Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of product quality, word of mouth (WOM) and brand image on product purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all consumers who purchased Karanganyar love brownies for the 2024 period with a sample size of 100 respondents determined using purposive sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that product quality has an insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for consumers of Brownies Cinta Karanganyar, word of mouth has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for consumers of Brownies Cinta Karanganyar and brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for consumers of Brownies Cinta Karanganyar. The F test results show the calculated F value of 28,720 with a p value (significance value) of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The test result of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) is 0.457, meaning that the magnitude of the contribution of the independent influence of X1 (Product Quality), X2 (Word of Mouth) and X3 (Brand Image) on Y (Purchase Decision) is 45.7%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of behavioral accounting in the Maumere branch of the Sangosay credit cooperative regarding 4 important things, namely attitudes, emotions, motivation and perception. To determine the impact of behavioral accounting on employee performance. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is using an interactive analysis model. This interactive analysis begins with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The activities are carried out in an interactive form with the data collection process as a cyclical process. The results of the research show that the Maumere branch of the Sangosay credit cooperative has not fully implemented behavioral accounting with 4 important indicators, namely attitude, emotion, motivation and perception. The results of research on the impact of behavioral accounting highlight that employee absenteeism at the Sangosay credit cooperative is still very high, and indirectly slows down the savings and loan service process and affects team efficiency at the Maumere branch of the Sangosay credit cooperative.

Abstract

The research examines the influence of liquidity, total asset turnover, thin capitalization, and profitability on tax aggressiveness in metal and similar sub-sector companies. The population in this research is metals and similar sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in financial reports for the 2019-2023 period. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling method and a sample of 15 companies was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26.0 software. The research results show that liquidity and thin capitalization do not have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness, while total asset turnover and profitability have a positive and significant effect on tax aggressiveness.

Abstract

Home industry DJADWA Bread is a company operating in the food sector that focuses on making bread. Inventory is one of the most important assets in a company, because on the one hand the company can reduce costs by reducing inventory and on the other hand it can cause production to stop and consumer satisfaction to decrease. The aim of this research is to analyze the efficiency of inventory costs for raw materials for flour, sugar and butter using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method, which consists of the Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Period Order Quantity methods. (POQ). Theresearch results show that the total raw material inventory for Material Requirement Planning, especially using the Economic Order Quantity method, will obtain the most efficient raw material inventory costs. This is proven by the total cost of raw material inventory according to the policy of IDR 4,599,790 while Lot For Lot is IDR 3,600,000, Economic Order Quantity is IDR 1,436,338 and the Period Order Quantity method is IDR 3,600,000, then from the results of the total inventory calculation raw materials, then the MRP Material Requirement Planning method uses the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) technique, because by using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) technique Home Industry DJADWA bread in Demangan can achieve the most efficient raw material purchasing costs compared to current company policies and LFL and POQ methods.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate ratings and online customer reviews on shopee users' purchasing decisions. The population used in this study were all users of the Indonesian shopee marketplace using a sample of 120 shopee users. The respondent selection technique in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with an incidental sampling type. Data collection in this study used a digital questionnaire (google form). This study used a quantitative method with data analysis techniques for convergent validity tests, reliability tests, discriminant validity tests, multicollinearity tests, r-square tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study indicate that ratings have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 6.508> Zscore 1.96 and online customer reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of 16.615> Zscore 1.96. The r-square test shows that ratings and online customer reviews simultaneously influence purchasing decisions by 88.1%.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important part of a company to grow and excell in its business. The reason for this research to be conducted is becasue only limited research has been to study the influence of work culture, compensation, and work motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance. The researcher used a quantitative research approach. This study used a Slovin sample of 92 people from a population of all employees at PT. Paramount Enterprise International, totaling 1,220 people. The technical analysis of the primary data from questionnaire results includes instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. Data processing is performed using the SPSS-22 and the research results indicates that work culture, compensation, and motivation have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work culture, compensation, and motivation also have a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, work culture, compensation, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the partial and simultaneous influence of ROA and ROE variables on Profit Growth in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2019 - 2023 Period. This type of research is quantitative research because it is related to numbers and statistics to test variables. and hypothesis. Data processing used the SPSS version 25 program, researchers carried out several tests including validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. The research sample used in the research must have predetermined criteria, the number of companies used as a research sample is 14 companies in the 2019 - 2023 period. which is greater than 0.05 so that ROA partially has no significant effect on Earnings Growth, the significance value obtained is 0.023 which is smaller than 0.05 ROE partially has a significant effect on Earnings Growth, and ROA and ROE simultaneously affect Earnings Growth.

