Abstract

The purpose of this research was to test the influence of product quality, price perception and equity on consumers who are satisfied with the reliability of composite materials. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected from 200 respondents who were users of Rational Combi Oven through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software to test the validity, reliability, structural model, and research hypothesis. The results of the study show that product excellence has a positive and significant effect on brand trust, while price perception and technological excellence do not have a significant effect on brand trust directly. Brand image has been proven to have a significant effect on brand trust. In addition, technological excellence has a significant effect on brand image, while price perception and product excellence have no significant effect on brand image. This research highlights the importance of quality control, competitive pricing strategies and consistent product design to improve customer satisfaction in the kitchen industry, especially Combi Oven cookware.

Abstract

The acceleration of the national energy transition has encouraged Pertamina to develop Green Energy Stations (GES) as integrated energy service centers, including the provision of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations. Although the electric vehicle ecosystem shows progressive growth, the utilization rate of public SPKLU is still not optimal, so an empirical study is needed on the determinants of intention to use. This study integrates the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) frameworks to analyze the influence of Attitude, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavioral Control, Economic Factor, Green Advertising, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Ease of Use on the intention to use EV Charging Stations in Pertamina GES. The research approach used is quantitative with explanatory research. Primary data was collected through the distribution of an online questionnaire to 230 relevant respondents and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) through SmartPLS. The analysis includes validity, reliability, outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. The findings of the study showed that the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Subjective Norm, Green Advertising, and Economic Factor had a positive and significant effect on the intention to use EV Charging Station, while Perceived Usefulness, Attitude, and Perceived Behavioral Control were not significant and Attitude did not mediate the influence of other variables. These results confirm that the intention of use is more influenced by practical factors, social influences, environmental messages, and cost considerations. These findings form the basis for strategic recommendations to strengthen ease of service,

Abstract

This study examines how environmental quality and political stability shape Indonesia's export performance, focusing on interactions among macroeconomic, environmental, and institutional factors. While traditional export models emphasize economic growth and exchange rate effects, this paper argues that these factors alone cannot fully explain export outcomes given growing environmental constraints and institutional complexities. Using annual data from 1996 to 2023, the research applies multiple regression models to assess direct, nonlinear, and interactive effects of key variables, including GDP, carbon emissions, political stability, and exchange rate fluctuations. The empirical findings highlight three key points. First, economic growth consistently emerges as a strong and significant driver of export performance, underscoring the role of domestic productive capacity. Second, the relationship between environmental pressure and exports is nonlinear; initial industrial expansion tends to boost exports, but excessive carbon emissions can undermine long-term competitiveness. Third, environmental concerns appear to diminish the effectiveness of exchange rate depreciation, indicating a conditional limit on macroeconomic policy. Fourth, political stability does not directly affect exports but significantly shapes how exchange rate changes influence them, underscoring the importance of institutional quality as an enabling factor. Overall, the findings indicate that export performance results from a complex interplay of macroeconomic fundamentals, environmental conditions, and institutional factors. Policy-wise, the results suggest that export promotion should go beyond traditional methods focused on growth and exchange rate policies and should also include environmental improvements and institutional capacity-building.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a sustainable ice block business model as a solution to the problem of imbalance between the demand and supply of ice blocks in coastal areas, especially in supporting the sustainability of the capture fisheries sector. Ice blocks have a strategic role in maintaining the freshness of fish catches, but in various coastal areas of Indonesia, there are still limitations in production capacity, difficult distribution access, and inflexible purchasing patterns, which have an impact on declining the quality of fishery products and fishermen's income. This study used a qualitative approach with the Business Model Creation method. Data was collected through literature studies, document analysis, field observations, and interviews with business actors and fishing communities. The analysis framework used includes the Empathy Map, Value Proposition Canvas, Business Model Canvas, PESTEL analysis, and Porter's Five Forces to understand market needs, industry dynamics, and the feasibility of the business model developed. The results show that the PEN: Solution for Food Freshness business model offers key values in the form of stable ice availability, production and distribution efficiency, and support for food quality and safety. This model is expected to increase the competitiveness of ice businesses, have a positive impact on the local economy and fisheries sustainability. Further research is needed to compile financial projections, renewable energy applications, and social and environmental impact measurements.

