Abstract

Apple Inc. is a multinational technology company headquartered in Cupertino, California. In April 1976 the Apple Company was founded by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne. The company designs, develops and sells electronic goods, software and online services. Software produced by Apple includes the macOS and iOS operating systems, the iTunes media player, the Safari web browser, iLife and iWork creativity and productivity tools, as well as many professional applications such as Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and Xcode. The Apple company focuses on brand value and uniqueness through product quality, both in design, function and technological systems. Apple then implemented a branding strategy for its brand by presenting it as a manufacturer of technologically advanced and user-friendly devices. Another thing that the Apple company does is focus on products and user experience by creating connectivity between gadgets and their properties so that they can only use Apple products and cannot use other brand products. That's why Apple creates products and services that are designed to be inclusive from the start, with built-in accessibility features to help you connect, create, and do the things you want. Love in the way that suits you best. Therefore, Apple Company designs every product to keep your data safe and protected. The marketing strategy carried out is to provide brand value and uniqueness through the quality of the product, both in terms of design, features and the technology system in it. Apart from that, the Apple brand is unique in its elegant logo design with the shape of a bitten apple logo. The Apple company also always innovates by releasing its newest products.

Abstract

Disaster education is an important focus in implementing the kurikulum merdeka in Indonesia. This research examines the challenges and strategies related to integrating disaster education into the curriculum. A survey was conducted at several schools in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. This area is vulnerable to disasters, and to understand the dynamics of disaster education at the school level. The main challenges include integrating disaster material into existing curriculum substance, the readiness of educators to deliver the material effectively, and the availability of adequate resources. In addition, public awareness, the lack of emphasis on disaster education, and the need for continuity in educational programs are also the focus of this research. The results of this research can provide in-depth insight into the challenges faced as well as strategies that can be adopted to overcome obstacles in integrating disaster education into the kurikulum merdeka. The implications of these findings can help improve and develop more effective disaster education strategies in the Indonesian educational environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of price and taste perceptions on purchasing decisions for rocket fried chicken. The variables used in this research are price and taste perceptions as independent variables, purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The data collection technique used in this research is data from questionnaire answers distributed to respondents on a Likert scale with the highest value being 5 and the lowest being 1. The data analysis technique used in this research uses Smart (PLS) Partial Least Squares. The population in this research is the number of consumers purchasing Geprek Chicken for Students of the Faculty of Law and Business, Duta Bangsa Angakatan University, Surakarta in 2020, namely 358 students as consumers. The sample used in this research was 71.6 respondents. The research results show that price perceptions have a positive influence on purchasing decisions and taste has a positive influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Leadership style analysis involves an in-depth understanding of how a leader leads and influences team or organization members. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the leadership style in improving the performance of the IPNU IPPNU organization in Kedung Boto Village. A qualitative approach was used as the research method, and a qualitative descriptive research type involves information in the form of words both written and oral from the observed subjects. The data collection process was conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the IPNU-IPPNU organization in Kedung Boto Village applies a democratic leadership style. The strategy applied to increase organizational participation involves a systematic approach such as the formulation of work programs, implementation of work programs, and evaluation related to the program. Supporting factors include open and clear communication, inspirational leadership, member empowerment, shared goal setting, and an organizational culture that encourages participation. In contrast, inhibiting factors involve organizational characteristics, the environment, the level of activeness and discipline of organizational members, and suboptimal policies or practices in the field.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the existence of organizational management training to increase the role of youth in carrying out entrepreneurial activities among youth in the Sidoarjo Regency area. A qualitative approach is used as a research method. It uses a type of qualitative descriptive research that involves information in the form of written and spoken words based on objects that have been observed. The research results show that organizations in youth businesses in the Sidoarjo area apply the implications of organizational management training strategically and prioritize organizations that are efficient and dedicated to the organization's vision and mission. The strategy carried out includes an implicative approach. Before carrying out entrepreneurial activities, mentors' training and assistance is necessary for the millennial generation who want to open a business. Entrepreneurial skills are also needed to start a business by carrying out more complex applications for young entrepreneurs. Through various existing implications, theoretically, the application of organizational management training can increase competent human resources to be able to create dynamic global competition.

Abstract

Higher education is not only a place to acquire academic knowledge, but also an arena for broader self-development. Students' involvement in organizations on campus has a significant impact on the development of non-academic competencies and skills, which in turn can support their academic performance. This study aims to analyze students' participation in organizations to support academic achievement, as well as to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of organizational activities for students of Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo. The research method used is qualitative by collecting data through observation and in-depth interviews with informants who are active in organizations and lecturers. The results showed that participation in organizations made a positive contribution to students' self-development, improved learning achievement, and developed soft skills that could help them in facing challenges in the academic and professional world.

Abstract

Entering the era of globalization , the Islamic educational institutions have a huge responsibility in responding to various demands of society , especially in improving the quality of education by improving the quality of human resources in it . Abstract

Income is the main component for everyone in this world, income or income influences business continuity. The capacity of a business to support movement of any type that helps maintain the business significantly impacts how much payment the business gets. The aim of this research aims to find out how partially and partially Capital, Working Hours, Length of Business and Religiosity affect the Income of Madura Sate Traders in Jambi City. In this research, researchers used the Quantitative Descriptive method. The sample used in this research was 32 respondents from Madurese Satay traders in Jambi City. To collect data using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis techniques used are Data Quality Test, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Coefficient of Determination. The research results show that: Capital (X1) has a significant effect on income. Working Hours (X2) has a significant effect on Income. Length of Business (X3) has a significant effect on Income. Religiosity (X4) has a significant effect on income. Capital (X1), working hours (X2), length of business (X3) and religiosity (X4) simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of Madurese satay traders in Jambi City (Y).

Abstract

Technological advances have led humans to create new forms of interacting and socializing, one of which is communication technology innovation in the form of social media. With the rapid development of new media, it has had an impact on communication sites, from just email and chat, to social media or social networks. One of the social media that is currently widely used by gadget users is Instagram. The aim of this research is to find out the role of Instagram social media in social interaction between students in the Islamic Education Management Department of Stambuk 21 and to find out how students at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, North Sumatra State Islamic University behave in using Instagram social media. Researchers used purposive sampling to determine research informants, while data collection techniques used interviews and documentation. The analysis process includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the social media Instagram plays an important role in social interaction between students at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN North Sumatra.

Abstract

To achieve an optimal entrepreneurship ratio of 4% of the total population, Indonesia needs 5.8 million new business owners. Many educational institutions are now integrating entrepreneurship education into their curriculum because of the need to develop future generations of entrepreneurs. These include the extent to which entrepreneurship influences student education, the correctness and efficacy of entrepreneurship teaching techniques, and the controversies surrounding the feasibility of teaching entrepreneurship. The aim of this research is to test whether entrepreneurship education influences students' ability to produce plans to start a business? Students in the entrepreneurship class were used as research subjects. In this research, one of the data analysis methods used in this research is the normality test using the paired t test to measure differences. Research findings show that students' aspirations for entrepreneurship do not differ significantly from each other. This requires more thorough research into how well in-house entrepreneurship education fosters students' entrepreneurial ambitions as well as evaluation of entrepreneurship class content, instructors, and delivery strategies.
