Abstract

The media has a strategic role in shaping public perception of the dynamics of the political elite. The meeting between Prabowo Subianto and Megawati Soekarnoputri after the 2024 election is an important event that is full of symbolic and strategic meaning, but the limitation of information opens up space for the media to construct reality through framing. This research aims to analyze how Tempo.co and Detik.com frame the event and identify the differences in the resulting political reality constructions. The research used a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm and Robert Entman's model framing analysis method combined with Pan and Kosicki. The analysis unit consists of 5 news from Tempo.co and 5 news from Detik.com news in the period 7–14 April 2025. The results of the study show that Tempo.co frame the meeting as a strategic political event related to the consolidation of power, coalition dynamics, and the potential for cabinet reshuffle. Instead, Detik.com frame the event as a political gathering by highlighting aspects of national harmony, stability, and reconciliation. The difference in framing can be seen in the choice of issues, narrative structure, and use of language. This study concludes that the media is not neutral, but actively constructs political reality. These findings strengthen the framing theory and construction of social reality and affirm the importance of media literacy in understanding the bias of political reporting.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) on stock prices of G11 companies, both partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative, associative approach to examine the influence of ROA and ROE on stock prices. Secondary data were obtained from financial reports and stock prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2024–2025 period. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in 18 companies with 36 observations. Data analysis was performed using SPSS through descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was performed using the t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that ROA has a small and inconsistent effect on stock prices, and is therefore not a primary consideration for investors. Conversely, ROE is shown to be more influential, reflecting investors' focus on a company's ability to generate returns on capital. Simultaneously, ROA and ROE influence stock prices, but other external factors, such as economic conditions and interest rates, also influence stock price movements.

This research uses a quantitative approach with associative design and multiple linear regression analysis. The research population was Generation Z employees who work in various coffee shops in Kuningan City. Data was collected through questionnaires using the Likert scale and analyzed using the SPSS program. The analysis included validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing through t-tests, F tests, and determination coefficients. The results show that work motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation was the most dominant variable with a regression coefficient of 0.367, followed by work environment of 0.351 and work discipline of 0.187. Simultaneously, these three variables contributed 72.9% to the variation in employee performance. The results of this study provide recommendations for coffee shop managers to increase employee work motivation through an appropriate reward system, create a conducive work environment, and strengthen the application of work discipline to improve the performance of Generation Z employees. This research contributes to the study of human resource management by highlighting the factors that affect the performance of Generation Z employees, especially in the coffee shop industry in Kuningan City which is still limited in research.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is an important factor in determining the success and sustainability of teleconsultation services. The ongoing digital transformation in healthcare, along with the increasing use of telemedicine after the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly at Puskesmas Pancoran, highlights that patient satisfaction is a key element in maintaining the continuity of technology-based services. This study aims to examine the effect of teleconsultation service quality on patient satisfaction and to assess the role of digital literacy as a moderating variable. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 123 respondents from a total population of 494 teleconsultation patients, with data analyzed using SmartPLS. The results indicate that teleconsultation service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. However, digital literacy does not function as a moderating variable in this relationship. Nevertheless, digital literacy has a positive and significant direct effect on patient satisfaction. These findings also suggest that service quality plays a more dominant role than digital literacy in determining patient satisfaction. This study has several limitations, including its focus on a single location with relatively homogeneous respondent characteristics and the use of a cross-sectional design, which cannot fully capture changes in patient satisfaction over time. Theoretically, the findings support Social Presence Theory, showing that service quality and digital literacy contribute to shaping patient satisfaction through perceived presence in teleconsultation. Practically, improving service quality, particularly in communication, responsiveness of healthcare providers, system simplification, and strengthening digital literacy are essential to enhance patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate a new paradigm of human resource management (HRM) based on Kalimantan’s local wisdom within the framework of national HRM. Employing a sequential explanatory mixed methods design, quantitative data were collected through surveys of 300–400 respondents, while qualitative data were obtained from in depth interviews with traditional leaders, civil servants, and local organizational leaders. Data analysis utilized SEM PLS to test latent variable relationships, NVivo for thematic coding, and Grounded Theory to develop new theoretical insights. Findings reveal that competence, adaptive resilience, productive mobility, and cultural integration are the core pillars of HRM. Cultural values such as community cooperation (gotong royong), consensus building (musyawarah), and collaborative leadership significantly strengthen social adaptation and organizational integration. Validity and reliability tests (CFA, Cronbach’s Alpha, and data triangulation) confirm the robustness of the research instruments. This study extends global HRM theories by introducing a new dimension localized HRM paradigm which positions local wisdom as a strategic variable in the development of Nusantara Capital City (IKN) and the national HRM framework.

Abstract

Religious education plays a crucial role in shaping children’s character and moral development from an early age, particularly through stories of Biblical figures that convey values such as obedience, love, courage, honesty, and faith in God. However, children’s reading interest remains relatively low, while most religious learning media are still presented in text-based formats that are less engaging. This creates challenges in delivering these values effectively. This study aims to design an interactive and engaging educational card game based on Biblical stories for children aged 5–10 years using the Design Thinking method. The process includes the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The result of this study is an educational card game design that is expected to enhance children’s learning interest and facilitate their understanding of the values conveyed in Biblical stories. These findings imply that game-based visual learning media can serve as an effective alternative to text-based methods in children's religious education.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a Web-Based Vehicle Monitoring and Reporting Information System to support logistics operations at PT. Shopee Express Ngaliyan Branch. The main problem addressed in this research is the manual vehicle monitoring and travel reporting process, which may cause information delays, inaccurate data, and ineffective fleet supervision. This study applies a software engineering approach using the Waterfall system development method, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was developed as a web-based platform supported by a MySQL database and integrated with Google Maps API to display vehicle positions in real time. The results show that the developed system assists administrators in monitoring vehicle locations, managing driver and vehicle data, viewing travel histories, and generating operational reports automatically. In addition, drivers are able to update travel status, send location data, input travel reports, and upload delivery evidence through the system. System testing using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Test indicates that the main features operate properly according to user needs. This system contributes to improving operational efficiency, data accuracy, driver performance transparency, and integrated fleet supervision. Therefore, the proposed system can serve as a practical digital solution for supporting logistics management and vehicle monitoring activities.

Abstract

The development of a diagnostic test for mathematics learning difficulties aims to identify the domains in which students demonstrate the lowest level of mastery. By identifying the domains in which students experience the greatest difficulties, targeted improvements can be implemented more effectively. Therefore, this study analyzes the dominant factors within a diagnostic test that was developed based on mathematical domains. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors within the mathematics domains that have been operationalized in the form of a test instrument. The resulting factors are formed from the correlations among items used to measure students’ abilities. Each factor formed must contain at least one mathematical domain represented in the test items. In some cases, a factor may consist of more than one mathematical domain. The identified factors represent the mathematical problem-solving abilities of the test participants. This study employed an exploratory descriptive research method. The research describes the characteristics of the analysis results using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA). The calculations were performed using SPSS software, and the resulting output was interpreted according to the characteristics of EFA. The research sample consisted of responses from 323 students. These responses represented answer choices for a diagnostic test comprising 30 questions with five alternative answers for each item. The results of the data analysis identified four mathematical domains, namely Algebra, Calculus, Geometry, and Trigonometry. Furthermore, the analysis of the diagnostic test on students’ mathematics learning difficulties revealed nine dominant factors
