Abstract

The aim of this research is to discuss the potential of applying AI to improve PM activities and how project managers can objectively comment on issues of responsibility in taking action, accountability in decision making and the still important need for human reasoning. In the context of project management, AI has introduced new methods and techniques that enable project managers to work more quickly and efficiently. However, the unique complexity of projects can become a bottleneck in automating complex activities. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on exploring potential applications of artificial intelligence in project management. This study captures and discusses state-of-the-art research regarding AI applications in PM, providing strong evidence to highlight the benefits of AI techniques in providing intelligent solutions by learning from previous data even with incompleteness and uncertainty in an automated, efficient and reliable manner. The method used in this research is a literature review on the application of artificial intelligence in project management. Related research in the project management domain was collected to prepare a database for review. Then, the current use of AI in real-time projects and enterprises is evaluated for a more in-depth analysis. The research results show that AI has the potential to significantly improve project management processes in developing planning phases, conducting project charters, and integrated change control. The potential application of AI to enhance PM activities can objectively comment on issues of responsibility in taking action, accountability in decision making, and the critical need for human reasoning. AI is anticipated to categorize, measure and forecast potential risks associated with project performance and their relevant impacts, to carry out reliable investigations and analysis in advance regarding broad aspects of project management.

Abstract

Employee wellbeing in an uncertain environment is an increasingly relevant topic in the modern world of work. Today's business environment is often characterized by rapid change, complexity, and complexity that can affect employees' mental as well as physical health. This research aims to investigate methods that can improve employee welfare in threatening situations. Where feelings around them can influence stress, job satisfaction and also the level of employee engagement. This research also explains how HRD can deal with this problem. This research uses a type of library research, namely a series of activities related to library data collection methods. The results of this research can provide valuable insight for companies in improving employee welfare in a work environment where problems are very widespread.

Abstract

This research was conducted to test and analyze the Effect of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Intention To Use through Trust as an Intervening Variable on Online Single Submission (OSS) Users at the Ministry of Investment (BKPM). In this research process, the data analysis technique used is the Structure Equestion Modeling (SEM) analysis technique using SmartPLS statistical software version 3.0, using data from the Ministry of Investment / BKPM. Results of research on 180 on Online Single Submission (OSS) Users regarding the effect of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness on Intention To Use through Trust in Online Single submission (OSS) Users at the Ministry of Investment (BKPM) (1). Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant influence on Trust in Online Single submission (OSS) Users (2). Abstract

Digitalization in human resource management (HRM) has become a vital element in the digital era, enabling companies to evolve in a modern way and gain a competitive edge. This research explores the benefits of digitalization, including enhanced operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and improved employee experiences. However, the study also identifies data security risks and workplace culture changes associated with digital transformation. HRM plays a crucial role in managing these changes by understanding the dynamics among generations of employees, fostering cross-generational communication, and utilizing technology wisely. Successful HRM strategies involve integrating new policies, preserving organizational values, and managing diversity. Effective HRM leadership entails policy formulation, communicating a vision for change, building strong relationships with employees, and efficient technology integration. Concrete steps include training to optimize technology usage, understanding the unique needs of different employee generations, and creating a work culture that supports digital transformation. By considering these aspects, organizations can navigate change with readiness, strengthen HRM performance, and adapt to the evolving dynamics of the working world.

Abstract

The purpose of this SLR is to analyze Socially Responsible Human Resource Management using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses method with data obtained from Diva Portal, Sciencedirect, and Google Scohlar (2018-2023). After utilizing the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 36 journals were reviewed from a total of 304 journals. The findings of this study show that socially responsible HR in the workplace will benefit the surrounding environment and the company. To maintain a positive work environment, corporate responsibility for employee well-being is considered important. Providing facilities to employees, welfare programs, a safe and healthy work environment, as well as career development support is the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), where companies are responsible both socially and environmentally. It is a way to protect the environment, contribute to the company, and consider social, cultural, and economic considerations when running a business.

