Abstract

ISPA is an acute respiratory infection caused by bacteria or viruses, with ISPA sufferers typically experiencing symptoms for 14 days. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are four variables related to the frequency of ISPA, namely: humidity with a value p=0.000 (p<0.05), lighting with a value p=0.49 ( p<0).05), smoking behavior at home with a value p=0.018 (p<0.05) and window opening behavior with a value p=0.005 (p<0.05) and there is only one variable that is not related to the incidence of ARF, namely ventilation with p-value = 0.414 (p>0.05)

Abstract

One of the unidentified fungi that occupy habitats or are found in oil palm lands. The importance or urgency of this research is carried out so that various types of fungi in Papua can be properly identified so as to enrich mushroom research data in various types of habitats. This study aims to determine the types and diversity of macroscopic fungi (fungi) found in oil palm plantations in Buasom Village, Unurum Guay District, Jayapura Regency. This study used 5 transects and each transect consisted of 5 observation plots which would be placed in oil palm plantations. The total number of observation plots is 25 with a size of 20 m x 20 m. The collected data will be analyzed using the K, KR, F, FR, INP and H' approach. The results showed that the composition of macroscopic mushroom species in the oil palm plantation of Buasom village, Unurum Guay District, Jayapura Regency as a whole was 24 species of mushrooms in 13 families. The number was distributed in the observation transect, namely, in the first transect 11 species with (H' 2.01) moderate category, in the second transect 7 species with (H' 1.81) low category, in the third transect 12 species with (H' 2.19) medium category, transect fourth 7 species with (H' 1.71) low category and fifth transect 5 species with (H' 1.31) low category

Abstract

Model of mediation attitudes at court is not merely alike in skills of knowledge at all, the way of implementing court activity for Justice way does not support itself not only with superiority of adequate skills for completing jobs, but also supported with attitudes. Abstract

"The Effect of Giving Rewards and Punishments on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction at the Airumeg AMDK Factory PT. Umega Sembilan Berlian" Under the Guidance of Dr. Ramdani Bayu Putra, SE., MM and Mrs. Mutia Seplinda, S.Sc., M.Sc. This research aims to determine the effect of rewards and punishment on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Airumeg AMDK Factory PT. Umega Sembilan Berlian. Data collection methods through interviews, questionnaires, observation and documentation, with a sample of 80 respondents. The analysis method used is the Measurement Model Test (Outher Model) and structural model testing (Inner Model). It is obtained that: Rewards have a big impact on how satisfied you are at work. Punishment has a big impact on how happy someone is at work. Rewards have a big impact on how well employees perform. Punishment has a big impact on how well an employee performs. Employee performance is greatly influenced by job satisfaction

Abstract

Efforts to develop tourism in Maluku by implementing the Pentahelix Concept are one of the offers from the Ministry of Tourism related to tourism development in an area. However, the application of the pentahelix concept is not yet fully optimal in strategic tourist areas such as Liang Country. The important role of all stakeholders in tourism development. These parties are the regional government, Liang state government, business actors, and the community/society plus the media. These parties constitute a unit that is complementary and interrelated. The pentahelix model seeks to encourage the tourism sector and the tourism system by increasing roles in creating economic benefits that can be taken from tourism activities in Liang Country, thereby creating a wide multiplier effect for the people of Liang Country

Abstract

Defense Construction for Military Base in a Builder perspective is very enormous to develop in structuring main foundation for rejecting enemy attack in sudden circumstance. Great Wall of China was built to hold enemy attack with large amount of enemy in any direction with anti-aircraft assemble. The Research applies Research and Development Instrumental method to develop Structure Plan towards Defense in military purpose about holding attack from enemy sudden arrival. Due that great wall was build in a single assemble construction in structure all materials, it is important to explain that the construction of castle was designed to hold the enemy as all the soldiers could conduct and have cooperation ahead within Pancasila Philosophy

Abstract

This research aims to analyze literary theories and approaches that can be applied in Margaret Atwood’s works, one of her novels entitled The Year of The Flood. This issue or social phenomena of the pandemic and post-pandemic era in the novel reflected by Atwood was remarkable; the image and the moral values in the book remain toward humans universally. This study’s literary approach is ‘Mimetic Theory’ by M.H Abrams, which analyzes social aspects as a real-life reflection. A descriptive qualitative method was applied in this study. The data consists of both primary data and supporting data. The main dates were mainly from the novel The Year of The Flood by Atwood (2009). The supporting data were from reference books, journals, and articles related to the research. In the final result, there were five aspects, namely the environments, feelings, economic factors, crime, and faith, which were related and analyzed using mimetic theory

Abstract

One of the most valuable assets owned by a company organization is human resources which are the main issue in the success of achieving a company's goals as employees as measured by career development and performance motivation. The aim of this research is to determine the importance of the work environment on career development and employee performance motivation. Abstract

UNCEN Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education Department students are students who actively play a role in utilizing digital information sources. However, this raises problems regarding the use of digital sources. So because of the problems that often occur, it is not yet known whether students have utilized digital resources properly and correctly, so research needs to be conducted to find out more about what the digital literacy of students majoring in Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education is like in supporting learning using instant DCA (Digital Competence Assessment) measurements. which is a model and instrument used to determine and measure a person's digital literacy abilities. The research results show that the digital literacy skills of students majoring in P.MIPA in using technology are in the sufficient category with a percentage achievement of 59.25%. In the cognitive dimension, the overall percentage of results was 54.92%, which was categorized as sufficient. Meanwhile, in the ethical dimension, the overall percentage of results was 62.76%, which is categorized as good
