU and Bawaslu offices in Ciamis Regency will be disrupted if the organizational climate worsens. 2). Employee performance is influenced positively but not significantly by the physical work environment. 3). Employee performance is influenced positively and significantly by the non-physical work environment. 4). The physical and non-physical work environment, as well as the organizational climate, all influence employee performance positively and significantly.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT XYZ. The research employed a qualitative method with primary data collected through interviews with nine employees, and secondary data obtained from books and other relevant sources. The interviews revealed that PT XYZ provided compensation based on employee performance, using a daily wage system and providing allowances. However, some employees expressed dissatisfaction with the given salary and allowances. Meanwhile, the work environment was considered supportive, with employees assisting each other and supervisors conducting oversight. The study concluded that PT XYZ needs to improve its compensation policy and provide a better work environment to enhance employee job satisfaction. Further research with a broader scope is recommended to gain more comprehensive insights.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, which began in 2020, has altered societal behavior patterns, including an increased reliance on online streaming services such as Netflix. This article analyzes the pandemic's impact on Netflix's services and the factors influencing post-pandemic user purchase intent. Through data and news quotations, this article highlights the significant growth of new Netflix users during the pandemic and the company's response to increased demand. Additionally, previous research on advertising appeal, brand image, and price perception is examined to understand how these factors affect user purchase intent. The research findings indicate that purchase decisions significantly influence user purchase intent for Netflix services. This finding is consistent with previous studies emphasizing the crucial role of advertising appeal in influencing purchase intent. Furthermore, a positive brand image has been proven to increase user purchase intent. However, in the context of price perception, no significant impact on purchase intent was found, underscoring that price does not significantly affect online customer purchase intent. In conclusion, to enhance user purchase intent and decision-making, it is important to consider advertising appeal and brand image aspects in Netflix's marketing strategy.

Abstract

Indomaret and alfamart are retail stores that are often side by side and are always visited by many consumers every day to shop. This is an indication that there is something influencing their behavior to come back to these retail stores. This article explores the causes of the crowds of consumers who come every day at indomaret and alfamart based on the availability of discounts at the two retail stores. The purpose of this study is to determine whether consumers shop at these two retail stores because of discounts or there are other reasons that support this behavior. The author used a quantitative method with an observation and interview approach. The sample size was set at 50 customers, with details of 25 Alfamart and 25 Indomaret customers in the area around Medan State University. The results showed from the data collected that 34% of Indomaret or Alfamart visitors came to the retail store out of necessity. While coming because of a discount of 26% where this figure is below the first variable. This indicates that discounts do not have a significant effect on consumer purchasing behavior of indomaret and alfamart retail stores.