Abstract

This research describes several problems, namely: 1. Does Human Resource Competency have an influence on the Effectiveness of Employee Performance at PT. BPR Lengayang Pesisir Selatan Regency; 2. Does Financial Compensation influence the Effectiveness of Employee Performance at PT. BPR Lengayang Pesisir Selatan Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample in this study was 35 respondents with the sampling technique used was total sampling. Data analysis techniques begin based on research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. This research shows the results: 1. Human resource competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance effectiveness; 2. Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test empirically the analysis of the effect of work motivation, communication and work stress on the performance of employees of CV. Fara Collection. The population of this research is all employees of CV. Fara Collection. The sample used in this study were 88 respondents. In this study using census techniques, namely where the number of samples is the same as the population. Then the data collection method was through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS data which included validity, reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the t test and R2 test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely work motivation, communication and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) partially or simultaneously (together). Based on the coefficient of determination of 0.597, which means that 59.7 percent of employee performance variables can be explained by the variables of work motivation, communication and work stress while the remaining 40.3 percent is explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Marketing strategy changes need to be made to face challenges in the digital era. The main factor influencing the change in marketing strategy is the change in consumer behaviour. Organisations must change the way they understand consumer preferences and desires because consumers today have greater access to information through the internet and social media. The purpose of this research is to analyse what are the phenomena of marketing strategy changes in facing challenges in the digital era. This research method is a literature study. The result of this study is that marketing strategies must be innovative and creative due to shifts in consumer behaviour, industry issues, and the pace of technological progress. In the digital era, managing change is crucial to overcoming challenges and capitalising on opportunities. In addition, the government encourages business owners to use technology to help their management procedures. Companies can succeed in today's highly competitive digital market by using creative and data-driven marketing methods. Organisations are expected to effectively manage change, adopt new technologies, and take advantage of new possibilities. Future business success depends not only on mastering technology, but also on the ability to innovate, adapt, and have a thorough understanding of market dynamics.

Abstract

Purpose - The digital era has fundamentally transformed the business landscape, presenting new challenges and opportunities for Human Resources (HR) management. This article investigates the effects of the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, and Automation on HR performance in an increasingly digital business environment. Findings - This research aims to identify how these technologies influence HR, both positively and negatively. Design/methodology/approach - Research methods include surveys, data analysis, and case studies across various industries. The results indicate that the presence of AI has altered how HR handles routine tasks. AI enables HR to optimize recruitment processes, deliver tailored training, and forecast future workforce needs. Big Data has become a valuable resource in HR decision-making. Data collected from various sources allows for in-depth analysis of employee performance, workplace happiness, and productivity trends. Automation has also reshaped the job landscape by taking over repetitive tasks, freeing up HR to focus on more strategic work. Practical implications - However, this research also underscores several challenges. Organizational culture changes are required to effectively integrate these technologies, and concerns about data privacy need to be addressed with stringent policies. Originality/value - In conclusion, the use of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and Automation has a significant impact on HR performance in the digital era. Organizations capable of integrating these technologies with an innovative work culture will emerge as leaders in optimizing their human resources and gaining a competitive edge in the ever-evolving digital age.

Abstract

This research aims to test whether there is an influence of price, promotion and technological innovation on purchasing decisions at the King Sell store in the city of Rantau Prapat. The population subjects of this research are all consumers of the King Sell shop in the city of Rantau Prapat in May and the object of this research population is the decision to purchase smartphones at the King Sell shop in the city of Rantau Prapat. The sample was taken from 100 respondents using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique was carried out by filling out a questionnaire which was filled in directly by consumers of the King Sell Rantau Prapat shop. The data analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and using hypothesis testing, namely Partial Test (T Test), Simultaneous Test (F Test) and Determination Coefficient Test (R2). The results of the research show that the data is valid, reliable, normally distributed, not heteroscedastic and there are no symptoms of multicollinearity so that it can be analyzed using multiple linear regression and produces a value of Y = 2.216 + 0.204X1 +0.419X2 + 0.224X3. The results of the T test show that the significant value of each independent variable is smaller than 0.05 (price sig. 0.007; promotion sig. 0.000; innovation sig. 0.020) which means that price, promotion and innovation have their respective influences on decisions. purchase. The F test results show that the sig value. The F test is smaller than the sig value. (0.000 < 0.05) which means that there is an influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously. And the coefficient of determination test shows that the R2 value is 0.407. This shows that there is an influence of price (X1), promotion (X2) and innovation (X3) on the purchasing decision (Y) of smartphones at the King Sell store in Rantau Prapat city of 40.7%, while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.
