The goal of qualitative research is to bring researchers and the phenomena they study closer together in an interactive process that increases everyone's knowledge. While describing a phenomenon and its characteristics is the main goal of descriptive research. Observations, interviews, and documentation will be used to collect data, which will then be analyzed to provide solutions to the problems formulated and draw conclusions. The research findings show that first, many merchants and the general public do not understand the features and advantages of the program, the installation of a QRIS-based payment gateway for merchant transactions is still not going well. Second, the community and MSME actors are starting to switch to using QRIS because it can minimize the spread of Covid-19. Third, QRIS shows effectiveness in the transaction process during the Covid-19 pandemic which was very effective, besides that there are 2 types of transaction mechanisms using QRIS, the first is Merchant-Presented (push payment) and Customer-Presented (pull payment).

Companies that issue bonds have an obligation to pay interest regularly according to a predetermined period of time and the principal at maturity. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability on bond ratings in non-financial companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative analysis method using Microsoft Excel 2016 software and SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 26.0 as tools to test data. The purpose of this analysis is to get the relevant information contained in the data and use the results to solve a problem. The results of this study state that a positive liquidity value indicates that companies with high liquidity are most likely to be in efficient conditions, for example, companies do not use financing through bonds because companies have large internal funds and tend to choose to use internal funds first compared to external financing sources such as issuance of bonds resulting in high corporate value and affect the bond rating. These results indicate that liquidity has a positive influence on bond ratings of non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021, thus supporting the research hypothesis. This is because liquidity shows a positive direction, where the higher the level of liquidity, the greater the acquisition of a non-financial company's bond rating.

Kampung Pelangi is one of the trends used to dress up several villages in Indonesia so that they have selling points to help the community develop more in advancing their villages. The villages that become Pelangi villages have quite similar types of village problems, namely villages that are densely populated with the majority of the population being the lower middle class. This kelurahan is located by the river and has a hillside site and is in the center of the city. This gave rise to a phenomenon where an urban village became an object of public spectacle. Coupled with easy digital access to promote goods for sale, including the beauty of the village, this has made the village an object to be watched and enjoyed rather than simply defined as a place to live. What is witnessed or shown is a scenario planned by the community and the village government, by looking for the potential that exists in people's lives, then raised and highlighted as the attraction of the village spectacle. This paper discusses how Kampung in Indonesia developed within the scope of the city of Semarang and ended up becoming a trend of dressing up as a village in the modern era with the case study of Kampung Pelangi to reveal the extent to which the level of spectacle created in reality in urban areas. villages in Indonesia seen from the Kampung Pelangi phenomenon.
