Abstract

The purpose of this literature review is to find and examine various definitions of conflict management based on the broad context of previous research. This research was conducted qualitatively using the literature study method with the help of the Google Scholar and Mendeley databases. The type of data used in this literature review is a type of secondary data in the form of articles and research journals totaling 36 articles and international research journals with a publication range of 2015-2022. The results of this literature review are based on the results of bibliometric data analysis through the context of previous research which shows that there are 6 definitions of occupational safety and health (OSH), 3 antecedents of occupational safety and health (OSH), 6 consequences of occupational safety and health (OSH) and 12 sectors. occupational safety and health (OSH)

Abstract

Edible coating is a technique to increase the shelf life of tomatoes. The purpose of this study was to determine the best concentration for using aloe vera as a coating material and to analyze the effect of the combined use of aloe vera edible coatings packed in vacuum on the shelf life of tomatoes. The study used an experimental method consisting of 4 levels, namely without coating (K0V), 30% aloe vera coating (K30V), 50% aloe vera coating (K50V),and 70% aloe vera coating (K70V). The results showed that the coating treatment of aloe vera had an effect on the total dissolved solids (TPT) and vitamin C in storage of tomatoes, although based on statistical results it did not show significant results. The best concentration to maintaince the shelf life of tomatos is aloe vera coating 30% (K30V) treatment was the best concentration

Abstract

This journal reviews Sundanese cultural creativity at Mutiara 2 High School, Bandung City. This study aims to determine the creativity of Sundanese culture at Mutiara 2 High School, Bandung City. This type of research is participant qualitative research through interviews with informants and group discussions. Creativity is a person's ability to give birth to something new, both in the form of ideas and real work, which is relatively different from what has existed before. In developing Sundanese cultural creativity at Mutiara 2 High School in Bandung City, apart from holding a traditional ceremony for the release of class XII students, they also held Thursday Nyunda, where students wear Sundanese-based clothing, Hajat Cai Performances and Silat Tajimalela Shows. By referring to Sundanese cultural values, students can maintain and preserve Sundanese cultural creativity so that it is maintained

Abstract

Indonesia has a wealth of genetic resources and traditional knowledge related to genetic resources which are abundant and of economic value. Therefore it must be preserved and developed so that it can be utilized in a sustainable manner as a development resource for the greatest benefit and prosperity of the people. The research method is a study of normative legal literature, a process of searching for legal principles, legal principles and legal doctrine to answer legal questions at hand. The result of the Nagoya Protocol research is an international environmental agreement within the framework of the Convention on Biological Diversity, which regulates access to genetic resources and fair and balanced benefit sharing between users and providers of genetic resources on the basis of mutual agreement. Abstract

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in Indonesian banking on the level of soundness and competitiveness, to find out differences between the financial performance of Government-Owned Commercial Banks (BUMN), National Private Commercial Banks, Regional Development Banks and Foreign Banks with a risk profile approach, good corporate governance, earnings, and capital. The banking sector selected as the population used for this study is a bank registered in Indonesia. The research method used is the normative juridical method, the results of research on differences in the level of soundness between BUMN Banks, Private Banks, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loans, Good Corporate Governance, Return on Assets, Operating Expenses to Operating Income, and Capital Adequacy Ratio. The population of this study are state-owned banks, private banks in Indonesia which provide annual reports and corporate governance reports. Abstract

This study aims to describe the Decadence of Learners after the implementation of Distance Learning (PJJ) due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive with the subject of Student Research. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, observation, and literature study. The results of the study show that the teacher's view of student ethical decadence is true, when PJJ teachers only provide core material and rarely provide advice on ethics, lack of parental supervision, some of these things are exacerbated by the existence of social media which students always access without supervision which makes ethical decadence occur

Abstract

In theory, a tax audit is a way (means) to identify discrepancies between commercial and tax reports and errors in the application of tax regulations by taxpayers. Tax audit is part of tax administration whose job is to determine the extent of formal and substantive compliance by taxpayers. The main problem of this audit is how the tax audit is carried out at the Tangerang Tax Audit and Investigation Office and whether the tax audit fulfills two objectives, namely achieving sales targets and law enforcement, as well as how the overall audit results can be followed up. within the framework of a future audit and investigative function. Abstract

The increase in malpractice cases in Indonesia is caused by doctors' errors or negligence in carrying out medical procedures on patients. This causes dissatisfaction among patients, who feel their rights have been violated and want to sue the doctor who harmed them. Mistakes made by doctors and health workers are actions that are very detrimental to patients when carrying out treatment, which can result in deterioration of the patient's health or death. As the scope and role of public experts continue to expand and with the increasing risks involved in carrying out public opinion work, a balance needs to be struck between legal certainty and awareness of the legal responsibility of public experts for the opinions they provide. Acquisition activities are carried out for development for the benefit of society. Public appraisers are required to be accountable for their assessments at all times.
