Mestaka: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat diterbitkan pada tahun 2022 oleh CV. Pakis Journal. Abstract

The rapid development of the world and industry has made companies face challenging conditions where they must carry out socially responsible business practices. This form of social responsibility can be realized through the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). PT Telkom Indonesia as the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia has consistently implemented these two things which are in line with its obligations as a BUMN to support efforts to improve government performance. The research method used is literature review using information obtained from previous research and official websites. The results obtained from this analysis are that PT Telkom Indonesia has a series of CSR programs that are dominantly oriented towards community welfare and the implementation of GHRM practices within the company to support the achievement of sustainable development goals.

Abstract

The entrepreneurial activity of product ivonation "Purple Sweet Potato Pudding with the Addition of Brown Sugar Vla" was carried out in November and December 2023 at Dehasen University Bengkulu, aiming to analyze the feasibility of the business, production costs of income and profits from the product ivonation. By utilizing local foods in the Bengkulu region such as purple sweet potatoes and palm sugar.  Product innovation is carried out by students of the Agricultural Product Technology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Dehasen University Bengkulu. This activity was carried out by direct marketing method at the bazaar activity carried out by Dehasen University Bengkulu. After analyzing the data, it is hoped that the product innovation of Ubi Unggu Pudding with the Addition of Brown Sugar can become a viable entrepreneurial endeavor.

Abstract

CV. Yummys Motherlacto Indonesia faces challenges in the management process of inventory assets, particularly focusing on inventory asset data procedures. The challenges include procedures for registering new assets and manually recording assets using Microsoft Excel and physical logbooks. The objective of this research is to find solutions to address these challenges, aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the process. In this study, the researchers utilized knowledge in inventory management to handle inventory asset management, employing Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) as a solution to transition from manual methods to greater efficiency by developing an application using appsheet. Additionally, they leveraged forecasting techniques such as Demand Forecasting and extrapolation techniques, alongside ABC Analysis for categorizing the value of inventory assets. By overcoming the aforementioned challenges through solutions derived from the mentioned theories and knowledge, the research yielded outcomes that effectively improved the efficiency of the asset management process.

Abstract

Abstract Organizational culture is a set of established norms that constitute the values or characteristics of a company. Organizational culture can shape, influence, and even reflect the quality of human resources. Employee orientation can create effective strategies to enhance development within it. This journal discusses the analysis of the influence of organizational culture on the improvement of Human Resources Quality, also known as resources, in Persebaya Amateur. The quality of human resources can experience improvement due to the influence of the organizational culture created within it. This research uses a direct survey method involving interviews with relevant parties. Data are analyzed using organizational culture as a crucial factor influencing the improvement of human resource quality in the company. The creation of quality human resources is a significant impact of a positive organizational culture. In general, this research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the strategies used to improve human resource quality. This is also to measure the strategies and roles in regression techniques to assess the extent to which organizational culture influences the internal club development strategy. The research results indicate that a positive and strong contribution of organizational culture can enhance effectiveness in strategies and roles in improving human resource quality, which can be utilized for the internal development of the Persebaya Amateur Club. The implications of these findings create a foundation for amateur football clubs to enhance performance and its positive impact on overall club development. This study can provide guidance for other amateur football clubs that seek to strengthen key aspects within their organizations.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of the quality of coach and football club administration resources. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach is used to gain in-depth insights into the factors affecting player development. The study involves participants from several football clubs, utilizing in-depth interview techniques, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis is conducted by identifying patterns of findings, comparing interview results, and compiling detailed descriptions. The main findings indicate that the quality of coach resources, including tactical and technical knowledge, communication skills, and leadership, significantly impacts player motivation. Additionally, the quality of club administration, encompassing effective management, providing adequate facilities, and team coordination, also plays a crucial role in player development. This study provides a better understanding of the complex dynamics among these factors and highlights the importance of human resource management in the context of football player development. Practical implications of this research include recommendations for improving training quality, administrative management, and psychological support to enhance motivation and success in player development within football clubs.

