The purpose of applying the plasticine playing method is expected to be able to develop the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years so that they are able to draw according to their ideas, imitate shapes, use stationery correctly, cut according to patterns, paste pictures correctly, express themselves through detailed drawing movements and perform exploration with various media and activities. Qualitative research approach with the type of classroom action research. Sources of data in this study were children in the B3 group at Pembina Syamtalira Bayu TKN which consisted of 18 children and one teacher in the B3 group at Pembina Syamtalira Bayu TKN. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, describing data, and making conclusions. The results obtained are: 1) through initial observations, it 6was found that 12 children had not been able to arrange blocks as expected and only 6 children were able to arrange blocks into building shapes like those made by the teacher and could make various other buildings themselves so that it can be concluded that children's exploration abilities undeveloped. 2) After taking action in cycle 1, the condition of children's exploration abilities changed for the better with details: (a) 0% developed very well, (b) 16.67% developed as expected, (c) 15% began to develop, and (d) 0% undeveloped. 3) Based on the results in the second cycle, the results obtained are: (a) 94.44% of children's ability levels are very well developed, (b) 5.6% are developing as expected, (c) 0% are starting to develop, and (d) 0% are not yet developed. The success rate of children's exploration abilities can be said to be successful very good predicates. Besides being able to develop fine motor skills for children, the application of the play method can also develop children's logical thinking skills in recognizing shapes, sizes, or colors in the process of forming plasticine. This study is aimed at acknowledging the percentage of pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competencies of Islamic Education teachers as alumni at the Islamic Education Department of Tarbiyah in schools and Madrasahs throughout North Aceh District. This research on tracer study is a quantitative descriptive study through a survey approach. Respondents were alumni of the Islamic Education Department of Tarbiyah graduating in 2006-2010 who worked as teachers in schools and Madrasahs in North Aceh District, with a sample of 25 PAI teachers; taken by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by inputting data from questionnaires, then analyzed statistically, presented in graphical form, and finally concluded. The results showed that the pedagogical competence of Islamic Education graduates was categorized well with a percentage of 79.67%. Teacher's personality competence is a very good category by obtaining the highest percentage of 84.50%. Teacher's social competency reaches 81.74%, this percentage is also a very good category. Teacher professional competence has a percentage of 80.67%, indicating a very good category.

The weakening of the ta'dzim culture of santri towards kiai in Islamic boarding schools becomes a separate urgency to conduct research on the leadership pattern of kiai. The purpose of this study was to find out how kiai integrate local wisdom (smile, greeting, regards, polite, courteous) in their leadership patterns to form a culture of ta'ẓīm among students in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research site at Al-Ishlah Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School, which is located at Jl. Jember 17-19 Dadapan Grujugan Bondowoso. The sample, hereinafter referred to as the resource person was determined by using a purposive sampling technique, which deemed to meet the criteria as a theoretical sample. The data collection technique carried out in three stages: interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed using taxonomic analysis techniques. The findings in this study are that kiai integrate local wisdom, namely the culture of smiling, greeting, regards, polite and courteous in their behavior. So that the culture is embedded in his personality and becomes a characteristic in his strong leadership pattern to form a culture of ta'ẓīm santri.

The purpose of this study is to find out how decisions should be made in Islamic boarding schools, and what a kiai can do to improve their decision making by adopting a perception approach. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research literature review (library research). The primary data sources that will be used are the theories and concepts proposed by Stephen P. Robbins in his book Organizational Behavior. Data analysis will be carried out in three stages, namely; 1. Deductive; 2. Interpretive; and, 3. Comparative. After conducting a literature study or literature review, it can be concluded that there are five steps that the kiai can take in making decisions, namely; (1) analyze the situation; (2) understand bias; (3) combining rational analysis with intuition; (4) selecting the relevant decision-making style for the specific case; and (5) increase creativity.

Students' critical thinking skills become the determining factor of the success of learning activities and student learning outcomes. But the fact is tha activity and critical thinking skills of students are still low which affected on student learning outcomes. From these problems, the combination of the Taman Ceria Model was used in this study to become one of the best solutions. The aim of this study was to describe and analyze students' critical thinking activities. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SDN Kuin Selatan 1 Banjarmasin. The type of data in this study is quantitative data obtained through measurement techniques with written tests, and qualitative data obtained by student activities. The results showed that in the critical thinking aspect, students achieved 89% results for the skilled and highly skilled criteria. It can be concluded that the critical thinking aspect of students at each meeting increases and the hypothesis can be accepted. For teachers, this research is expected to be taken into consideration in using learning models in increasing students' critical thinking activities and skills which have an impact on improving student learning outcomes.

