Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Visual, Auditory, and Kinesthetic learning model in improving student learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education at Miftahul Ulum High School, Rombuh Village, Palengaan, Pamekasan, and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. The background of this study stems from the initial finding that the VAK learning model has been used by Islamic Religious Education teachers. However, its implementation has not been optimal, resulting in significant improvement in student learning motivation. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources included the principal, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and 10th-grade students. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of the VAK learning model at Miftahul Ulum High School has been carried out through several stages, but has not fully followed the VAK steps. Teachers often emphasize visual and auditory aspects, while kinesthetic elements are less widely applied due to time and media limitations. Students are also unfamiliar with VAK-based learning activities, so some remain passive and lack confidence when asked to actively participate. However, the implementation of VAK has been shown to increase enthusiasm and engagement for some students, particularly when teachers use visual media and discussion activities. Supporting factors for implementing the VAK learning model include teacher creativity, school support, and the availability of basic learning resources. Inhibiting factors include limited kinesthetic support media, insufficient time allocation, and varying student abilities in adapting to active learning models. Overall, the VAK learning model has the potential to increase student learning motivation if implemented consistently, creatively, and supported by adequate learning facilities.

Abstract

The Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Learning Method in the subject of faith and morals in improving students' moral values ​​at the Nurul Ulum Karang Manggis Rombuh Palengaan Pamekasan with the formulation of the problem 1) how is the effectiveness of the Implementation of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Learning Method in the subject of faith and morals in improving students' moral values ​​at the Nurul Ulum Karang Manggis Rombuh Palengaan Pamekasan Middle School. 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) Learning Method in the Subject of Faith and Morals in Improving Students' Moral Values ​​at the Nurul Ulum Karang Manggis Rombuh Palengaan Pamekasan Middle School? The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach where the research results obtained are in the form of descriptive data, the data sources of this study are the principal, teachers of the subject of aqidah and akhlak, and also students. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method by reducing data, presenting data, and verifying the data obtained. The results of the research that the researcher has done show that the implementation of the value clarification technique method is effective because during the subject of faith and morals using this method, students are seen to be active in expressing their opinions politely, have a respectful attitude when their friends express their opinions and discuss and an honest attitude that they have when clarifying moral values ​​that are in accordance with the values ​​they have in everyday life. The supporting factors for the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) method are the existence of teachers who have broad insight and have good moral values ​​because in the subject of faith and morals, it contains both commendable and reprehensible behavior, so if the teacher has an exemplary nature, it will be a good reflection as well, such as the teacher never plays favorites against those who have opinions and respects every opinion they express and the existence of adequate media also supports the effectiveness of the application of the method. The inhibiting factors are the lack of understanding of students regarding the importance of moral values ​​so that there are still some children who do not listen, busy themselves during learning.

Abstract

Many things are done by teachers in providing motivation to their students so that students are more active in learning. This research is motivated by some students who are not enthusiastic, passive in class. In addition, some students are less interested in the learning materials being studied so there is no encouragement to carry out learning activities. In this study the author formulates the problem, namely: How is the effectiveness of implementing the SQ3R strategy (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) in Increasing Student Learning Motivation in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at Nurul Jadid Panglegur Tlanakan Pamekasan Islamic Junior High School?, What are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for implementing the SQ3R Strategy (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review) in Increasing Student Learning Motivation in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at Nurul Jadid Panglegur Tlanakan Pamekasan Islamic Junior High School?. This type of research uses a qualitative approach based on the results of the research obtained in the form of descriptive data. The data sources of this study are the principal, PAI subject teachers, and students. The data collection procedures used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis in this study uses data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the research conducted by the researcher show that the learning process using the SQ3R Strategy at SMP Islam Nurul Jadid Panglegur Tlanakan Pamekasan has been implemented well and the implementation of learning is carried out according to the needs of students. Meanwhile, supporting factors for the implementation of the SQ3R learning strategy are teaching staff, facilities and infrastructure, and student readiness in receiving learning. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors for the implementation of the SQ3R learning strategy are, lack of time, passive students and lack of enthusiasm.

Abstract

The Effectiveness of Implementing the True or False strategy in increasing students' interest in learning fiqh in class VII of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurur Rahmah Sentol Pademawu Pamekasan, To determine the effectiveness of the Implementation of the True or False strategy and also to determine the increase in students' interest in learning fiqh. There are two main problems in this study, 1) How is the effectiveness of the Implementation of the True or False strategy in increasing students' interest in learning fiqh in class VII of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurur Rahmah Sentol Pademawu Pamekasan? 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Implementation of the True or False strategy in increasing students' interest in learning fiqh in class VII of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurur Rahmah Sentol Pademawu Pamekasan? The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach in which the results of the research obtained are in the form of descriptive data, the data sources of this study are the principal, Fiqh subject teachers, and also students. The data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method by reducing data, presenting data, and verifying the data obtained. The results of the research that the researcher has conducted are found that first, it is very effective, conducive because students can be enthusiastic about following the ongoing learning and students can grow to be positive in learning so that students' interest in learning has begun to increase, second, the supporting factors for the use of the True or False strategy in increasing students' interest in learning in the subject of fiqh at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurur Rahmah Sentol Pademawu Pamekasan are adequate media, students who are enthusiastic and enthusiastic in following the subject and the teacher's extensive experience will certainly make it easier for students to receive the subject matter well. With that, students' enthusiasm and interest in learning are getting better and increasing. The inhibiting factors for the use of the True or False strategy in increasing students' interest in learning in the subject of Fiqh in class VII of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurur Rahmah Sentol Pademawu Pamekasan are students who still lack confidence and are embarrassed in applying the strategy. In addition, the application of the strategy takes a long time due to the lack of student abilities.
