Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic and work discipline on the performance of Bima city population and civil registration service employees. The sample in this study was 32 ASN. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the research show that partially and simultaneously work ethic and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of Bima city population and civil registration service employees.

Abstract

An ever-growing business organization is everyone's dream. Therefore, human resources are a vital element for a company. The purpose of this research is to determine the work discipline attitudes of employees at PT XYZ, which includes employee attendance discipline practice and disciplinary indicators applied to employees. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by identifying and analyzing the problems encountered. While the primary data for this research was obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation, secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles related to the research. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the discipline of PT employees is relatively low, even though they can assure their responsibility to consumers; This is also considered good because employees show directly to consumers that they can be trusted to serve consumer mobility. Although it is still relatively low, it is expected from this research that company management always tries to create rules that will ensure that employees are more disciplined at work.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on the job performance of Rutan Kelas IIB Prabumulih staff. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The research population included all officers of the Rutan Kelas IIB Prabumulih and a sample of 31 people was taken using the Random Sampling method. Collecting data from this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the analysis requirements test, simple linear regression test and also the f test with non-parametric statistics, as well as processing of the existing data in this study using the IBM SPSS statistics software program version 2.2. The results of this study have proven that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significance value (sig) of 0.002. This value is said to affect because the value is 0.002 <005. Thus emotional intelligence has a significant effect on the Job performance of Rutan Kelas IIB Prabumulih employees.

Abstract

This research aims to comprehensively understand the work discipline system at PT. Voksel Electric Tbk. This research aims to find out how companies manage employee work discipline using a qualitative case study approach for one month in 2023. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation from four HR informants. These findings highlight the need to improve work discipline, especially regarding employee tardiness. Companies already have regulations and sanctions, but enforcement is still difficult. In this research, it was found that PT. Voksel Electric Tbk. has work policies and regulations that cover various aspects of work discipline, including provisions related to tardiness, working hours and dress codes. However, there are still obstacles in implementing work discipline, especially related to late arrival of employees.

Abstract

Recruitment and Selection is one of the tasks of human resource management. Recruitment is the process of searching, finding and obtaining applicants to fill positions in a company. selection is the process of selecting a group of qualified candidates or individuals for available positions in a company. This research aims to analyze and describe the recruitment and selection process carried out at PT Voksel Electric Tbk, as well as evaluating its impact on labor recruitment and employee performance. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach by collecting primary data through observation, interviews and documentation, as well as secondary data from various trusted sources. The samples in this research were several employees of PT Voksel Electric Tbk. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. From the results of this research, it can be seen that an optimal recruitment and selection process simultaneously contributes significantly to the company's competitive advantage. This research concludes that an effective recruitment and selection strategy will have a positive impact on company productivity, while implementation that does not meet the qualifications can have a negative impact on employee performance. The recruitment process is also proven to be the most dominant factor influencing employee performance, and therefore, special attention is needed to improve the recruitment process to ensure companies get employees who meet the company's needs and standards. Thus, this research provides important recommendations for companies to improve the recruitment and selection process in order to improve employee performance and strengthen the company's position in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of influencers as effective tools in providing brand recommendations and their influence on followers in shaping perceptions and behaviors towards endorsed brands. The study was conducted among TikTok users in Jakarta with a total of 150 respondents. The research employed a quantitative approach with the SEM Lisrel analysis method. The findings of this study revealed several important findings. First, it was found that perceived influence (PI) has a positive influence on brand engagement in self-concept (BESC), indicating that influencer influence can affect user engagement with brands in the context of their self-concept. Second, no positive relationship was found between perceived influence (PI) and brand expected value (BEV), suggesting that influencer influence does not necessarily impact positive evaluations of brand value. Third, brand engagement in self-concept (BESC) has a positive influence on intention to purchase recommended brands (IP), indicating that user engagement with brands contributes to the intention to purchase recommended brands. Furthermore, it was found that perceived influence (PI) has a positive influence on intention to purchase recommended brands (IP), reaffirming that influencer influence can drive the intention to purchase recommended brands. Finally, brand expected value (BEV) has a positive influence on intention to purchase recommended brands (IP), indicating that the expected value of a brand contributes to the intention to purchase recommended brands. This study provides insights into the importance of the influencer role in shaping user perceptions and behaviors towards brands and its implications for the intention to purchase recommended brands.