Abstract

This research provides in-depth insight into optimizing the use of Instagram as an effective branding tool, with an emphasis on high-quality visual content to maintain brand consistency that is able to stimulate more active consumer interaction. As a football club, Persebaya Amateur feels the need to expand its reach and interaction with its audience, especially through social media as the main communication channel. The main focus of this research is on the Instagram platform, which is the main media used by the club. To obtain accurate data and information, careful research methods are used. The findings from this research can provide a deeper insight into the club, especially within the internal scope of Persebaya Amateur, to understand consumer behavior on social media and design branding strategies that are more targeted. This strategy involves consistent branding activities, focuses on the club's identity values, and can increase audience interaction and engagement. Practically, the results of this research can guide amateur football clubs and similar organizations in designing more effective branding strategies through social media, with the aim of increasing audience interaction and involvement, as well as strengthening the club's identity and image.

Abstract

The widespread use of the internet accessed by the public makes communication via social media an effective way to increase the popularity or fame of an account on social media. The important role of account managers on social media, especially Instagram, is one strategy for forming social media branding for a company, one of which is the football industry. This research aims to determine creative content strategies in increasing the popularity of a club on Instagram social media. The method or approach used in writing this journal is the qualitative descriptive method, where this method has a main focus that uses data acquisition that is as it is. The results of this research journal were obtained from uploading creative content on Instagram social media belonging to the Persebaya internal club in order to increase popularity among social media users, especially Instagram.

Abstract

This outreach activity to the community aims to build a brokerage company image branding strategy. Brokerage companies often face challenges in maintaining a positive image amidst negative perceptions that arise due to various issues and scandals involving the corporate industry. A bad image of a brokerage company can damage investor confidence and hinder long-term business growth. In Indonesia, there are still many people who do not understand investment principles. Seeing the existing problems, this community service activity provides insight and understanding for the community through training as part of the branding strategy. Participants can also have the opportunity to play golf while sharing. Thus, the insights gained by SSC participants "Sharing Cari Cuan" are not only material on how to invest, but also get other experiences from community service activities carried out.

Abstract

Seeing the competition in the business market world is getting tighter, PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) which provides goods or mail delivery services if it does not innovate it will be less competitive, currently PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) is ranked number 3 nationally in the national ranking of services. Free pickup servive service or free package pick-up is an effort made by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) so that customers do not go to other delivery services. The PosAja Indonesia application has great potential with various services provided, but the concern of the Indonesian people for the PosAja application is still lacking because of a number of problems, including PosAja is still fairly new, so the author is very interested in introducing the application as a form of community service with the title "The introduction of the free pickup service feature in the PosAja application as an effort to make it easier for people to send packages". Application introduction activities are carried out through Instagram social media by distributing posters addressed to all Indonesian people. The community service period starts on December 14 – 18, 202. For technical implementation, it starts from planning, action, and evaluation. The results of the introduction of the PosAja application through Instagram received a positive response from the public, and simply added information to the community. With the introduction of the PosAja application, it is expected that users of this application will increase. The introduction of the free pickup service feature of the PosAja application is expected that the public can know the existence of the Pos Aja application so as to increase the adoption of the PosAja application.

Abstract

In this increasingly modern era, culinary trends continue to develop rapidly. One of the latest trends that is currently popular is melted mini piscok. Piscok mini melt is a variant of banana chocolate which has a smaller size and delicious filling. In 2023, melted mini piscok is predicted to become increasingly popular and become one of people's favorite foods. In 2023, melted mini piscok will experience various innovations and taste improvements that will make it even more contemporary. Various new flavors such as chocolate cheese, matcha chocolate and strawberry chocolate are a special attraction for sweet food lovers. Apart from that, the variety of shapes and appearances is also increasingly attractive with toppings such as nuts, Oreos and sprinkles which make it even more beautiful and appetizing. In facing the melted mini piscok trend in 2023, producers and sellers must be able to keep up with developments and maintain product quality they. This needs to be done to maintain consumer satisfaction and win competition with other competitors. In facing this challenge, producers must continue to carry out research and development to create new innovations that can follow consumer tastes and trends. In conclusion, piscok mini melted will become one of the popular culinary trends in 2023. Innovation and improving taste are factors main role in maintaining the popularity of this food. Apart from that, the unique and modern concept in presentation is also its own attraction. With innovation and quality improvements, it is hoped that mini melted piscok will continue to be popular and become one of the favorite foods in the years to come.
