Abstract

The problem in this research is that job satisfaction, compensation and job promotion together have a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of Tanjungbalai City Health Office employees. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on work motivation of Tanjungbalai City Health Office employees. The data collection method in this research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study were all employees at the Health Office of Tanjungbalai City, totaling 48 people. The data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of subordinate maturity, work facilities and organizational culture together on the effectiveness of the leadership of the Tanjungbalai City Education Office employees. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods. The sample in this study were all employees at the Tanjungbalai City Education Office, totaling 48 people. The data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that the maturity of subordinates partially has a positive and significant effect on leadership effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance in the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia, North Sumatra Region. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods. The sample in this study was some of the employees of the State Police of the Republic of Indonesia, North Sumatra, consisting of 84 people, with sampling using the Slovin method. The data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment partially has a positive but insignificant effect on the performance of employees at the police station.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, leadership style and job satisfaction together on employee performance at the Financial Management Agency, Regional Income and Assets of Tanjungbalai City. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods. The sample in this study were all employees at the Regional Financial, Revenue and Asset Management Agency of Tanjungbalai City, totaling 49 people. The data analysis technique in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation indirectly on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Tanjungbalai City Education Office. Collecting data in this study using quantitative methods. The sample in this study were all employees at the Tanjungbalai City Education Office, totaling 48 people. The data analysis technique in this research is Intervening. The results of this study indicate that partially compensation has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, either indirectly through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Education is life long. From the educational process carried out by humans, it cannot be separated from the changes that occur to students, both changes in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. However, some of these changes have changed permanently and some are not, depending on the education provided by students, either through education in the family, school or community. In connection with the curriculum, that in essence education in the family environment, informal education that occurs in schools to tertiary institutions and education in the community through social institutions, cannot be separated from the curriculum that it goes through based on different experiences, so that understanding of the cognitive realm is also different. Whereas in the affective and psychomotor domains it depends on the experiences that students go through, so that behavior greatly influences social changes that occur in society

Abstract

Supervision is not only aimed at controlling to see whether all activities have been carried out according to the plans or programs that have been outlined, but more than that. Supervision also pays attention to the state of the teacher's performance whether he is successful in teaching or not besides that supervision also pays attention to and helps the teacher in dealing with problems or weaknesses of the teacher in teaching so that he can be successful in teaching or educating. The principal as an education supervisor has the function of directing, guiding and supervising all educational activities and learning activities carried out by teachers and supported by school staff. The principal should carry out continuous monitoring of conditions and attitudes in the classroom, in the teacher's room, and at meetings with the teaching staff. The purpose is to provide assistance in solving the difficulties that are being experienced by teachers and employees as well as making improvements both directly and indirectly regarding the shortcomings, so that gradually the quality and productivity of teaching and learning activities carried out by teachers in the classroom will become better.

Abstract

Wahyuni's Arisan shop is one of the many online social gathering accounts on social media, especially Facebook. The arisan organizes an online arisan with a regular declining system every period and has been running for several years. This descending system of online arisan is different from the general arisan, which in practice does not meet face-to-face. This study aims to find out how the practice of online arisan descends on the Wahyuni ​​Shop arisan in Mentibar Village, Paloh District and how the maslahah review of the online arisan practice with a declining system in the perspective of maslahah at the Wahyuni ​​Shop arisan in Mentibar Village, Paloh District. This type of research is a field research, and to ensure the validity of the data, this research uses primary and secondary data with interview and documentation data collection methods. After the data is collected, then data analysis is carried out using a descriptive analysis approach with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the practice of online social gathering in the Wahyuni ​​shop decreased system using a declining system and numbering instead of lottery, this arisan practice was indicated to be not in accordance with Islamic law. In which there is a system that is different from the social gathering in general, namely the contribution of each member is different (Example: 2,400,000, 2,350,000, decreasing and so on until the last number), besides that there is also an admin fee charged to each member at one time. gathering group. After the admin fee, the arisan admin is also required to get the first turn to get dues from each member of the one group, but after being able to not participate in paying the dues from the beginning until the end of the arisan period in one group. This practice raises doubts about its halalness, besides that there is also usury, gharar and dzalim in these practices because arisan itself uses the Qardh concept in its principles, usury here is because of taking advantage of the existence of principled arisan practices such as Qardh, gharar due to unclear bailout funds, while the dzalim contributions are different. The conclusion that Wahyuni ​​shop's arisan brings a lot of benefits, but that benefit is contrary to texts or arguments, therefore the practice of arisan at Wahyuni ​​shop includes maslahah mulghah, which even though in the above arisan there are many benefits or benefits, but there are several implementations of the above arisan which is not in accordance with the syara' and does not meet the maslahah requirements recommended by Islamic law and does not meet the maslahah criteria desired by the shari'a because it is contrary to the texts or arguments.

Abstract

Building a harmonious life in society requires a serious effort starting from each individual or family as the smallest organization in the community that has duties, roles, and as an initial educational process in instilling the values ​​of tolerance from an early age and also the existence of activities in the community that can encouraging mutual respect for differences, maintaining harmony and unity, sharing, belonging, tolerance, and a strong desire to live in peace. As a pluralistic nation, of course, diversity and differences cannot be avoided in society, but with the same determination, a peaceful, just, prosperous and harmonious life will be created as expected by all levels of society. People are said to live in harmony if interactions or relationships between individuals or groups in society go well with each other, have a sense of solidarity, respect differences, feel mutual need, build cooperation, help and others. Islam as a religion of rahmatan lil alamin and the Qur'an which has always been used as a way of life has taught a lot how to build harmony in society, not only fellow Muslims (ukhuwah Islamiyah) but also how to maintain ukhuwah with fellow humans, even though they have different beliefs (ukhuwah insaniyah). . In the Qur'an there are many verses that teach us to maintain the harmony of social life, including QS. al-Baqarah verse 62 is the command to live in peace and side by side, QS. al-Baqarah verse 139, al-Kafirun verse 6, al-an'am verse 108 about respecting every difference, QS. al-Baqarah verse 256 that there should be no coercion in religion, QS. al-Hujurat verse 13 about the diversity of society and others.
