Abstract

Social support is the existence of interpersonal interactions that are shown by providing assistance to other individuals, where the assistance is generally obtained from people who are meaningful to the individual concerned. In addition, social support also affects self-regulated learning which involves peer support, family support, facility support, information support and emotional support. Aspects of social support that affect self-regulated learning are emotional support, reward support, instrumental support, information support and social network support. The characteristics possessed by self-regulated learning are individuals who have the ability to be active in regulating their learning activities in various ways. The environment around the individual such as the family environment, community environment, academic environment, and group environment have an influence on individual success in learning. This study aims to see the effect of social support on self-regulated learning in Sarmag program students with a total of 121 students as respondents. The sampling method used an accidental sampling technique, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis, which shows that there is a very significant effect of social support on self-regulated learning in Sarmag program students with an F value of 30.323 with a significance value of 0.000 (P < 0.05) and an R square value of 0.203 which indicates The effect of self-regulated learning which is very significant on social support is 20.3% with the remaining 79.7% influenced by other factors, namely self-efficacy, motivation, Intelligence Quotient.

Abstract

A company is always committed to tracking the correct way of working and scheduling to ensure quality and quantity. This study aims to determine the effect of big data on employees, vision and mission of companies in Indonesia. The type of research used is literature study. A systematic, unambiguous and repeatable method for identifying, discovering, and synthesizing research and the ideas it generates. This research results that big data is very influential on employees in order to improve the quality of human resources, as well as the vision and mission of a company. Big data has the benefits of increasing the growth and profit potential of a company, being able to compete with big businesses, increasing sales and employee loyalty, ensuring the right employee recruitment according to the job desk, and saving costs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the advantages of implementing a company management system with a combination of ERP in a company. The type of research used is a literature review. In this study, in the administrative control process, the ERP framework can be a facilitator in carrying out the administrative control process. For the preparation and planning process. The advantages of using an ERP framework combine the organizational lines of a coordinated business framework, extending the effectiveness and usefulness of the organization, disclosing precise detailed information and making controlled preparations. As a result of this research, there are several modules in the ERP framework, such as FI (Financial Bookkeeping), which are designed to provide a continuous estimate of an organization's revenue and measure an organization's financial performance against internal and external exchanges. information. Using the FI module, administrators can screen and examine an organization's financial exhibits that show how well the organization's faculty and staff are performing in extending benefits. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-service quality and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention through online consumer reviews tool as an intervening variable on the marketplace Shopee. The population in this study were women aged 20-35 years and had purchased and used the marketplace Shopee at least 2 times in Medan City with a total sample of 190 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was the sample taken with a non-probability sampling design. The type of non-probability sampling used was accidental sampling. The results show that E-service quality has a positive and significant effect on online consumer reviews on the marketplace Shopee. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on online consumer reviews on the marketplace Shopee. E-service quality has a positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention in the marketplace Shopee. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention in the marketplace Shopee. Online consumer reviews have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention in the marketplace Shopee. Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of motivation, creativity, and innovation on the performance of food and beverage processing industry players in the city of Pangkalpinang. This type of research was quantitative. The population in this study was the food and beverage processing industry players in the city of Pangkalpinang. The sampling technique was carried out by means of Simple Random Sampling and obtained a sample of 133. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, documentation, and literature studies. The data analysis technique used was a multiple linear analysis technique and used a partial hypothesis test (t) and simultaneously (f) and uses the coefficient of determination. The results of this study are 1) motivation has no effect on the performance of the food and beverage processing industry players in Pangkalpinang 2) creativity has a positive effect on the performance of the food and beverage processing industry players in Pangkalpinang 3) innovation has no effect on the performance of the food and beverage processing industry players in Pangkalpinang 4 ) motivation, creativity, and innovation together have a positive effect on the performance of food and beverage processing industry players.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether technical and fundamental analysis have a partial or simultaneous influence on stock prices. The population of this study amounted to 25 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In sampling, the researcher coordinates the objectives of the sampling method and takes the sample by considering several criteria. In this study, the data used are the company's financial statements obtained from the website www.idx.co.id and the official website from the company itself. The researcher uses descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis in his research. The results of this study partially show that Dividend Per Share has an effect and is significant on stock prices, Earning Per Share has an effect and is significant on stock prices, Trading Volume has no and no significant effect on stock prices, and Inflation has no significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, Dividend Per Share, Earning Per Share, Trading Volume and Inflation have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of people's business credit on farmers' income in Bosar Maligas District, Simalungun Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with farmers receiving People's Business Loans in the Bosar Maligas sub-district, Simalungun Regency, amounting to 159 people. In this review, there were 30 farmer respondents who used People's Business Credit in Bosar Maligas District, Simalungun Regency. These results indicate that the people's business credit variable has a probability value greater than 0.05 and the regression coefficient shows a positive value. This means that the variable of people's business credit has no significant effect on the income of farmers in Bosar Maligas District, Simalungun Regency. Based on this, the hypothesis which states that people's business credit has a positive and significant effect on farmers' income in Bosar Maligas District, Simalungun Regency is rejected. Based on the results of testing and discussion of the influence of the independent variable in the form of People's Business Credit on Farmers' Income in Bosar Maligas Subdistrict, it is concluded that (1) People's Business Credit Variable has a positive and insignificant effect on Farmers' Income in Bosar Maligas Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency. (2) Test Results simultaneously declared that the People's Business Credit simultaneously influence positively and not significant to the Farmers' Income in the District SimalungunBosar Maligas .

