Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the quality of education services, where the implementation of accreditation policy is said guaranteed. From the sector of implementation, education is said to be of high quality if all the processes goes well according to the applicable standards. The purposes of this papers, researches want to know the optimization strategy used by SMPS Darul Amin in creating an excellent education services. This research is qualitative with descriptive survey technique. Sources of this information Principa himself , Deputy of curriculum, and several employees. The result of this study showed that SMPS Darul Amin achieved A for accreditation, were inseparable from essential factors, which is the forms of the system and values in the guise of superior school culture. Accreditation refers to the process being manipulated then has an instant impact. On the other side, the accreditation as a result from the process of creating school cultural result is far-reaching and long-last. Cultural establishment that makes it easier for members to adjust to the environment, work, and other member of organizations, helps in growing commitment and encouraging human resources to reach goals.

Abstract

In tackling corruption in Indonesia there needs to be concrete preventive efforts, one of these efforts is through the education sector. Investing in anti-corruption values carried out consistently and continuously will foster students' personality attitudes, this can be done by integrating these values into a subject, one of the subjects that focus on the growth and development of student attitudes is the subject of Islamic education and character. This type of research is Library Research. The documentation technique is used in collecting data. Content analysis is applied in analyzing data that has been collected. As well as the deductive thinking patterns used in this study. The objects in this study are Islamic education textbooks and character published by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia in grade 10, 11, and 12. The results showed that all anti-corruption values recommended by the Ministry of Education and Culture were sufficiently implicit in implicit Islamic textbooks in Islamic education and high school character traits. The form of disclosure of anti-corruption values is reflected through the subject of wetting, expressions, description of a story, forms of events that occur in the environment everyday, in the form of sentences, verses of the Al-Qur’an and the Hadits of the Prophet Muhammad, as well as images contains messages from a material

Abstract

The effectiveness of the implementation of the education system in schools is influenced by the institutional structure and organizational behavior factors. This research aims to theoretically examine the fulfillment of organizational psychology aspects effectively so as to form a conceptual model of continuing education organizational development. This type of qualitative research is literature type. Data were collected through primary sources in the form of organizational behavior concept books and other relevant research. The results showed five stages before realizing an effective organization, namely: (1) optimizing the role of managers; (2) conduct a strategic needs assessment; (3) implementation of educational structure management; (4) make behavior as a system of organizing process; and (5) creating, maintaining and developing cooperation as a network. Several efforts in creating an effective organization are through the implementation of the organic organization concept -providing more flexibility to innovate-.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is determined by the implementation of education management standards. An important factor for the success of learning is decided by the teacher's insight into classroom management. Library research is used to find answers to a problem by carrying out some activities to collect, process, and conclude data. Based on the data in this study, it was concluded that the objectives of classroom management: 1) to create conducive classroom situations and conditions, 2) to eliminate obstacles in teaching and learning interactions, 3) to provide and manage learning facilities, 4) to foster and to guide according to individual characteristics. There are three components in classroom management, namely: physical conditions, socio-emotional conditions, and organizational conditions. Actions that need to be taken in managing the class are preventive actions, corrective actions, and curative actions.

Abstract

The curriculum is one of the tools to achieve educational goals, and at the same time it is used as a guide in the implementation of the teaching and learning process at various types and levels of schools. The curriculum is the basis and mirror of the philosophy of a nation's view of life, it will be directed to where and how the life of this nation will be in the future, all of which are determined and described in an educational curriculum. The curriculum must be dynamic and continue to evolve to adapt to various developments that occur in the world community and must determine the results as expected. All aspects of education are then in the spotlight of all Indonesian people. The education aspect in question is the teacher, curriculum, objectives, and methods, the government as the person in charge, and of course the system that covers the educational activities. All these aspects are like links which must be addressed first.

Abstract

This study aims to deeply construct Islamic scholarship from the point of view of the great Islamic scholar Ibn Rushdi. This research is a qualitative type of literature method. Data collection techniques were taken from relevant reference sources from research sources and primary books. The results of the research show that broadly speaking, ontology and epistemology are related to two main questions (a) what can be known? (what can be known?) and b) how can it be known? (how can it be known?). The first question relates to the source of knowledge, the second question relates to how to acquire knowledge. Based on this, ontology and epistemology are related to two main studies, namely where knowledge comes from, and how knowledge should be extracted. According to Ibn Rushd, human knowledge is obtained through three potentials, namely the power of the senses (al-quwwah al-ḥasāsah), the power of imagination (al-quwwah al-mutakhayyilah), and the power of thought (al-quwwah an-nāṭiqah). To get general conclusions from the observations on particular objects above, there are three stages mentioned by Ibn Rushd, namely: 1) abstraction, 2) combination, 3) assessment.

Abstract

Quality education services can develop the potential of students to the fullest. The purpose of this study was to analyze the regional regulations of Tebo Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The data sources in this study used primary data sources in the form of policy Number 1 of 2013 concerning Education Services and secondary data sources from various sources that support both journals and books related to policies. The data analysis technique used is in the form of content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Education Service Policy has been regulated in the regional regulation policy of Tebo Regency Number 1 of 2013 concerning Education Services, as has been stipulated in the policy of the regulation regarding educational services, namely through: 1) 12 -Year Compulsory Education Pilot Program, 2) Children's Education Early Age, 3) Educators and Education Personnel

Abstract

The policy for managing education based on local excellence in coastal areas is a policy regulated in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education and is revealed in North Aceh Qanun No. 4 of 2012 concerning the implementation of education. The problem under study is how the derivative policies on education based on local excellence and the obstacles in implementing the derivative policies for managing education based on local excellence in the coastal areas of North Aceh Regency are investigated. In this case the author uses research methods through a qualitative approach with descriptive type, data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews and documentation. and data analysis techniques, namely: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the form of a derivative policy of local excellence-based education management refers to the national education standard (SNP) with the form of a Dual System, Link and Match Policy which is applied to Vocational Schools. The basis for implementing education policies based on local excellence is in the form of Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, Aceh Qanun No. 5 of 2008 concerning the implementation of education, North Aceh Qanun No. 4 of 2012 concerning the implementation of education. The policy direction is a policy that functions of the educational unit in accordance with its nature and in relation to the surrounding environment, namely developing the potential of students in facing their role in the future according to the needs of the surrounding community. The policy direction is the development of facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the National Education Standards (SNP), Curriculum development in accordance with regional potential and in accordance with school needs and conventions from SMA to SMK.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principal's efforts in improving the quality of educational institutions. This study uses a descriptive method, with interview data collection techniques and documentation. Data analysis techniques in research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the principal has made efforts to improve the quality of education through management concepts, namely; (1) Program planning; (2) Organizing activities; (3) Implementation of activities; and (4) Control of activities.

Abstract

Within the context of a school, organizational culture refers to the values and beliefs that form the basis of the school's identity and define the school's character. Excellent schools appreciate having excellent school leaders on staff. When a good administrator can help a school improve its organizational culture in order to provide a high-quality education to its students, this study makes use of library resources. Scientific books, research papers, scientific essays, theses, dissertations, regulations, yearbooks, and encyclopedias all serve as data sources. The data will be processed in stages, beginning with data reduction (data reduction), followed by data visualization (data visualization), and finally by generating conclusions/verification.