Abstract

CV Samudera Abadi is a company that runs a business in the Procurement of Goods and Services, CV Samudera Abadi was established since 2020 in Paal Lima, Kotabaru Jambi. The purpose of this study is to determine the current conditions experienced by CV Samudera Abadi and recommendations for alternative strategies that are suitable for developing CV Samudera Abadi in the procurement of goods and services and also the sale of goods to partners andcustomers nya, the number of informants in this study was 5 people consisting of, the director of CV Samudera Abadi, the first Admin of CV Samudera Abadi, the second Admin of CV Samudera Abadi, the receptionist of CV Samudera Abadi, and the partner of CV Samudera Abadi, namely from PTPN VI Jambi. The data in this study were obtained using the Triangulation technique and analyzed using the SWOT analysis technique and mapping of 9 elements onBusiness Model Canvas(BMC) to find out what strategy is used as an alternative development strategy. The results of the BMC study show that CV Samudera Abadi has been able to fulfill the 9 elements of BMC but still needs improvement for CV Samudera Abadi to be more advanced, the results of the SWOT study of CV Samudera Abadi show that it is in quadrant III which means that it has weaknesses internally or in the CV Samudera Abadi company itself, therefore there is still a need for a development strategy at CV Samudera Abadi, namely (1) creating a structured management system in the business sector (2) adjusting the products/services offered to be more in line with market needs andcustomer(3) developing new markets (4) improving service quality (5) improving office facilities.

Abstract

With the development of the community's economy and changing patterns of life, especially in urban areas where community mobility is quite high, parents' time in guiding and educating their children in terms of education is of course decreasing. This of course makes English tutoring an alternative choice for parents to prepare and improve their children's ability to speak English. The phenomenon mentioned above indicates that the prospects for establishing English language tutoring services are quite large. English is big business. English language skills are important for one's competitiveness. With good English skills, good competitiveness, which is useful for our country too. However, that doesn't mean we have to forget Indonesian, which has become our national language.With these considerations in mind, the author plans to establish a non-formal educational institution in the form of a business, namely in the form of a service company engaged in the field of English language tutoring (tutoring) institutions with the name "Mother Hajar's English Language Tutoring", with an address at Jalan Margaluyu Rt 009, Rw 09, Margasari Village, Buah Batu District, Bandung City, West Java. This non-formal educational institution positions its business as a conversational English center or specializes in English conversation. Based on the analysis of business feasibility studies, this research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, with research objects of business feasibility studies from legal aspects, environmental aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, human resource aspects, and financial aspects. With observational data collection techniques by means of literature study. The vision is: "To become a reliable and trustworthy English language education institution that can reach all levels of society"

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of investment experience, risk tolerance, and social media influencers on investment decisions with financial literacy as a moderating variable. The population in this study were capital market investors in Surakarta City but the exact number of investors was unknown The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of the analysis state that investment experience has a positive and insignificant effect on generation Z investment decisions in Surakarta City because it has an original sample coefficient value of 0.094 (positive), t-statistic value 1.314 < 1.96 and P-value 0.189 ≥ 0.05, risk tolerance has a positive and insignificant effect on generation Z investment decisions in Surakarta City because it has an original sample coefficient value of 0.014 (positive), t-statistic 0.162 < 1.96 and P-value 0.871 ≥ 0.05, social media influencers have a positive and significant effect on generation Z investment decisions in Surakarta City because they have an original sample coefficient value of 0, 282 (positive), t-statistic 2.468 > 1.96 and P-value 0.014 < 0.05, financial literacy does not moderate the effect of investment experience on investment decisions because it has an original sample coefficient value of -0.071 (negative), t-statistic 1.320 < 1.96 and P-value 0.187 ≥ 0.05, financial literacy moderates the effect of risk tolerance on investment decisions because it has an original sample coefficient value of 0.247 (positive), t-statistic 3.130> 1.96 and P-value 0.002 < 0.05, financial literacy moderates the influence of social media influencers on investment decisions because it has a coefficient value of -0.173 (negative), t-statistic 2.237> 1.96 and P-value 0.026 < 0.05.
