Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon from the author's observations that the range of moral development carried out by PAI teachers to their students has not gone well, because there are still many of their students who have morals that are not in accordance with the teachings taught by their teachers, such as smoking during recess, playing cellphones. when studying, rarely do assignments, clothes are not neat, often late, likes to pull out and likes to bully his classmates. This study aims to describe the Creativity of Islamic Education Teachers in Fostering Student Morals at SMA N 1 Tigo Nagari, Pasaman Regency. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The subject of this research is 1 PAI teacher and curriculum representative at the school. The data collection techniques used are observation and interviews, the data analysis in this study is a descriptive analysis technique and the data validity technique is observation, increasing persistence, triangulation, when it comes back to research later the researcher uses supporting reference materials and hacks. The results of data analysis show that creative teachers can be seen from four aspects of creativity, namely fluency in thinking, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The results of the research from the four aspects of creativity that teachers have about the creativity of PAI teachers in fostering the morals of students at SMA N 1 Tigo Nagari, Pasaman Regency, not all teachers have criteria for these four aspects due to the low knowledge about creativity possessed by teachers. Even so, teachers continue to try to create ideas so that they can develop students' morals well. For example, they hold extracurricular activities and involve their students, so that their talents and interests are channeled and the purpose of the extracurricular itself is to avoid delinquency.  Keywords: Creativity, PAI Teacher, Fostering Morals

Abstract

In Aceh Province, the users of the IUD IUD are 12,659 (3.5%). From a report by the Aceh Besar Health Office, in 2019 the number of IUD contraceptive users was 3158 (129.11%). The low interest of users of IUD KB due to complaints of pain (pain), vaginal discharge and bleeding is one of the most important medical reasons an IUD acceptor decides to stop using it and it occurs 4-15% per year. The purpose of this study was to determine the Correlation between Complaints of Fertile Age Couples (PUS) and the Length of Intra-Uterine Device (IUD) KB for Active IUD Acceptors in Lamceu Village Kuta Baro Aceh Besar in 2020. This research is analytic with cross sectional design. The population and sample in this study were 90 people. The study was conducted in 27 Juni s/d 01 July 2020. Data were processed univariate and bivariate he results showed there is a relationship between changes in menstrual cycles (P value = 0.04), complaints of abdominal pain (P value = 0.005), vaginal discharge (0.04) and sexual relationship disorders (P value = 0.001) with the duration of KB intra-uterine device (IUD) On IUD Active Acceptors in Lamceu Village Kuta Baro Aceh Besar in 2020. It was expected that officers will establish a sustainable reproductive health education program, bearing in mind that there are still IUD acceptors who do not know clearly about complaints that might occur due to the use of an IUD. Health workers in this case serving family planning are expected to always provide education and information to prospective acceptors and acceptors of family planning IUDs about types of IUD contraception especially their advantages and disadvantages. Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems that occur at MIN 2 Agam, that fiqh teacher is less than optimal in the learning process and in the application of reward and punishment, teacher only give occasional reward and inconsistent in his application and the application of punishment is rarely applied, teacher often ignore students who commit violations, as a result most of the students are less enthusiastic in learning fiqh and lack achievement, and often violate the rules set by the teacher, this can be seen from observations when the fiqh teacher teach in class VB. Therefore, the researcher wants to know how to apply rewards for students who are diligent, enthusiastic and good during the learning process and want to know how to apply punishment to students who are lazy and like to break the rules from the teacher. The purpose of the application of reward and punishment is the students are motivated and enthusiastic in learning. This type of research is a field research with a descriptive qualitative method that describes the application of reward and punishment in fiqh subjects at MIN 2 Agam. In collecting data the researcher used observation and interview techniques. The main sources of data and informants in this study was fiqh teacher and supporting of informants, several students of class VB at MIN 2 Agam. Meanwhile, to analyze it, the researcher used steps of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are that at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Agam, every teacher has the right to apply rewards and punishments to students where the rewards are aimed at the good of the students and to raise students' enthusiasm for learning so that students can be happy and more active in learning, as well as punishment that is imposed on them. implemented does not contain physical violence and violates the law but the punishment applied is educational and able to make students better for the future. Rewards and punishments applied by teachers also take various forms, there are rewards in the form of praise, additional values, prizes and punishments in the form of preventive and repressive ones. this way and it has been able to bring students in a more positive direction. Abstract