Abstract

The increase in global environmental awareness has encouraged the emergence of the intention to buy eco-friendly products among digital consumers. However, the phenomenon of the gap between positive intentions (behavioral intention gap) and the realization of actual purchases is the main challenge in realizing sustainable consumption on e-commerce platforms. This research aims to analyze the demographic profile and characteristics of respondents' online shopping behavior in Indonesia and identify the factors that affect the gap. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data was collected through an online questionnaire from 75 respondents of active e-commerce users. The frequency analysis showed that the majority of respondents were female (62.7%), over 40 years old (41.3%), S2 educated (49.3%), and working as civil servants (29.3%). Shopee is the main platform (77.3%) with a shopping frequency of 2-3 times per month (52.0%). These findings indicate that the potential segment of sustainable consumers is an adult group with higher education and economic stability. This study recommends the integration of personalized nudges features and simplification of sustainability information in e-commerce interfaces to convert intent into real purchase actions

Abstract

Youth political participation is crucial for democratic sustainability, yet remains low due to apathy, negative stigma, and limited political education, making non-formal political education a strategic alternative to increase awareness and engagement. This research aims to produce an analysis of the enthusiasm for political participation of the young generation who participate in the Hilal Hilmawan Institute (HHI) Political School Program in Indramayu Regency, identify the obstacles they face, and examine the various efforts made to overcome these obstacles. A qualitative approach with the type of case study was used in this study where data was collected through in-depth interviews with key informants and supporters, direct observation, and literature review from relevant scientific journals and books. Thematic analysis techniques are used in the data analysis process and the results of the research provide clues that the HHI Political School Program has contributed to increasing the enthusiasm of the political participation of the younger generation as seen from their involvement in informal political activities, increasing interest and attention to political issues, and growing confidence to participate in political activities. The main obstacles that are still faced include the existence of negative societal stigma towards politics as well as structural factors while efforts are made to improve political literacy, strengthen social networks through the alumni community, and continue involvement in discussion rooms and socio-political activities.

Abstract

This research analyzes the social media communication strategies of four Southeast Asian football clubs in the AFC Champions League Two Group G competition, namely Persib Bandung (Indonesia), Selangor FC (Malaysia), True Bangkok United (Thailand), and Lion City Sailors (Singapore). The study used a content analysis method on 1,349 uploads during the period of November 27-December 10, 2025. The results of the study found "97% Anomaly", which is a condition when Persib Bandung controls 97.64% of the group's total digital interactions. The findings show that digital interaction is not linearly correlated with the number of followers, but rather is the result of systemic management of four pillars, namely corporate identity alignment, dialogical relational structure, integrated content balance, and cross-platform coordination. Dialogical-participatory communication was shown to produce a 526-fold higher engagement multiplier than the monological-institutional pattern. In addition, video formats were found to be 70% more effective at triggering audience engagement than static images. Strategic positioning analysis shows that the effectiveness of digital communication is determined more by the quality of the strategy than the scale of the audience. Theoretically, this study enriches the literature on sports communication in Southeast Asia. In practical terms, these findings offer a strategic design for professional football clubs to build relational, adaptive and sustainable social media communications.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and map the development of the literature on the influence of working capital management (WCM) on company profitability. The research uses the systematic literature review method with a bibliometric approach. The article selection process refers to the PRISMA guidelines through the Scopus database for the 2016–2026 period with the keywords working capital management and profitability. Of the initial 385 articles, 26 articles were obtained that met the inclusion criteria and analyzed using VOSviewer. The results of the study show that the cash conversion cycle (CCC) and its components, namely the receivables collection period, the inventory turnover period, and the trade debt payment period, are the most dominant indicators of WCM, while profitability is most proxied by return on assets (ROA). Most studies show that efficient working capital management tends to increase profitability, especially through CCC control, acceleration of receivables collection, and effective inventory management. However, some studies have also found nonlinear relationships, such as the inverted U-shape and cash threshold effect, which indicate an optimal level of working capital in maximizing profitability. In addition, the influence of WCM on profitability is influenced by sector characteristics, company size, liquidity conditions, and economic crisis situations. Based on these results, it can be concluded that WCM not only plays a role as a short-term operational policy, but also as a strategic instrument that affects the company's efficiency, profitability, and resilience.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of talent management from a merit system perspective at the Secretariat General of the People’s Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia. The background of this research lies in the increasing need for professional, accountable, and adaptive human resources in public organizations amid bureaucratic reform. The study aims to examine the actual implementation of talent management, identify its challenges, and formulate strategies to accelerate its execution within a merit-based framework. Using a post-positivist paradigm with a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, document analysis, and literature studies, validated by triangulation of sources and data. The findings show that the institution has established a comprehensive policy framework and guidelines supported by a digital platform and competency assessment system. However, implementation remains suboptimal due to weak data integration, insufficient managerial commitment, and limited meritocratic culture. The study identifies four key influencing dimensions cultural, managerial, human resources, and environmental where leadership consistency and organizational culture transformation are critical. It concludes that although the Secretariat General has developed a strong conceptual foundation, the full institutionalization of merit-based talent management requires stronger leadership commitment, integrated data systems, and alignment between organizational strategy and human capital development.
