Abstract

Documentation is a means of affective communication between health professions. The low quality of integrated record documentation in Indonesia includes incomplete CPPT where patient identity, date and time of visit are not filled in, PPA's signature and full name, and lack of discipline in filling out medical records by PPA. Supervision is carried out in stages in the preparation, implementation and evaluation phases. The preparation phase contains the planning of the supervision program that will be carried out. The implementation phase is the nurse's assessment by the supervisor while the last phase is the evaluation of the supervision assessment (from the results of direct and indirect observations from the CPPT. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the relationship between the implementation of supervision on CPPT at the Riau University General Hospital. This study was conducted with a cross sectional approach and is a quantitative study. The research sample is 33 people with total sampling sampling technique. The study uses questionnaires and observation sheets that have been tested for validity and reliability. Through statistics there is a relationship between the preparation phase (p value 0.000), the implementation phase (p value 0.001) and the evaluation (p value 0.000) clinical supervision model 4S with CPPT. Researchers recommend the role of supervision to improve service quality and completeness of integrated recording documentation, carried out by increasing the frequency of supervision and assessment of the implementation of the document integrated logging entity.

Abstract

In the selection process, determining a university funding research proposal at Tunas Pembangunan University (UTP) still has not fully used information technology to support related institutions, namely the UTP Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM). So that it has obstacles and requires a long time. So we need a system that is able to help these institutions to make it easier to determine recipients of research proposals that are worthy of funding. The application of data mining is a series of processes to explore added value in the form of knowledge that has not been known manually from a data set. This research has parameters, namely, NIDN, academic degree, track record, a proposed budget plan (RAB), and targeted outcomes. This is certainly less efficient because if a lecturer proposes a proposal, he must wait a long time to find out whether the results are accepted, accepted with improvements, or not. In addition, the assessment process has not used relevant methods so the results of the assessment of research proposal selection are not objective because the results of the assessment of the proposals obtained by the lecturer proposing the proposal are the final results in the form of a feasibility recommendation contained in a decision letter so that the application of classification with criteria in accordance with the selection needs is necessary. research proposal. By applying the data mining algorithm of the Naïve Bayes Method and the Decision Tree, it is hoped that it can simplify and accelerate the LPPM in determining recipients of research proposals that are eligible for funding at Tunas Pembangunan University.

Abstract

Chronic kidney disease is a condition when kidney function fails gradually due to kidney damage. One of the causes of anemia in CKD is iron deficiency. Conventional oral iron treatment is not effective to treat iron deficiency anemia due to poor absorption and various side effects. Newer oral iron therapies with better tolerability and offer the potential to normalize iron without the need for intravenous iron. To review the currently available status oral iron therapies and summarizes the latest clinical trial evidence for their use. We researched Google Scholar and PubMed using keyword "iron" OR "ferri" OR "Ferro" OR "iron therapy" AND "Iron deficiency" AND "renal insufficiency, chronic" OR "chronic kidney disease" OR "kidney failure, chronic" OR "chronic renal disease" of last ten years. Total 8 articles recorded the identification stage by the criteria for inclusion. The articles are randomized controlled trials. Total 2.674 patients CKD of various types with or without anemia, age range 18-72 years were treated with oral iron therapies (ferric citrate, ferrous sulfate, sucroferric oxyhydroxide, ferric carboxymaltose) with varying doses. The most side effects of the therapies are gastrointestinal intolerance. Oral iron therapies are considered safe but drug development is still needed to minimize side effects.
