<![CDATA[This research is entitled Analysis of Permendikbud No. 30 Year 2021 on Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in Higher Education in the Perspective of Human Rights. Sexual violence is an abuse of human rights (AHR). Sexual violence can occur in the public or private domain. In Indonesia, sexual violence can also occur in the educational environment. Based on the level of education, higher education ranks first in the occurrence of sexual violence. Permendikbud No. 30 Year 2021 as a regulation aimed Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in Higher Education. The research problem is related to the formulation process and human rights protected by the Permendikbud No. 30 Year 2021. This study aims to determine the formulation process and human rights protected by the regulation in terms of Human Rights Theory. With this type of qualitative research using a descriptive analysis approach with data sources obtained through draft regulations, books, journals, media, online news, and others. The results of this study is Permendikbud No. 30 of 2021 was born due to a political process through demands from elements of the community to the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. The demand urges the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia to immediately make regulations regarding sexual violence and enforce justice for victims of sexual violence in universities. From these demands gave a positive response from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia in the future with the issuance of Regulation of the Permendikbud No. 30 of 2021 on Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in Higher Education. Besides that, Permendikbud No. 30 Year 2021 to fulfill and protect Human Rights. There are 26 human rights protected by Permendikbud No. 30 Year 2021. <![CDATA[This study discusses the dynastic politics of the descendants of Prince Muhammad Arsyad and how the ability of the Muhammad Arsyad breed in terms of leading and managing the village of Tambang Rambang kec. Rambang Kuang kab. Ogan Ilir. The purpose of this study is to find out how dynastic politics can gain power and maintain power in the village of Tambang Rambang. In this study, the authors used descriptive qualitative research methods, by conducting observations at the research site and collecting data from images, texts and interviews. The formulation of the problem that the author proposes is: how is the politics of the dynasty of Prince Muhammad Arsyad and the ability to manage leadership in the village of Tambang Rambang? In order to answer these research questions, the author uses dynastic political theory and supporting theories, namely social capital and capital (economic) capital. The theory of dynastic politics is used to see how to gain and maintain power. The theory of social capital and capital is used as a tool to win every village head election in Tambang Rambang village. An important finding in this study is that to control the political stage in Tambang Rambang village it is not enough to have blood relations but must have the ability and strengthen the mastery of social capital. economy in the village. <![CDATA[ABSTRACK This research is entitled Political Sarcasm Against President Joko Widodo Period 2019 – 2024 on Twitter in a Human Rights Perspective. Freedom of expression is placed as a form of freedom in seeking information and then discussing whether to support or criticize it as a process to remove our misconceptions about facts and values. The use of sarcasm is considered as one of freedom of expression. In fact, the use of sarcasm on Twitter in criticizing Joko Widodo's government resulted in intervention and even imprisonment. This study aims to find out how political sarcasm is used against President Joko Widodo for the 2019 – 2024 period on Twitter from a human rights perspective. The theory used is the theory of freedom of expression according to Joel Feinberg which in his view states that there are limits to freedom of expression. The results of this study discuss tweets from various accounts on Twitter that wrote and uploaded sarcasm towards President Joko Widodo in the 2019-2024 period. . The use of sarcasm was in an effort to criticize President Joko Widodo. There are sarcasm that are harsh and unpleasant to hear so that there are expressions of sarcasm on Twitter which end up in court because the tweets cause insults to individuals and religious groups. The use of sarcasm can be trapped by violations of the Articles of the ITE Law and can go beyond the limits of freedom of expression according to Joel Feinberg.]]>

<![CDATA[The propose of this study is to determine the political communication strategy by the village head in realizing. Good Governance in Lawang Agung Village North Rawas Musi and the supporting and inhibitingfactors in carrying out this strategy. This study uses wualitative methodes, data collection with the method of interview, observation, and dpcumentation. Reserch result village goverments have their respective strategies in achieving good governance. This strategy is of course done by understanding the character community, provide the best possible service to the community, provide empowerment programs for the community, and maintains good relerionship and communication with the community. This of course will become a benchmark for the community for the performance of the village goverment in prosper society. Supporting factors for implementing this strategy is to maintain good comunication with the comunity. The inhibiting factors is lack of community participantion. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine Ade Armando's political propaganda and determine the impact of Ade Armando's political communication. The theory used in this research is the theory of political propaganda according to Harold D. Laswell. The research method used in this thesis is library research. tertiary sources come from books and journals regarding Ade Armando's political propaganda. The results of Ade Arrmando's political propaganda research in Indonesian politics which are conveyed through his social media uploads, be it Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter accounts. Behind the upload, his social media posts are written in sentences or photos that contain insults, insults, subtle satire to crude satire and there is a motive behind it, namely a sense of pride so that you feel great in every post that is always in the public spotlight, becomes a provocateur. There was an impact from Ade Armando's political propaganda, namely repeatedly being named a suspect with various legal violations up to Article 21 paragraph (1) and 21 paragraph (4) of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) because the person concerned had repeatedly made statements and statuses on social media that have the potential to divide the Republic of Indonesia. Apart from that, another impact that Ade Armando had was being the victim of a beating at the DPR/MPR building demonstration on Monday, April 11, 2022. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT This research is entitled Political Participation of Youth Organizations in Gunung Agung Village, West Merapi District, Lahat Regency in Village. The inactivity of youth organizations, in this case members of youth organizations in terms of village development, can be seen from three things: First, political activity is a threat to various aspects of their lives. Every decision has a cost or risk. Second, political activity is seen as a futile work. Third, the absence of factors to "stimulate oneself to act" or also known as "political incentives". The purpose of this research is to find out why there can be inactivity of political participation by members of the youth organization in village development and to provide solutions for this inactivity. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources of this research are 50 people and the theory used is the theory of political participation proposed by Morris Rossenberg and Rush and Altof. The results of this study discuss the factors that cause the inactivity of youth organizations of youth organizations in carrying out political participation in village development, such as factors of work, economy, and education. the solutions offered are such as seminars that the theme of political education, well as cooperating with the private sector in fulfilling facilities. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT This research is entitled “Potential Conflict over the Enactment of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation (Study on Labor Unions in Palembang City). The purpose of the research is to find out the potential for conflict over the enactment of Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning job creation in the city of Palembang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. The primary data source from the study was through interviews with the office of the Branch Management Board of the Federation of Trade Unions (DPC FSB NIKEUBA) Palembang City. The result of the research is that the enactment of Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning job creation turned out to cause conflict for labor workers and very detrimental to labor workers. So that the status of the work copyright law is now conditionally unconstitutional, but if you want it to be constitutional it must be corrected within two years. However, if within two years there is no improvement, it will become permanently unconstitutional, meaning that the law is null and void. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT Studies on religious figures and their role in politics are always interesting to discuss. Because religious leaders themselves have charismatic and religious knowledge that is very attached to them, so that people always talk about religious issues and also other issues including politics. And also using or exploiting religious leaders to win elections is fine, as long as the religious leaders themselves can position themselves as guides in a more positive and better direction. Also, more importantly, the role of religious leaders or kyai in the political arena is not forgetting the noble goal of inviting the public to consciously exercise their right to vote, which of course is to elect a trustworthy leader. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of religious leaders in the 2019 elections. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The role played by religious leaders in winning elections is certainly inseparable from the charismatic authority they have and through the roles and facilities of the role. There are 3 roles played by religious leaders in their roles. First, they act as opinion formers in society. Second, acting as a motivator for the masses, and third, acting as a campaigner. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT This research discusses the Prevention of Cheating by Bawaslu in the Re-Voting of the PSU Pilkada of Pali regency in 2020.The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of Prevention of Cheating by Bawaslu in the Re-Voting of the PSU Pilkada of Pali Regency and tofind out thein habiting and support ingfactors of Bawaslu incarry ing out Fraud Prevention in the PSU Pilkada of Pali Regency in 2020. The object in this research is the Pali Regency Bawaslu. The theory used is Election Theory toanalyze the Prevention of Cheating by Bawaslu at PSU in Pali Regency.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The source of data inthis research is the Coordinator of the Division for Handling and Violations of Election Disputes and the Community. Data is collected and analyzed through documentation and interviews. There sultsofth is study Bawaslu have prevented fraud in the implementation of PSU by changing KPPS officers, re-collecting data on the final voterlistor DPT, advising against money politics, calling not toabstain fromvoting, aswellasby in habiting factors, lack of public cawareness, limited time for holding PSU, lack of Human resources, human resources and supported by the Central, Provinci al Bawaslu and the Gakkumdu Center consisting of the Police, Attorney General's Office and Bawaslu. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Nadiem Makarim's Political Strategy in Producing Education". Discusses the changes in education during the Nadiem Makarim era which had a political strategy as an action used by leaders to realize their political goals. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategy carried out by Nadiem Makarim as Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in developing education in Indonesia. The theory used in this study is strategy theory according to Geoff Mulgan (2009) this strategy is useful as a system that can manage existing power and resources through government which aims for the public interest which is a tool of government power to create ideas and ideas in overcoming problems, complexities and government complex. This study uses data collection techniques through library research.