The advance in technology has brought changes to every aspect of life including education. Various technology appliances and applications offer many helpful resources and techniques for teachers and learners to choose from in assisting their teaching and learning processes. Not only that it helps teachers to become more creative, it also  encourages more motivation for the learners. The successful of its application closely related to the way it is perceived by the users. In this sense, the teachers’ perceptions as the facilitator of knowledge in the class are worth exploring. This study therefore, investigated the perception of English teachers in Merauke in teaching English using technology. The data were obtained from six English teachers from four different junior high schools in Merauke through questionnaire and interview. The perceptions were categorized based on four acceptance aspects in the use of technology (UTAUT), performance, effort, and social expectations and facilitating conditions. The findings showed positive responses from the teachers regarding the use of technology in English teaching and learning. Abstract

This research was motivated by the problems found at IAIN Bukitinggi, among others, not graduating at another PTN, not on their own volition (parental encouragement), and joining friends. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining what is the motivation of IAIN Bukittinggi students with high school backgrounds in choosing PAI study programs. This type of research is a field research that is descriptive qualitative in nature, which tries to describe, describe and interpret a phenomenon that occurs according to the data in the field. With key informants, namely students and fathers, lecturers as supporting informants. To collect data the author uses the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation as a data collection tool, and data analysis techniques using data reduction, data display and data verification, and the validity of the data by comparing the results of observations with interviews. Based on the results of research interviews with several sources, the authors conclude the research as follows. the motivation of other Bukittinggi students with high school backgrounds in choosing the PAI study program. As for the reasons for the motivation of other students from Bukittinggi with high school backgrounds in choosing the PAI study program, it was their own will that made them motivated to continue their education at the IAIN Bukittinggi university by taking the PAI study program, they realized that the religious knowledge they had was very minimal and many of them who want to acquire religious knowledge with the aim of becoming a teacher and useful for the family, community, nation and state, there is encouragement from parents who want their children to study religion because their parents feel that the religious knowledge given to their children is not enough and their parents want his son.  Keyword: Motivation, Students of IAIN Bukittinggi, PAI

Abstract

The teaching method is one of the important aspect in achieving learning objective. The teaching method used as the way to attract the interest in learning. The purpose of this research was finding out the teaching method used by the lecturer in writing subject that focused on paragraph writing. This research was done in Musamus University exactly in writing class. This research was qualitative method that the data was taken through interview. The result of interviews was analyzed in qualitative by descriptive form. The result of this research namely there were three kinds of teaching method used namely inquiring method, clustering method, and task-based learning method. The lecturer reasons using the methods in teaching because the methods could help the students to understand the paragraph writing and made students more active in learning.   Keywords: Teaching method, teaching writing, paragraph writing

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and interviews with the class X history teacher at SMA N 1 Koto XI Tarusan Pesisir Selatan. The author concludes that teachers have not maximized the use of technology in learning that tend to use blackboard media, besides that many teaching aids from history learning are damaged. What makes students only rely on verbal learning from the teacher, so students feel bored quickly when learning takes place and have difficulty understanding the material taught by the teacher. Therefore, the authors design learning media based on Augmented Reality so that it can be an alternative learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce an Augmented Reality-based supporting media design that is valid, practical and effective. Research on the design of Augmented Reality-based historical learning media at SMA N 1 Koto XI Tarusan Pesisir Selatan uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Luther-Sutopo version of the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), which consists of six stages, namely concept. , design (design), material collection (material collection), assembly (manufacture), testing (testing) and distribution (distribution). The product test used in this study is the validity test using the Aiken's V statistical formula, the practicality test using the kappa moment, and the effectiveness test using the Richard R. Hake statistical formula (G-Score). The resulting product is a history learning application created using Unity 3D 2019.1.9f1(64-bit). The results of the product test that the author did get a validity test from 3 validators getting a value of 0.94 with a valid category, the practicality test from 3 history teachers getting a value of 0.95 with a very high category, and the effective test of 10 students getting a score of 0 ,84 with effective category. Abstract

