Abstract

This study aims to examine strategies for strengthening transformative school culture in achieving excellent schools within the Muhammadiyah educational environment A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, and analyzed interactively using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The results show that the transformative school culture is implemented through the integration of Islamic values into daily school activities such as congregational prayers, Qur’anic recitation, and social programs like dawn charity and plastic donation. Strengthening strategies include transformative leadership, exemplary conduct, active involvement of school members, and partnerships with parents. Challenges encountered involve implementation inconsistency, limited resources, and resistance to change. Nevertheless, transformative culture has a positive impact on student character development, improvement of the learning climate, and increased public trust in the school. This study highlights the significance of transformative school culture as a foundation for building excellent Islamic value-based schools.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of internal and external factors on bank profitability in Indonesia, measured by Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Bank profitability is a crucial pillar for the sustainability and growth of financial institutions, making it highly essential for operational continuity and the ability to provide financial services. Therefore, in-depth analysis of the factors influencing it is indispensable. The analysis was conducted using data from banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2012–2023 with the panel data regression method. The approaches used include the Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM), along with diagnostic tests such as the Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test to determine the best model. The research results indicate that bank profitability is positively and significantly influenced by Net Interest Margin, but negatively and significantly influenced by Total Money Supply and the BI Rate (or interest rates).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of psychological climate on innovative behavior in startup employees. This research is based on the theoretical assumption that psychological climate represents an individual's subjective perception of the work environment which acts as a psychological mechanism in shaping the response of work attitudes and behaviors. This study uses a quantitative approach with an influence study design, where psychological climate plays a role as an independent variable and innovative behavior as a dependent variable. The research sample consisted of 117 active employees of startup companies in Indonesia with a minimum working period of six months selected through purposive sampling techniques. The data was collected through a five-point Likert scale-based online questionnaire, then tested for validity and reliability before being analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that psychological climate had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, which was shown by a t-count value of 5.960 with a significance of 0.000 and a positive regression coefficient of 0.392. The R² determination coefficient value of 0.236 indicates that the psychological climate explains 23.6% of the variation in innovative behavior, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Overall, this study confirms that the psychological climate is one of the important factors in increasing innovative behavior in startup employees, although innovation is still influenced by various other external factors

Abstract

The construction sector faces significant occupational safety challenges, with increasing accident rates necessitating strategic risk management approaches. This study aims to determine work site risk levels in the construction sector using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to optimize safety supervisor placement at PT. X, an international-scale construction fabrication company. The research identifies four main criteria affecting workplace risk: number of workers, critical activities, SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations), and PTW (Permit to Work) issued, evaluated across seven alternative work locations. Data were collected through expert questionnaires involving HSE Managers, PTW Coordinators, and SIMOPS Facilitators. The AHP analysis revealed that critical activities constitute the most influential criterion with a weight of 47.1%, followed by SIMOPS (28.4%), PTW issued (17.1%), and number of workers (7.4%). Results indicate that NFQ Area 19 presents the highest risk level (0.407), while the Workshop area exhibits the lowest risk (0.024). The consistency ratio for all criteria remained below 0.1, confirming the reliability of the assessment. The findings were validated using Expert Choice software, demonstrating no significant calculation errors. This research provides a systematic framework for prioritizing safety supervision resources based on quantified risk levels, enabling more effective accident prevention strategies in construction environments.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value, with firm size as a moderating variable, in technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Using a quantitative approach with a moderated regression analysis (MRA) model, this study employs panel data from 19 technology companies over the period 2022–2024, resulting in 57 observations. Data analysis was conducted using Eviews 13 after passing classical assumption tests. Profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on firm value (? = 0.3847; p = 0.000), while liquidity (CR) does not significantly affect firm value (? = -0.0024; p = 0.2547). Firm size strengthens the positive relationship between profitability and firm value (? interaction = 0.0158; p = 0.0128), but does not moderate the relationship between liquidity and firm value (? interaction = 0.0001; p = 0.4134). The model explains 71.54% of the variation in firm value (R² = 0.7154). Profitability is a key driver of firm value in the technology sector, whereas liquidity does not play a significant role. Firm size acts as a positive moderator only for the profitability value relationship. These findings suggest that technology companies should prioritize improving profitability and leveraging scale to enhance market valuation, rather than focusing excessively on liquidity management. The study contributes to signaling theory by confirming the relevance of profitability as a value signal, particularly in large technology firms.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has driven the transformation of public services toward an electronic-based government system (e-government). The Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Gresik Regency, through its Secretariat, has launched the E-ASMARA (Electronic Public Aspiration) platform as a digital channel for citizens to submit aspirations and complaints. However, as of mid-2025, the utilization rate of the platform remains low, indicating potential barriers to public technology adoption. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the acceptance and use of the E-ASMARA application among citizens of Gresik Regency by applying the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model, modified by adding two constructs: Trust and Satisfaction. The research employs a quantitative approach with data collected through offline questionnaires distributed to participants of the Legislative Regulation Socialization (Sosperda) activities conducted by DPRD members in each electoral district. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0 software. The analysis includes evaluating indicator validity and reliability (outer model), followed by examining inter-construct relationships (inner model) using the bootstrapping technique. The findings are expected to identify the dominant factors influencing citizens' behavioral intention and usage behavior toward the E-ASMARA application. The study also aims to provide strategic recommendations for the local government to enhance public trust, user satisfaction, and digital participation through the implementation of an inclusive and transparent e-government platform.
