Abstract

This research departs from the problem of potential losses in Indonesia stemming from the actions of Cross Border Cash Carrying (CBCC). In 2018 it was estimated that there were 12 trillion rupiah suspected of entering Indonesia unreported and suspected to be a criminal practice of money laundering (TPPU) and financing of terrorism activities. To that end, this article aims to provide an overview of how CBCC threat countermeasures from a strategic customs and intelligence perspective. Using a qualitative approach, this article analyzes the problem using descriptive methods. The data sources used are secondary data derived from open sources such as news articles, academic research journals and institutional documents related to the problem under study. The results showed that the CBCC threat in addition to having an impact on economic aspects is also strongly related to the threat of other transnational crimes such as narcotics trafficking and terrorism financing. Therefore, this CBCC threat cannot be underestimated and must get an appropriate approach to overcome it. From a customs and strategic intelligence standpoint, surveillance of CBCC practices requires a wealth of data from multiple points of view to provide comprehensive mapping of the problem. In addition, appropriate intelligence data exchange media is needed so as to enable every surveillance agency, especially the DGCA, to have easy access to any data needed for surveillance and enforcement. In addition, regulatory improvements and strengthening the legal foundation continue to be pursued to support the effectiveness of enforcement in the field.

Abstract

Refugee shelters are a crucial asylum in restoring the physical and psychological situation. Although Indonesia is a strategic stopover country for refugees, refugee shelter facilities in the country are still far from international eligibility standards. South Sulawesi, the province with the second highest number of refugees in Indonesia, currently does not have a shelter to accommodate the diverse needs of refugees. Therefore, the purpose of this design is to design a refugee shelter in South Sulawesi that complies with international eligibility standards and can meet the needs of refugees and make it easier for the government to control. To meet this goal, data collection was conducted through a literature review of existing international refugee shelter standards and precedent building. After that, a site analysis is carried out to produce a building shape that is in accordance with the condition of the site. The result of the design is a refugee shelter that can complete architectural and non-architectural aspects including characteristics, basic needs, and evacuation activities.

This study used the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method with six stages, namely: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. The research objective is to create interactive learning media for basic programming subjects using Articulate Storyline software. The results of designing learning media are in the form of a scom application that can be integrated into the school's Learning Management System (LMS) and can be accessed by students anywhere and anytime via a laptop or smartphone.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the economic activities carried out by most Indonesians. MSMEs have a very significant contribution in employment, forming Gross Domestic Product, national export value and national investment. Until 2019, the number of MSMEs in Indonesia reached 56.5 million. The purpose of this study is to help MSMEs develop the application of a Microsoft Excel VBA (Macro) based accounting information system on BLPT GMIM Kaaten Tomohon. The development method in this study uses the Borg and Gall Research and Development (R&D) model, through this model aims to produce a computer application-based Accounting information system. Data is obtained directly from the company through interviews and documentation. Based on the data obtained, it is stated that the BLPT GMIM Kaaten Tomohon accounting information system has several weaknesses, such as the non-implementation of a computer-based accounting information system. From these weaknesses, researchers provide advice to use a Microsoft Excel VBA (Macro) based accounting information system that is easy to operate and in accordance with SAK EMKM.