Abstract

The research purpose is to determine the influence of human resource development on lecturer performance mediated by motivational variables at Muara Bungo University. This research method is descriptive and uses quantitative analysis SmartPLS 3 analysis statistical test tool. The population is lecturers at Muara Bungo University. Using the Accidental Sampling technique were 33 Permanent Lecturers who served at the Faculty on social, economics and law. The results directly show that Human Resources Development is not significant (P-Values ​​0.232 > 0.05) and has no effect on lecturer performance (t-statistics 1.196 < t-table 1.96). Human Resources Development is significant (P-Values ​​0.000<0.05) and has an effect on motivation (t-statistic 109.356>1.96). Motivation is significant (p-Values ​​0.000<0.05) and influences Lecturer Performance (t-statistics 5.729 > t-table 1.96). Furthermore, indirectly, it shows that Human Resources Development is significant (P-Values ​​0.001 <0.05) and has an effect on Lecturer Performance Mediated by Motivation (t-statistic 5.662 > 1.96). It is recommended that the Rector of Muara Bungo University choose the type and method of human resource development and continue to motivate subordinates to have an impact on improving lecturer performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and understand the influence of compensation, motivation, and work environment on employee performance within a company. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach involving respondents from various hierarchical levels working in companies located in East Jakarta. There were 100 respondents involved, enabling the measurement of compensation levels, motivation, work environment, and employee performance. The data analysis technique employed in this research was SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares), performed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data analysis methods encompassed measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and hypothesis testing of direct influences. The results of the data analysis indicate that employee compensation has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Motivation also exhibits a significant positive impact on employee performance. A positive and significant effect on improving employee performance is observed with a favorable work environment. Additionally, the compensation variable was found to have a significant positive influence on employee performance. These findings hold crucial implications for organizational practitioners in designing policies and programs related to the development of compensation, motivation, and work environments to encourage employees to deliver maximum performance for the company.

Abstract

Entering the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the current era of Society 5.0, requires schools to upgrade and evolve so that they can produce great Human Resources and be ready to face this increasingly advanced era. A primary school education is important to prepare for this. Elementary school curriculum management must be planned and developed following the very rapid developments of the times and seeing student development. The curriculum leads to the course of the learning process in order to measure student learning outcomes. Artificial Intelligence is artificial intelligence technology to help humans survive, so it needs to be applied in the world of education as preparation for students to recognize and utilize technology in everyday life. Using the Narrative Literature Review method, this article describes the concept of curriculum management in artificial intelligence-based elementary schools through studying four relevant literature. In learning, Artificial Intelligence technology can act as a Tutor System, Intelligent Tutor, learning tools/media, and a guide for creating curriculum and education policies. The results of this research provide an overview of the concept of an Artificial Intelligence-based elementary school curriculum, so that it can serve as a guideline in SD/MI curriculum management activities.

Abstract

PT.UNEFECO is a company operating in the service sector which acts as a contractor, where this role is entrusted by PT.INALUM to PT.UNEFECO to carry it out. Therefore, PT.UNEFECO to carry out this work requires the procurement of goods or materials. The aim of the application research The goods procurement management system at PT UNEFECO is to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the goods procurement management system used and obtain information about the advantages and disadvantages of the system. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and literature study. The results of this research are that during the month the author was at PT Unefeco, the author encountered a problem, namely that there was often a lack of communication between suppliers and the company in procuring goods. such as inappropriate delivery times and often the number of goods ordered is not appropriate, resulting in sub-optimal activities of workers/employees. So it can be concluded that the company is still not optimal or efficient in carrying out its goods procurement management system.
