Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth on the poverty rate in North Sulawesi Province in 2003-2021. The dependent variable in this study is poverty and the independent variable is economic growth. The data used is secondary data from related agencies, especially the Central Bureau of Statistics of North Sulawesi. Linear regression analysis became a data analysis technique in this study. The results of this study found that there was no significant effect of economic growth on poverty levels in North Sulawesi Province and the relationship was positive

Abstract

Now, the duties and authorities of PPTK who are responsible as financial managers by carrying out the duties of Commitment Making Officers are hereinafter abbreviated as PPK as procurement actors. This collaboration of authority between regional financial management and procurement actors will only have a negative impact on bureaucratic structuring to potentially open opportunities for fraud that leads to corruption in the procurement of local government goods/services.  The purpose of this study was to answer how the regulatory model for the duties and authorities of Technical Implementation Officers Activities in the implementation of procurement of goods and services. This type of research is a normative juridical with a statutory approach. The results showed that the ideal regulatory model is to maintain each task in the scope of PPTK as an administration of activity management and PPK as a work manager

Abstract

The monopoly right to health protection granted to the Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) in Law no. 24 of 2011 concerning BPJS is an attempt to organize a health insurance program effectively and efficiently. However, this monopoly right also raises several problems, first, institutional problems in the implementation of the national social security system (SJSN) and related to choosing a hospital location that is not in accordance with the wishes of BPJS participants. In this legal research, it has a normative research type with a statutory approach related to the BPJS monopoly right in health protection. The research results show that in order to ensure that the national health insurance program can run effectively, coordinated and integrated efforts are needed between the government, BPJS Health, health service providers, and the community. The government needs to increase the allocation of the health budget, ensure efficient use of funds, and find alternative sources of funding

Abstract

The development of the broiler farming industry is currently facing many challenges such as high feed prices, management, and livestock diseases. Colibacillosis is a disease that is often found in the field so that it has an impact on the farmer's economy. Colibacillosis can cause growth disturbances, decrease in production, increase in the number of rejected chickens, decrease in carcass and egg quality, as well as chick quality (DOC) (Tabbu, 2000). The anticipatory measure is the administration of antibiotics, however their use has recently begun to be reduced due to the impact on chicken carcasses. This study aims to analyze the costs incurred for maintaining the health of livestock fed herbal feed and the cost efficiency used in raising broilers with herbal feed compared to conventional methods. The results showed that the application of herbal feed in broiler farms was efficient in saving maintenance costs

Abstract

The purpose of writing this final project is to find out how to manage the maintenance of vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) properly. The types of data used in collecting the required data include primary and secondary data.The data analysis method used to determine the management of vannamei shrimp broodstock (Litopenaeus vannamei) is qualitative descriptive data analysis. Held from January to April 2022 at PT Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama (benur kita) Barru Regency, South Sulawesi. Abstract

Morosi Community Health Center in 2020 with a total of 6392 visits seen from data on the 10 biggest diseases, namely ISPA 672, Hypertension 360 visits, joints and connective tissue 132 people, nerves 2 (two) visits, stomach ulcers 384 visits, Diabetes Mellitus 48 people, Dyspepsia 156 people, Diarrhea 216 people, eye disease 30 people and other diseases 4,392 people. The aim of the study was to analyze the relationship of PHBS factors with the incidence of ARI in Morosi District, Konawe Regency. This research method is quantitative, the research results are known. It is known from the results of the Chi-Square test that the value of 56,071 is greater than X2, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between PHBS and ISPA events and the Phi value is 0.438 which means it has a moderate relationship. The conclusion is that there is a moderate relationship between PHBS and ISPA

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between gravity and the incidence of low birth weight in Kendari city hospital. This research method is quantitative, the sample of this research is 58 respondents. Research results It is known from the results of data analysis that the chi-square test value is obtained, namely the calculated X2 value is 10,434 or greater than the X2 table with a value of 3,841, and it is known that the P value is not greater than Alpha (0.005 <0.05). This can be interpreted that the independent variable meme is related the dependent variable with the closeness of the variable relationship can be seen from the Phi value, which is 0.424 which lies in the range of the coefficient interval 0.40-0.599 which can be concluded that there is a relationship with a moderate level. It is recommended to provide more Health Education for pregnant women as an early detection of the risk of LBW

Abstract

Bitung Ocean Fishing Port is one of the type A ports in Indonesia. Some of the services provided are available at the Syahbandar OFP Bitung office. The quality of service should be a reference for other types of fishing ports. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of fishermen's satisfaction and service attributes that need to be improved in the e-logbook service at the Ocean Fishing Port (OFP) Bitung, North Sulawesi. This research was conducted by taking data through surveys directly with the questionnaire distribution method. The analysis methods used are Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the study obtained, for the value of the level of agent satisfaction with fishing e-logbook services include 5 variables, namely reliability 81.32%, responsiveness 84.44%, certainty 83.23%, empathy 89.04%, physical facilities 86.24% with a total overall CSI value of 84.85%. This value shows that fishermen have a perception that the service of the e logbook is very satisfying. Meanwhile, the service attribute a that must be improved in performance is problem responsiveness.  Thus, OFP Bitung will be able to provide the best service according to the expectations of users of the e logbook service
