Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the Implementation of Policy and Manifestation of Cultural Values in Handling Covid-19 in the North Jakarta Mayor's Office, DKI Jakarta Province. The research method used is a qualitative research method with the ASOCA (Ability, Strength, Opportunity, Culture, Agility) analysis approach. The qualitative research method is an appropriate method for uncovering current problems in the case of handling Covid-19 in DKI Jakarta in particular and in Indonesia in general. The qualitative method is a very appropriate method in this case because data processing is carried out in the form of words and not in numerical form. Based on the research results, it shows that the role of vaccination, Micro PPKM, ideology in cultural values has a very significant and positive influence on the handling of Covid-19 in the North Jakarta Mayor's Office, DKI Jakarta Province

Abstract

This research is classroom action research which aims to determine the application of Game Based Learning to improve the learning outcomes of Drama Texts for 32 students in class VIII-A at SMP Negeri 22 Surabaya. This is because students' understanding of the material regarding the structure and elements of drama texts is still lacking, so the learning outcomes are still lacking and not yet within the predetermined criteria. The research began with an interview method with subject teachers to determine students' initial understanding, the method used to determine students' initial conceptual understanding. The research was carried out in two stages, namely cycle I and cycle II. Each cycle consists of a process of planning, action, observation and reflection. Test results using the Game Based Learning learning model have increased starting from the pre-test which obtained an average score of 46.8. In cycle I, the average test results obtained by students were 68.75. In cycle II, an average value of 87.5 was obtained

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out recruitment in obtaining superior human resources in CV Barokah Jaya. Qualitative research with descriptive methods. In a good recruitment process, sources said that it plays an important role in obtaining superior human resources for the workforce, this is proven by a match between the competencies possessed by prospective employees both before and after being accepted for work. Recruitment at CV Barokah Jaya has developed to be more structured and systematic, using guidelines such as required position formation, position qualifications, and recruitment methods. Abstract

The significance of human resources in determining a company's success renders them a pivotal component in the everyday operations of the organization. Furthermore, the status of this entity is unaffected by external factors, including advanced technological advancements, so rendering it immune to prohibition. This may be attributed to the primary goals of enhancing regulatory frameworks, optimizing decision-making processes, and promoting policy facilitation. The primary objective of this study is to investigate and evaluate the impact of servant leadership and ethical leadership on organizational transformation within the context of Travel An-Namira Madura. All individuals included in this study were employed by the same business. The present study employs a quantitative methodology, using questionnaires sent to a sample of 52 individuals employed in the workforce. The data was processed using the IBM SPSS 25.0 software. The study results indicate that the implementation of servant leadership has a positive influence on the effectiveness of organizational transformation

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership on Change Management in Regional Government Organizations, and to find out how much influence Transformational Leadership has on Change Management in Regional Government Organizations. This research is often discussed, but has not specifically discussed the relationship between the two, especially within local government. The results of the research are that Transformational Leadership has a significant and positive influence on Change Management in Regional Government Organizations and the magnitude of the influence of the transformational leadership variable on change management is 52.9%, of which the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research

Abstract

This research was examining several methods of processing snakehead fish with several treatment methods before drying, namely (1) making surimi, (2) making mashed fish, and (3) cooking using an autoclave. Data analysis used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The study's results showed that protein levels during the study for all treatments did not significantly affect the protein content of snakehead fish meals. The average protein content was 71.17 ± 1.28 to 88.05 ± 1.28. The highest protein content was obtained in the treatment method for making snakehead fish meals, starting with the manufacture of freshly dried surimi. The Fat ranged from 0.77 ± 0.58 to 1.88 ± 0.58. The lowest fat content was obtained in the treatment of the Making Snakehead Fish Meal processing method by making surimi, then drying at 65o C ± 12 hours. The water content of snakehead fish meal for all treatments was 3.91 ± 1.33 to 6.51 ± 1.31. Carbohydrates for all treatments were, on average, 1.38 ± 0.7 to 2.73 ± 0.7. Protein digestibility is an average of 88 ± 1.7 to 91 ± 1.7. Total Microbes, namely 18,733 ± 1.7 to 8,133 ± 1.7. As for the Organoleptic Test, the treatment that was given the number 9 from the parameters of Appearance, Color, Taste, Aroma, Texture, and Acceptance was the research treatment, namely the production of snakehead fish meal using the method of making surimi first before drying

Abstract

Humans are legal subjects who function as supporters of rights and obligations. Humans as social creatures have needs that can only be met if they have relationships with each other. The legal relationship between one party and another party creates an agreement that has reciprocal rights and obligations. An agreement or contract binds the parties who make it. Therefore, according to law, agreements are one source of engagement, in addition to various other sources. An agreement is also called an agreement, because the parties bound in an agreement agree to do something. Article 1313 of the Civil Code provides the following formulation of an agreement: "an agreement is an act by which one or more people bind themselves to one or more other people. Abstract

In this study, we imposed Analysis of variances test (ANOVA) which use when we have more than two treatments or different levels of a single factors that we wish to compare then we assume homogeneity of variances across the groups being compared although most of the earlier works that have addressed the problem of testing equality of mean variance overestimates the appropriate variance and the test statistic becomes conservative. This is the well known Behrens – Fisher problem.  Then we are interested in comparing several treatment means in this work , we  made use  the analysis of variance under unequal variances when the groups variances differ. It will be very inappropriate to use the pooled sample variance  as a single value for the variances, instead the sample harmonic mean of variances   is proposed as an alternative to the pooled sample variance when there is heterogeneity of variances. The distribution theoretically  and confirmed using simulation studies and this proposed harmonic mean of variance was , examined in this work and found useful for unequal variances
