Abstract

Protection from brawl Juvenille Deliquency violence content in social media is defined as children right and it is arranged in many Indonesia regulation law. But in fact, children can access the violent content easily from their social media. This writingis aim to examine influence of brawl Juvenille Deliquency violence content to children establishment. Method used in this research is qualitative with are data condensation, display, drawing and verifying conclusion processing technic. The result show that the violation of children right by brawl Juvenille Deliquency violence content is frequently happen in social media. Its give the negative impact because its appeling violence behavior to the children, which in long term can make them involve to criminal activity. The protection act is urgently need to take from the parent and the government.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of peer to peer lending and payment gateways on MSME performance moderated by product innovation. The population in this study were SMEs in the Tanjung Priok sub-district with a total sample of 150 and sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis uses Smart-PLS 4 which has the result that peer to peer lending has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Payment gateway has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of SMEs. Innovation moderation has a positive and significant effect that strengthens the influence of peer to peer lending on MSME performance. Innovation moderation has a significant positive effect and strengthens the influence of payment gateways on MSME performance.

Abstract

This study examines problems related to legal protection of creditors caused by debtors transferring their assets when applying for bankruptcy and regulations in the Bankruptcy Law so that they can become a legal umbrella for creditors to obtain their receivables. The research approach used in this study is a statutory approach (statue approach) with a type of normative juridical research. The sources of legal materials used are primary and secondary sources of legal materials. The technique of collecting legal materials used is library research. Validity uses theory triangulation and concept triangulation. The Bankruptcy Law essentially regulates in the event that debtors transfer their assets when they are filed for bankruptcy through a mechanism called Actio Pauliana. However, the Actio Pauliana mechanism contained in Article 41 of the Bankruptcy Law still has several shortcomings, including: First, Refusal due to differences in perception between judges to identify debtors' actions as fraud; Second, the judicial jurisdiction authorized to adjudicate Actio Pauliana's suit; Third, the lack of participation from parties, such as: customers, police, prosecutors, or banks due to incomprehension of the Bankruptcy Law.

Abstract

The process of recruiting new employees is an important aspect in human resource management in the company. In the era of digitalization and the development of information technology, web-based management information systems can be a solution to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process. The purpose of this study is to investigate the design of a web-based management information system that can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process of new employees in FMCG companies in DKI Jakarta. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews and literature studies. The process of designing an employee recruitment selection system using UML (Unified Modelling Language) Tools namely Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram with Visual Paradigm software. The results of the study show that the ability to select applicant data becomes more effective in terms of time and the amount of work completed when using technology than just using human labor. In the process, humans professionally and as individuals will adapt and feel helped by technology. Therefore, companies need to make changes to balance the era of technological disruption that occurs.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether the moderation of the attitude of government officials can influence the regional financial accounting system and the use of information technology on SKPD performance. The population and samples selected in this study were Regional Work Units (SKPD) in the DKI Jakarta area, questionnaires which would be distributed to Regional Work Units (SKPD) in the DKI Jakarta area with a total of 236 samples. The software used is SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). The results of hypothesis testing in this study found that the regional financial accounting system has a positive and significant effect on SKPD performance, the use of information technology has a positive effect on SKPD performance, the attitude of government officials on SKPD performance has a positive and significant effect, the attitude of government officials can strengthen the influence of the regional financial accounting system on SKPD performance and moderating the attitude of government officials are not able to strengthen the influence of the use of information technology on SKPD performance.

Ponggok Village located in Klaten-Central Java is one of the villages that has been named the Best National Tourism Village in 2017 in the category of Community Empowerment from the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration, besides being named one of the richest villages in Indonesia with revenues reaching 14.5 billion in 2019 (goodnewsindonesia.com) of course, this achievement cannot be separated from the role of the local champion of Ponggok Village, Thanks to the initiation of the local champion of Ponggok village to be very successful and prosper its community, ponggok village also applies Community based tourism, local people are not only spectators, but as tourism actors and enjoy the impact directly, this article discusses the role of local champions seen from the concept of TALC butler (1980), analyzes each phase of the development of Ponggok village tourism and the involvement of local champions in it, In addition, it divides the role of local champions into 3 categories, namely facilitators, mediators and mobilizers

Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is required to have high performance. High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) can improve organizational and employee performance. This study aims to examine the effect of HPWS on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); find out how far Psychological Wellbeing (PWB) affects Job Satisfaction; and exploring PWB, Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction as a mediator for the HPWS-OCB relationship with ASN in 42 Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. Determination of the sample by purposive sampling, with the criteria of an active civil servant who has worked for at least 1 year. Data collection used a survey, by distributing 33 questionnaires in the google-form via Whatsapp, to 185 respondents in June 2023. Data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The result is that HPWS has a significant positive effect on PWB and organizational commitment. The direct relationship between HPWS-OCB was positive but not significant, PWB was able to fully mediate positive HPWS-OCB. PWB has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment and will increase OCB. HPWS through PWB mediation and organizational commitment has a significant effect on job satisfaction, without HPWS mediation it has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment does not mediate the HPWS-OCB relationship and job satisfaction does not significantly affect OCB. The better government organizations implement HPWS in ASN management, the ASN's OCB will increase and ultimately lead to an increase in excellent service quality and organizational performance.

Abstract

Brand loyalty or customer loyalty is an important concept for many companies that can bring many benefits to the company, such as repeated purchases and recommendations of that brand to others, which can then reduce marketing costs. This paper aims to test and analyze the influence of brand image, brand love, and brand trust on brand loyalty. The sample technique used in this study is a nonprobability sampling technique that is purposive sampling technique. A total of 257 pieces of data were analyzed through the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) and using SmartPLS 3.0 Software. The data analysis technique in this study using. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence of brand image, brand love, and brand trust on brand loyalty. From the data analyzed, this research supports previous research that brand image, brand love, and brand trust have a positive impact to brand loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the Implementation of the Policy of Equalizing Structural Positions (JA) to Functional Positions (JF) in efforts to enhance the motivation, performance, and career development of employees at the National Policy Strategy Agency (BSKDN). The participants in this research are former Structural Officials of Eselon III and IV who were affected by the equalization of positions at BSKDN, totaling 10 individuals. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, collecting field data through interviews with informants and participants, observing the research subjects, and studying documentation related to the theme being researched. The study's findings reveal that BSKDN Kemendagri has taken steps to implement the equalization policy by conducting socialization and providing facilitation to all officials impacted by the equalization of positions. In the process of implementing the division of positions at BSKDN, clear communication and available bureaucratic structure have been evident, though further resource management is still required. The disposition has been executed, enabling the implementation of the policy of equalizing positions at BSKDN to proceed smoothly. However, some challenges were identified in the process, requiring further handling and management.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to analyze sociodemographic factors associated with oral health-related quality of life among elderly population. Methods: a cross-sectional study was undertaken in 20-23 February 2022 with 75 elderly people aged 60 years and older. This sample size was representative of the geriatric population living at home in the RW 02, Kelurahan Sukahati, Kecamatan Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor. Participants were interviewed at home by trained interviewers using a 15-item questionnaire that included socio-demographic indicators (gender and age). Participants' OHRQoL were evaluated using a validated Indonesian version of GOHAI. The questionnaire consisted of 12 questions, with answers ranging from 1 to 5. GOHAI evaluates three aspects: (A) Physical functions such as speaking, eating and swallowing. (B) Dissatisfaction with appearance and psychosocial effects, including contact with others, self-esteem for oral health, and concerns about appearance. (C) Pain or discomfort, including taking medication to relieve pain. Results: a total of 75 participants completed the questionnaire. Most of the participants were between 60-69 years old (52%). The study population included 33 men (44%) and 42 women (56%). Most of the participants reported a poor OHRQoL score (GOHAI ? 56). There was significantly associated between age and gender with GOHAI category (p = 0.026, CI 95%; p = 0.000, CI 95%). Conclusion: most of respondents reported a poor oral health related quality of life. Sociodemographic factors (age and gender) associated with oral health related quality of life in elderly people.