The lack of PAI teacher methods in providing learning explanations when students participate in the PAI learning process in class shows that some students experience boredom. In this case, the teacher has tried to overcome the boredom of the students concerned, but in reality there are still problems related to students saturation in learning PAI. This can be seen from the situation of students who pay less attention to the explanation given by the teacher, talk to their classmates when the teacher explains, sleep in the classroom when learning takes place, and often go in and out when the teacher explains the material. The purpose of this study is to see the teacher’s strategy to overcome the saturation of learning PAI in students.To find out the teacher’s strategy to overcome the boredom of learning PAI, qualitative research is the right thing. The data needed in this study is in the form of teacher actions or strategies in overcoming the saturation of learning PAI using interviews and observations. Because this study looks at the teacher’s strategy, the teacher himself cannot be left as the main information and the students as the supporting informants. After the data is collected, data processing and data analysis are carried out. Data reduction, data presentation and data verification are techniques that the author uses to analyze the data. Furthermore, the technique of guaranteeing the validity of the data or triangulation is carried out. The data triangulation technique that the author uses is source triangulation and technical triangulation.Based on the results of the teacher’s strategy research in overcoming the saturation of learning PAI in class XI students at SMAN 1 Tigo Nagari, Pasaman Regency, it can be seen from observations and interviews with PAI teachers and students that there areseveral factors that cause borendom to learn PAI experienced by student of class XI IPS 1 and 2. The factors are physical fatique, problems of time and study hours, learning methods or methods that are less varied and monotonous learning atmosphere. Abstract

This research is motivated by the evaluation of learning using paper-based tests which are less attractive to students. This is because the question papers distributed are less clear than the colorless photocopies. Teachers are lazy in correcting test answers because correcting them takes a long time. Students must wait until the correction of answers is complete. The results of corrections from the teacher also often make mistakes. The solution to the problem above is the evaluation of learning with the examview application. This application can help teachers to create question banks and conduct assessments automatically. Therefore, this study aims to identify how big the relationship between the use of the examview application and the practicality of the assessment of learning outcomes and the type of research used is quantitative research with a correlation research design. The sampling technique was simple random sampling and the samples taken in this study were teachers at SMKN 4 Payakumbuh. The data collection technique is the distribution of questionnaires using a linkert scale questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the analysis prerequisite test which consists of normality test and linearity test and hypothesis testing, namely product moment test and simple linear regression test. Based on the results of this study, it was obtained that there was a relationship between the use of the examview (X) application and the practicality of the assessment of learning outcomes (Y). 2%, disagree 3%, disagree 1.8% of respondents and the results of the analysis prerequisite test and hypothesis testing which can be concluded that the two variables have a strong relationship with a positive correlation Keywords: examview, practicality, assessment

Abstract

This research is motivated by the use of a direct-based learning model to be a learning model commonly used by an educator in the teaching and learning process. This learning model approach to learning is still teacher-centered so that students who tend to learn and learn become students in teaching and learning activities carried out in schools. With this, researchers take advantage of technological developments that cannot be separated from society, especially students, namely the use of technology (mobile phones). One of them is by applying the ASSURE model assisted by audio-visual media in learning. The type of research used by the author is quantitative research with experimental methods. The research design used is Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The sample of this study were students of class VII in MTs. Muhammadiyah 20 Christmas. The data collection technique used is the Posttest test. The data analysis technique used is a prerequisite test consisting of a normality test and linearity test and hypothesis testing. Informatics subjects as seen from the results of the Posttest in both the control class and the experimental class. With the application of the ASSURE model assisted by audio-visual media in the experimental class, the average value of 80.90 was obtained which resulted in a higher effect than the application of the conventional model which had an average of 44.66 in the control class.
