Abstract

Students still think writing scientific papers is difficult. However, writing scientific papers is a form of implementing the tri dharma of higher education. This then requires students to write starting from small, close, and simple things. Writing support software training is something useful. Technology is a means of supporting the writing of scientific papers for researchers who are technologically literate. The application software used in the training will make it easier for students to analyze what needs to be researched, what previous research looks like, writing updates, and much more. This service activity consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Each stage is carried out sequentially and continuously. Writing skills are combined with technology and passed on to fellow students so they can contribute to change.

Abstract

Canva application is an online application-based digital platform that can be used and developed by teachers in the process of creating interesting learning media for students. The Canva application also offers many features and templates that support Canva's appearance to be more interactive and easier to understand.. One of real benefits of Canva application for the education sector is exploring the creativity of educators and students in the teaching and learning process. In other words, training and mentoring activities to create learning media with the help of using the Canva application are useful in increasing creativity of teachers and students in creating learning media and operating the various features available. This needs to be done so that when making teaching materials, the results obtained are more interesting, thereby encouraging good learning outcomes in the teaching and learning process. The use of literature theories and concepts as a result of literature studies using quantitative methods is a type of research method used in community service activities. The results of community service activities show that there has been a significant increase in understanding for all participants in terms of creating learning media with the help of the Canva application. These results are supported by the participants' ability to complete the assignments given by the team of presenters and the results of calculating teacher responses regarding the benefits of training in making learning media using the Canva application obtained an average combined percentage is 96.08%, which results are included in very good category.

Abstract

The level of intellectual development of elementary school (SD) students is at the concrete operational level. At the concrete operational level, children are able to think logically, but can only apply logic to physical objects. So in studying mathematics which has an abstract nature, assistance is needed using learning media. The ability to determine the results of adding and subtracting three-digit numbers is an ability that must be mastered by third grade elementary school students. This ability is one of the basic abilities in calculating, so the student's inability will affect the student's ability to understand further elementary mathematics material. The problem that arises at SDN 2 Alas Sumur Kulon, Probolinggo Regency is that many class III students experience difficulties in learning to add and subtract three-digit numbers, because the teacher does not use media in their learning. The aim of this activity is to help class III students at SDN 2 Alas Sumur Kulon master the skill of determining the results of adding and subtracting three-digit numbers using the medium of khast (a number bag and a straw). This community service activity includes three stages of activity, namely the preparation stage, training implementation and evaluation. The achievements of this community service activity are (1) 86,674% of training participants obtained a final test score higher or equal to the KKM; (2) the level of participant satisfaction with training activities is 100%; and (3) 100% of the training participants stated that the training in using the gift medium to determine the results of adding and subtracting three-digit numbers helped them master the skill of determining the results of adding and subtracting three-digit numbers. Abstract

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan satu kumpulan perilaku yang dilaksanakan atas dasar kesadaran sebagai hasil proses, yang menjadikan seseorang, keluarga, kelompok atau masyarakat terkhususnya anak – anak dilingkungan sekolah dasar yang mampu menolong dirinya sendiri (mandiri) di bidang Kesehatan dan berperan aktif dalam menciptakan Kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, PHBS mencakup beratus – ratus bahkan mungkin beribu-ribu perilaku yang harus dipraktikkan dalam rangka mencapai derajat Kesehatan setinggi – tingginya. Dibidang pencegahan dan penanggulangan penyakit serta penyehatan lingkungan harus dipraktikkan perilaku mencuci tangan dengan sabun, pengelolaan air minum dan makanan yang memenuhi syarat, menggunakan air bersih, menggunakan jamban sehat, pengelolaan limbah cair yang memenuhi syarat, memberantas jentik nyamuk, tidak merokok di dalam ruangan dan lain – lain. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi hidup bersih dan sehat yaitu kebiasan kecil yang dapat berdampak besar bagi Kesehatan serta yang utama dalam lingkungan sekolah yaitu guru kurang memberikan contoh yang baik kepada peserta didiknya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu untuk meningkatan kemampuan siswa kelas XI dalam bidang pengelasan dasar SMAW. Peserta dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa SMK Bina Taruna Masaran Kabupaten Sragen. Adapun metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan kepada siswa SMK Bina Taruna Masaran Kabupaten Sragen dalam bentuk peningkatkan pemahaman dasar-dasar pengelasan SMAW, pada kegiatan pengabdian ini siswa dibekali cara menyambung logam dengan posisi 3F . Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan sebagai berikut : (1). Meningkatkan sumber daya manusia khususnya SMK yang memiliki keahlian profesional dengan ketrampilan, pengetahuan , serta etos kerja yang tinggi. (2). Mengenalkan siswa pada pekerjaan sistem pengelasan SMAW pada dunia industri sehingga pada saatnya mereka terjun ke dunia usaha atau lapangan pekerjaan (industry) yang sesungguhnya dapat beradaptasi dengan cepat (3). Mempersiapkan sumber daya manuasia berkualitas yang sesuai dengan SMK Bina Taruna disimpulkan sebagai berikut : (1). Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di SMK Bina Taruna Masaran Kabupaten Sragen ini maka memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman sesuai dengan standar BNSP. (2). Memperkenal peralatan mesin las SMAW dan cara pemakaianya sesuai dengan prosudur keselamatan Kerja.

Abstract

The aim to be achieved in community service activities with the theme "Legal education regarding the criminal threat of polygamy without a permit" is to support higher education programs as educational centers in providing and increasing knowledge to the community regarding the potential for legal problems in the future, if there are parties ( husband) who engages in polygamy without written permission from the first wife, apart from that in order to disseminate information to the community and family (as part of community members) about the dangers and legal risks and the risk of quarrels in the household which can lead to divorce and going to prison. This community service activity is carried out in two stages, namely, preparation and implementation of the core program. Community Service (PPM) through legal counseling, providing knowledge to participants, especially regarding polygamy according to Islamic teachings, the requirements for polygamy according to the provisions of Law number 1 of 1974, the risk of domestic conflict, if you carry out polygamy without written permission from first wife and the potential for criminal problems related to domestic life. The material presented can be received, digested and understood by participants well.
