Abstract

Service quality is an action that reflects the level of strength and excellence of the company in measuring how well its service meets the needs, desires, and expectations of a customer. This research discusses the influence of service quality and trust on the satisfaction of members of the at Kopel Bulog Pusat in South Jakarta. Using a quantitative method with data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires distributed to 92 members as respondents, and literature study methods. This study aims to simultaneously determine whether service quality and trust affect member satisfaction. The hypothesis used is that there is a suspected influence of service quality and trust on the satisfaction of members of Kopel Bulog Pusat. Using the SPSS version 27 analysis tool, the research results indicate that the variables of service quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction at Kopel Bulog Pusat. With an adjusted R Square value of 0.266, which means 26.6% of member satisfaction at Kopel Bulog Pusat is influenced by independent variables, and the remaining factors are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of job satisfaction, work environment and workload on employee performance of PT employees. Financial Integration Technology. A total of 104 PT employees. Financial Technology Integration respondents in this research used a saturated sample method. This research uses structural equation modeling (SEM) data analysis techniques and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that work discipline, work environment, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT employees. Financial Integration Technology. The results of the managerial mandate from the findings in this research recommend that leaders be more stringent in supervising employees, apart from that PT. Financial Technology Integration is also recommended to maintain cleanliness around the environment where employees work, and finally PT. Financial Technology Integration is also expected to provide more sufficient time for employees to complete work.

Abstract

The increasing need for health services, demands for high quality services, and intense competition among various health institutions require each institution to continue to improve and improve the quality of its services. This scientific work uses quantitative statistical research methods . Data collection was carried out in 3 (three) ways, namely observation, documentation study, and questionnaire. Researchers used the saturated sample method and obtained the number of samples to be studied was 69 respondents. This research uses several tests, namely data quality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and finally the coefficient of determination test (R2). Based on the discussion of the research results, it can be concluded that the work environment and motivation have a significant effect simultaneously or together on employee performance at the South Tangerang City General Hospital (RSU) with an R Square value of 0.679 which indicates 67.9%. A comfortable and safe work environment and good employee motivation can realize employee performance as expected by the agency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy for developing human resources (HR) of rice farmers in Bonisari village to improve agricultural yields and quality and to determine the extent of the role of human resources of rice farmers in improving agricultural yields and quality, and to determine what factors can affect the quality and yield of rice farming in Bonisari village, Pakuhaji district, Tangerang regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field study research method, using primary and secondary data forms. In this study, the subjects of the study were farmers in Bonisari village, using 10 rice farmers as a sample from a total farmer population of 150 people. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the role of human resources (HR) of rice farmers in Bonisari village, Pakuhaji district has a major influence on the yield and quality of the rice harvest. While other factors are the area of ​​land and the type of rice seeds used. The results of the study also showed that the experience of rice farmers in Bonisari village was not so significant in influencing agricultural income.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of social assistance programs on poverty reduction in Indonesia, evaluate the effectiveness of non-cash social assistance distribution mechanisms, and identify obstacles and challenges in implementing the program to provide recommendations for improving its effectiveness. This study uses a literature study method by analyzing various relevant, trusted journals and theses published in the last five years. The results of the study show that social assistance helps increase purchasing power and access to basic services, but still faces obstacles such as inaccurate targeting, lack of transparency, and dependency of beneficiaries. In addition, weak coordination and inconsistent policy changes also hamper the effectiveness of the program. Improvements are needed in the data collection system, increased transparency, and integration of social assistance with economic empowerment programs so that recipients are more independent. With a better strategy, this program can be more effective in alleviating poverty and improving community welfare in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the feasibility of herbal drinks or contemporary jamu business in the scale of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The research method employs both quantitative and qualitative approaches with analysis of market, technical, management, legal, social, and financial aspects. The study results show that contemporary herbal drink businesses have significant market potential with relatively high return on investment, especially when marketed with appropriate branding and targeting millennial and Gen-Z market segments. Financial analysis indicates a payback period of 1.5 years with positive Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 35%, exceeding the established discount rate. This research concludes that contemporary herbal/jamu drink businesses are feasible to operate as MSMEs by considering appropriate marketing strategies, sustainable product innovation, and compliance with applicable regulations..