Abstract

The Indonesian Government is currently trying to intensify the establishment and development of BUM Village to increase village income. The existence of BUM Village is expected to be a pillar of the village community’s economy, so that the existence of BUM Village needs to be maintained and further considered. The management of BUM Village is carried out by the village government together with the community, based on these reasons it is important to conduct further research on social processes related to the existence of bonding social capital in the development of BUM Village. One of the BUM Village that can maintain its existence is BUM Village Kerjaya Krasa, established in 2017. This paper aims to analyze the development and role of bonding social capital in BUM Village Kerjaya Krasa. The research was conducted qualitatively through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The structural dimensions of social capital found are related to the good relationship between the BUM Village management, with the Krocok Villagers, and the Krocok Village Government. The cognitive dimensions of social capital that can be analyzed include written rules, norms, and sanctions. The relational dimensions that can be found are related to trust, transparency, reciprocity, and social values.

Abstract

Indonesia in 2020 is predicted to experience a demographic bonus. This generation is predicted to be more active in entrepreneurship because the protective nature of the millennial generation does not like attachments. Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Anak Agung Gede Ngurah Puspayoga said the growth of entrepreneurship in Indonesia is increasing. The purpose of this study is to present Startup XYZ as a solution to these problems. Startup XYZ is a startup pioneer in Indonesia that offers online stall rental facilities that bring together stall providers and stall tenants. Present in answering complaints in the community, making it easier for customers with convenience, practicality, security, comfort for both stall providers and stall tenants. In addition, when users register as premium customers, users will get access to complete market analysis along with customer traffic data at each kiosk. This will make it easier for users to meet their target customers. The point that will be discussed is that every start-up needs to carry out a Customer Validation process. To analyze and examine the research methodology the author uses qualitative methods. Primary data was collected from the founders of Startup XYZ through interviews with 25 respondents. For the analysis technique, descriptive analysis was carried out. In order to be successful in building a start-up, the Customer Validation process plays an important role in the success of a startup, of course, with assumptions that match the assumptions of customer needs.

Abstract

Currently in Indonesia, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the development of the national economy. This study aims to develop an integrated framework that incorporates the innovation and strategic sustainability behaviors into the cluster business development model of agribusiness-based MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses mixed methods with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The subjects in this study were 150 members of the center member entrepreneurs, managers of the Regional Innovation System (SIDa), cooperative administrators/managers, related agencies, universities and other parties involved in the implementation of the SIDa program, and MSMEs business development. The results of the analysis using the radar scale and scoring analysis show that there are twelve potentials and economic opportunities for MSMEs business spread over three zones. The results of the mapping using the value-added matrix found that most of the MSME business characteristics had a "none" or "simple" value. This study also found developing an integrated framework that incorporates the innovation and strategic sustainability behaviors into the cluster business development model of agribusiness-based MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic. The main theoretical contribution of this paper is that this study proposes a model that explains how the different elements of strategic sustainability behavior and innovation types that focus on the cluster business into the model affect the business performance, business sustainability, and business survival of the cluster business of agribusiness-based MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic.
