Abstract

This study aims to know and identify Jogja values through art learning in kindergartens of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research method takes a qualitative approach with the process of data collection through observation, interviews and documentation as well as triangulating data to obtain data devalidation. The results of this study found that this art learning includes the development of children's dance, songs and children's traditional dolanan. The values contained in Jogja are the main ingredients in pouring this art learning material. These values are Hamemayu Hayuning Buwana, Sangkan paraning dumadi and manunggaling kawula gusti. In teaching these values, techniques in art learning that cannot be separated are elements of appreciation, exploration and expression.

Abstract

The civil servant education system is an educational process used to improve the quality of civil servant human resources so as to create good government. However, the civil service education system has not been studied in depth, especially at one of the civil service schools in West Java province which has been operating for quite a long time. For this reason, researchers want to study the civil service education system so that they can find out the existing civil service education system at civil service schools in the city that carry out civil service education at other civil service schools. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and surveys, then the data received is processed in depth to determine the research results. The results of this research show that there are 8 standards in the education system, namely content standards, process standards, graduate competency standards, teacher and education staff standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards and assessment standards. Each of these standards already has good value, but there are several things that need to be improved immediately, such as management standards and facilities and infrastructure standards so that they can support learning well and achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently because each of these standards has different values. Good. an interrelated relationship. with other people.

Abstract

Fake news has become a serious threat in the digital information era. This research aims to develop a model for detecting fake news in Bahasa Indonesia using a deep learning approach, combining the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) method with word representations from Word2vec Continuous Bag of Words (CBOW) to achieve optimal results. Our main model is LSTM, optimized through hyperparameter tuning. This model can process information sequentially from both directions, allowing for a better understanding of the news context. The integration of Word2vec CBOW enriches the model's understanding of word relationships in news text, enabling the identification of important patterns for news classification. The evaluation results show that our model performs very well in detecting fake news. After the tuning process, we achieved an F1-Score of 97.30% and an Accuracy of 98.38%. 10-fold cross-validation yielded even better results, with an F1-Score and Accuracy reaching 99%.

The sample for this research consists of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2014-2019. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, resulting in 25 companies. The analytical technique employed in this research is panel data regression analysis using Eviews version 10 software. The research findings indicate that political connections, related-party transactions, the proportion of independent commissioners on the board, audit quality, and the audit committee have a significant influence on tax avoidance in Indonesian manufacturing companies.

Abstract

In this study using a sample of 34 respondents, namely CV. Syntax Corporation Indonesia factory employees. The sample used was a saturated sampling technique. The testing in this study was carried out by analyzing the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis test, determination coefficient (R2),and t test. For partial hypothesis testing, the t test is used, the tcount value obtained for the Job Stress variable (X) for Job Satisfaction (Z) is 3.563 then for the Job Stress variable (X) for Employee Performance (Y) of 2.542 and for Job Satisfaction (Z ) towards Employee Performance (Y) of -1,175. Then based on the results of the Kofisien test of Equation I determination of 0.284 it means that the contribution or work stress relationship is 28.4% and the remaining 71.6%, and from equation II the results are 0.174, meaning that the work stress factor (X) influences job satisfaction (Z) of 17.4%, while the remaining 82.6% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Then from the results of calculations through Path with the Causal Step method and Product Of Coefficient it is stated that and in this study the results of z calculated are 1.077 and z tables are 0.353. So it can be concluded that z count> z table, the Intervening variable mediates the relationship between the Independent variable and the Dependent variable. Or in other words the Job Satisfaction variable mediates the relationship between the Job Stress variable and the Employee Performance variable.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze more deeply the influence of customer value and brand awareness on customer retention with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The survey data used in this research is based on the results of a questionnaire distributed online using a Google form consisting of 18 questions and filled in by 291 respondents. The data was then processed using AMOS version 23. The results of this research prove that customer value and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on customer retention with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. It is hoped that the results of this research will bring positive benefits to various parties, namely for business owners and the world of fast commerce as well as for science in theory development. This research has sample and time limitations. So it can be a suggestion for further research to conduct research with a larger sample and at a different time. So it is recommended for future researchers to dig deeper into the scope of quick commerce, research over a wider area and use different research methods.

Abstract

One of the keys to successful information technology (IT) is good IT service management planning [1]. Implementation of ITIL also makes IT functions more valueable and user oriented, better structure and coordination in IT functions through standardization and process documentation, clear roles and responsibilities, better synchronization of various IT services and increased transparency. PT XYZ is one of the IT companies and the largest data center service provider in Indonesia. Improving service quality is a target for companies to provide good services to the IT services. Based on data in 2022, from the ITS Division, the average incident report that can be completed on time is around 78% from all services reported in IT Services. Based on the data obtained, it is necessary to evaluate the measurement of the maturity level of IT services that have been implemented at PT XYZ. The results of the overall process maturity level based on the maturity assessment used in handling incidents show that the average maturity at PT XYZ is at level 3-Defined, which means the distribution of documentation covering all processes.