Abstract

Air transportation plays a crucial role in supporting national mobility and connectivity, especially following the recovery of the aviation industry. However, the increase in passenger numbers is often accompanied by challenges in airport services, particularly baggage handling, which becomes a source of passenger dissatisfaction. Ineffective baggage complaint handling can significantly impact the overall passenger experience. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether baggage complaint handling by the Lost and Found Unit affects the satisfaction of Citilink passengers at Juanda Airport and to measure the extent of this influence. This research uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive and causal design. The quantitative approach focuses on collecting and analyzing numerical data to test hypotheses and explain the phenomena under study. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, designed to measure the effect of baggage complaint handling on passenger satisfaction. The population in this study includes all Citilink airline passengers who used the Lost and Found services at Juanda Airport, Surabaya, with a total population of 180,000 passengers during the period from August to September 2024. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 100 respondents. The research findings indicate that the Baggage Complaint Handling variable (X) has a significance level of α < 0.05 on the Passenger Satisfaction variable (Y), leading to the rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. Testing conducted using SPSS software yielded a partial test (t) value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that Baggage Complaint Handling significantly affects Passenger Satisfaction. Through simple linear regression analysis, it was found that the influence of Baggage Complaint Handling on Passenger Satisfaction is demonstrated by an Adjusted R² Square value of 0.841 or 84.1%, while the remaining 15.9% is influenced by other factors not included in this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Price to Book Value (PBV), inflation, exchange rates, and interest rates on stock returns in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020 to 2022. This research uses a quantitative approach with secondary data obtained from company financial reports and macroeconomic indicators published by authorized institutions. The population in this study consisted of 26 companies, while the sample included 17 companies selected through judgment sampling technique over a period of 3 years, resulting in 51 observations. The data analysis methods used include classical assumption tests to ensure the validity of the regression model, multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between variables, and hypothesis testing using t-test (partial) and F-test (simultaneous).The results of the t-test show that each of the independent variables—Price to Book Value, inflation, exchange rate, and interest rate—has a significant influence on stock returns when tested individually. Furthermore, the F-test results demonstrate that these four variables simultaneously have a significant effect on stock returns in the food and beverage sector. These findings suggest that both company-specific financial ratios and macroeconomic factors play an important role in determining investor returns in this industry. Therefore, investors and policymakers should take these variables into account when making decisions related to investment strategies and economic policy in the capital market, especially during times of economic uncertainty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of human resources on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method using primary data obtained from a questionnaire. The population in this study is PT Assalaam Niaga Utama. Determination of the research sample using the purposive sampling method and obtained a research sample of 105 respondents. Data analysis using the IBM SPSS statistic 23 program. For data analysis methods in this study are descriptive tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of work stress and work conflict do not have a significant effect, while the variable of work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The Vedic numeral system from India is one of the ancient mathematical heritages with significant historical and scientific value. This study aims to examine the Vedic numeral system from historical and scientific perspectives through a critical literature review. The research method used is a literature study that gathers and analyzes various academic sources regarding the origins, development, and relevance of the Vedic numeral system in modern mathematics. The findings indicate that this system has made significant contributions to the development of the concept of zero and the decimal system, which form the foundation of modern mathematics. Additionally, the principles of Vedic Mathematics have been proven to simplify various arithmetic operations, making it an efficient method for teaching mathematics. Despite its advantages, the application of the Vedic numeral system in education still faces challenges, particularly in academic documentation and adaptation into modern curricula. Therefore, further research is needed to evaluate its effectiveness in learning and its application in various scientific and technological fields.