This study was conducted as an attempt to show that the Qur'an was revealed by using a high, charming, and touching language style through one of the grammatical elements, namely the metaphorical style. This study uses library research. The analysis is carried out by referring to the sciences of Indonesian grammar, Arabic, and Arabic-English Dictionary Quranic Usage: Handbook of Oriental Studies by Elsaid M. Badawi and Muhammad Abdel Haleem. Then some verses of the Qur'an are taken as examples of metaphors. This study found that the Qur'an as a competency learned in Islamic religious education (Pendidikan Agama Islam/PAI) learning has many metaphorical elements that are less aware of its existence. The metaphorical style of language becomes one of the tools to translate the Qur'an properly and correctly.

Employee discipline is something that really needs to be upheld so that every employee performs well. Likewise, the discipline of ASN employees is also very important to be carried out in accordance with applicable laws. As this study aims to see the effectiveness of the application of disciplinary behaviour of ASN employees on performance at UINSI Samarinda. This type of research is qualitative with a juridical-normative approach. Extracting data in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of ASN employees at UINSI has carried out their obligations in accordance with the mandate of the applicable laws and regulations. The effectiveness of the application of discipline for ASN employees in accordance with applicable law and running effectively.

The school committee is an independent body that helps and becomes a school partner. This position is very strategic for developing the quality of education in an institution. The school committee also contributes to developing the quality of education at MAN 2 Jember. This research was conducted at MAN 2 Jember. This study aims to: (1) Describe the role of the school committee in providing considerations to develop the quality of education in MAN 2 Jember. (2) Describe the School Committee in providing support to MAN 2 Jember. This study uses qualitative methods and descriptive research types. Determination of research subjects using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, they are data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The validity of the data using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study are: (1) The school committee as an advisory body provides input and ideas to schools regarding programs at school either through formal or informal meetings. The school committee also provides input regarding school facilities and infrastructure as well as program budgeting funded by the school committee. The budget in question is that which is not funded by the government and schools. The school committee will not approve a program when it is deemed to be of little use or makes parents object. (2) The school committee as a supporting body in MAN 2 Jember is characterized by its active role in supporting programs determined by the school and participating in solving problems that occur in schools. The school committee also contributes to realizing good quality education. The MAN 2 Jember Committee also supports the completeness of madrasah facilities and infrastructure in the form of personnel, materials, and thoughts.

Implementasi Blended Learning dalam Meningkatkan Kemandirian Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran PAI di SMA UII Banguntapan Sagala, Hairun Hasanah; Muh Wasith Achadi

This study aims to determine the process of implementing blended learning in increasing student independence in PAI subjects at SMA UII Banguntapan. This type of research uses a mixed method using a sequential mixed methods strategy, especially an exploratory sequential strategy. The subjects in this study were class X students, totaling 98 students with the sampling technique using the case’s technique. While the instruments used are interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The results of the research found that the process of implementing blended learning at the UII Banguntapan High School had been running effectively and smoothly and the implications obtained during blended learning were that students had an attitude of independence, including an attitude of confidence, responsibility, free behavior, self-control, discipline, as well as creativity and initiative.

The teaching and learning process that is happening right now really needs more attention from teachers and parents considering the COVID-19 pandemic which requires students to study at home. All of that certainly cannot be separated from the involvement of teachers in Islamic religious education. The objectives of this research are: 1) How is the existence of Islamic religious education teachers in the learning process for students facing the covid 19 pandemic in Lhokseumawe City?. 2) What is the pattern of Islamic Religious Education teachers in providing the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic in Lhokseumawe City?. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of field study (field research), while the data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the data analysis technique using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study, it was found that: 1) The existence of Islamic religious education teachers in improving the learning process for students facing the covid 19 pandemic in Lhokseumawe City was not carried out properly, because existing facilities and learning media for Islamic religious education were incomplete, making the learning process only takes place in a few weeks and even then outside of the role of a teacher that should be done, because teachers do not use schedules, syllabus or lesson plans during the covid period, only revolve around sending modules in the form of learning materials and assignments. 2) The pattern of teachers providing an understanding of Islamic religious education learning for children facing the COVID-19 pandemic in Lhokseumawe City is carried out in two ways, namely through direct visits to students' homes and providing an understanding of the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic for teachers in Lhokseumawe City by using an online pattern (in the network). With this pattern the learning process can be carried out without face to face even though there are obstacles such as the internet network.
