Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the variables of leadership, organizational culture and competence on employee performance. The object of this research is PT. Lion Mentari Airlines which is one of the private airlines in Indonesia. The sample used in the study was 98 aircraft technician employees using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Where questionnaires are distributed directly to aircraft technician employees who are permanent employees. Based on the results of the correlation test (R), the Coefficient Correlation (r) number is 0.458, which means that leadership (X1), organizational culture (X2), competence (X3) together have a moderate and positive relationship to employee performance (Y). . Furthermore, based on the significance value of F of 0.000, it is smaller than 0.05. The results of the F test which were analyzed using the SPSS program obtained a calculated F value of 8.311 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the tested group had a significant (significant) difference. This result means that simultaneously there is a significant influence between leadership (X1), organizational culture (X2), competence (X3) on employee performance (Y).

To achieve this, we need the right strategy through optimal service by improving product quality and offering it to customers according to customers desires and needs, as well as providing the best service. Effort to provide optimal service to customers must pay attention to the factor needed by customers. Customer satisfaction is very important because by knowing the level of customer satisfaction, we can find out how far the quality of services provided by employees has an effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

PT Ikafood Putramas hopes to carry out its activities on a set schedule in order to optimally meet its productivity. In this context, how employees can perform at their best and provide incentives to motivate employees to get the job done. In this context, the aim of this study is to show how important the influence of material and immaterial incentives is on employee performance. This type of survey uses questionnaires as a data collection tool that are distributed among respondents with a sample of 54 people. The data analysis used a descriptive analysis that included the distribution of the elements in each variable and then a simple linear regression analysis. The results of the linear regression test and partial regression analysis showed that the motivation of the simultaneous variable (X) on employee performance (Y) with the value R-squared was 0.129. This figure shows that the simultaneous incentive variable (X) used in this regression equation contributes 12.9% to employee performance (Y), while the remaining 87.1% is examined under the influence of other variables outside the two independent variables. Proposals for PT Ikafood Putramas are consistent with research and discussions about employee incentives, and it is recommended that companies pay more attention to incentives that influence business performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance and the influence of leadership on job statisfaction and to determine the effect of employee performance on job statisfaction. The research is associative and the data collection technique uses primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to all employees who work in the company with population of 42 and the sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The result showed that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and leadership has a positive and significant influence on job statisfaction and employee performance has a positive and significant influence on job statisfaction.

Abstract

The implementation of the quality of services provided to customer satisfaction and response at BCA Syariah is examined in depth with the research method used is data collection which is directly observed by researchers with probability sampling and quantitative techniques. This research was conducted since June 2020 by working directly at Bank BCA Syariah. There is a strong relationship between service quality of 20.52 so that the level of satisfaction can increase positively and is influenced by the amount of customer service at BCA Syariah. The contribution made between the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction is 42.4%. This can have a positive impact and a big impact on BCA Syariah and the customers themselves. So that a good quality service provided by BCA Syariah to BCA Syariah customers will give a positive response and satisfaction for BCA Syariah customers. Utilizing human resources so that they are sufficiently knowledgeable and proficient in explaining a product, training can be held to help improve quality.

Abstract

Telkomsat adalah anak perusahaan Telkom yang mempunyai jangkuan luas di indonesia dalam menyediakan layanan jaringan komunikasi berbasis satelite. Untuk menjamin layanan jaringan komunikasi berjalan baik, Teknisi selalu siap kapanpun dan dimanapun apabila diperlukan adanya perbaikan jaringan. Saat ini penggantian uang perjalanan dilakukan dengan melakukan konfirmasi melalui whatsapp dan penginputan data pembiayaan dinas menggunakan excel yang sulit untuk didokumentasikan secara efektif dan efisien. Masalah lain yang dikeluhkan teknisi terletak pada waktu pengembalian yang lama dan tidak bisa ditentukan serta bukti pelunasan berupa cuplikan layar. Model Prototype adalah metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model menjadi sistem final. Sistem informasi Penggantian Uang Perjalanan Dinas ini dirancang menggunakan model prototype dengan tujuan mempermudah Teknisi dalam melakukan pengajuan penggantian biaya selama melakukan perjalanan sehingga dapat mengefesiensikan waktu dalam proses pekerjaannya dan menjadi solusi yang tepat dan meningkatkan efesiensi untuk perusahaan

Abstract

The Kendal Main Minimarket, which is located at Sendang Kulon Village, RT 02/02, Kangkung District, Kendal Regency, is an alternative place to shop and look for daily needs. The obstacle faced by the company is the selection of active customers who are given an annual bonus at random, therefore there are still many customers who complain because they feel they often shop but do not get the annual bonus. Based on this research, the authors designed and made the application of the best customer selection decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting method with the aim of making recording and selecting customers easier and more effective. This application uses notepad++ software as a text editor and MySQL database.

Abstract

The refinery rice industry in Sub Districts Pante Ceureumen Consisting of several village were 12 units and in Sub District Kaway XVI were 18 units. The refinery refinery rice industry which is run its business players on both the area needs to be a reckoning through an analysis financial a feasibility study to see if the effort is worth or not worth, so that the purpose of this research do is to compare rates of financial worthiness refinery rice industry in Sub Districts Pante Ceureumen and Sub Districts Kaway XVI District West Aceh based on feasibility criteria Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost (Net B/C), Break Event Point (BEP) dan Payback Period (PP). The results of this study indicate that the Rizki Sejahtera Rice Refinery Industry in Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh Regency is known discount factor level of 12 percent financially feasible to run because the IRR value is 31.08 percent, Net B/C Ratio is 1.72 and BEP and PP are smaller than the investment age of more than 20 years so that the Rizki Sejahtera Rice Refinery is able to cover the initial investment capital of the business when it is less than 20 years. While the Rimo Tani Rice Refinery Industry in Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency, it is known that at a discount factor rate of 12 percent, it is financially feasible to run because the IRR value is 30.20 percent, the Net B/C Ratio is 1.76 and the BEP and PP are more Smaller than the investment age of more than 20 years, so that the Rimo Tani Rice Refinery is able to cover the initial investment capital of the business when it is less than 20 years old.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the role of Agricultural Extension on increasing rice production in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. This research was conducted from January to April 2022. The results of this study explain that the rice production of farmers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency can be influenced by BPP Siabu. In addition, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Siabu Agricultural Extension. The role of Siabu Agricultural Extension in Mandailing Natal Regency on Siabu rice production is to increase productivity, business efficiency, income and welfare, as well as increase awareness in preserving environmental functions in order to create the vision and mission expected by BPP Siabu.

Abstract

A person's consideration in buying a product is certainly inseparable from their assessment of a product they want whether it is in accordance with the consumer's value standards or not and how the value and image given by the product to potential customers is good or bad. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand equity and brand image on consumer decisions in buying NMAX motorcycles in Bima City. This type of research is associative with quantitative data types from primary data sources. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. The results of the study show that brand equity and brand image together have a significant effect on consumer decisions in buying NMAX motorcycles in Bima City.
