Abstract

Abstract: The Effect of Quantum Teaching Learning Model on Learning Outcomes of Class IV Students in Science Subjects at MIS Islamiyah Londut. This study aims to determine 1) Student learning outcomes in the control class using conventional methods in science subjects in class IV MIS Islamiyah Londut 2) Learning outcomes in the experimental class using the quantum teaching learning method in science subjects in class IV MIS Islamiyah Londut 3) The significant effect of the use of the quantum teaching learning model on learning outcomes in science subjects in class IV MIS Islamiyah Londut. The research method used is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental type. The population and sample in the study were 15 students in the experimental class and 15 students in the control class. The data analysis used was t-test and post-test. The data analysis used statistical methods. The data in question is data obtained from the validation results of learning tools and research instruments, as well as research results. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that science learning outcomes after the implementation of the quantum teaching learning model are better than before the implementation of this learning model, namely the average pretest score of 85.79, while the posttest average value of 85.87. After testing the data obtained a significant value of 0.059 <0.05, in the Pretest and Posttest data so that H0 is accepted and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded from the hypothesis test that the science learning outcomes after the Quantum Taeching learning model is applied are better than the previous model.

Abstract

Abstract: The Influence of Course Review Horay Model on Collaboration and Student Learning Outcomes in Science Subjects Energy Sources Material and Its Use Class III SDN Mangguharjo Semarang. This study aims to know and to analyze the effect of Course Review Horay model on the cooperation and learning outcome of IPA material of Sumber Energi and Kegunaanya at SDN Mangunharjo Semarang. This type of research is quantitative research in the form of PreExperimental Design with type One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this research is all students of class III SD Negeri Mangunharjo Semarang. Samples taken are 20 students of class III by using technique of Non-probability Sampling in the form of saturated sampling. The data in this research is obtained through observation, documentation, test, questionnaire, and interview. The result of the study showed that there is a significant influence of Course ReviewHoray learning model to the cooperation and learning outcomes of IPA material Source of Energy and useful in SDN Mangunharjo Semarang.Keyword : Course Review Horay, Cooperation and Learning Outcomes.Abstrak : Pengaruh Model Course Review Horay terhadap Kerjasama dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPA Materi Sumber Energi dan Kegunaannya Kelas III SDN Mangguharjo Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh model Course Review Horay terhadap kerjasama dan hasil belajar IPA materi Sumber Energi dan Kegunaanya di SDN Mangunharjo Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk PreExperimental Design dengan jenis One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SD Negeri Mangunharjo Semarang. Sampel yang diambil adalah 20 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik Non-probability Sampling berbentuk sampling jenuh. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, tes, angket, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran Course Review Horay terhadap kerjasama dan hasil belajar IPA materi Sumber Energi dan Kegunaanya di SDN Mangunharjo Semarang.Kata Kunci : Course Review Horay, Kerjasama dan Hasil belajar

Abstract

Abstract: Improving Teacher Ability in Thematic Learning Management through Supervision of Class Visits at Elementary School 5 Baran Melintang Semester 1. Academic Year 2019/2020 In carrying out their duties as supervisors, school supervisors can choose the right approach according to the problems faced by the teacher. Supervision is not narrowly defined as the best way to be applied in all situations but needs to pay attention to individual abilities, needs, interests, individual maturity levels, personal characteristics of teachers, all of which are considered to apply supervision. The aim is to improve the ability, understanding, and develop thematic learning management strategies for teachers at SDN 5 Baran Melintang, Baran Melintang District. The research subjects are as many as 7 teachers. The technique of collecting data through observation and documentation techniques. As for the descriptive qualitative data analysis in this study is to interpret the data by comparing the results from before the action is taken and according to the action. This data analysis was carried out during the reflection stage. The results of the analysis were used as material for reflection to carry out further planning in the next cycle. The results of data analysis showed that there was an initial condition that only reached an average number of 52.50 with insufficient criteria, increasing to 70.63 with sufficient criteria, and in the last cycle it became 86.88 with very good criteria, and individually per teacher in the initial condition there were no teachers who were declared complete, increasing to 4 teachers or 42.86% and in the last cycle to 7 teachers or 100%. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the implementation of classroom visit supervision is proven to be able to improve the ability of teachers in managing thematic learning at SDN 5 Baran Melintang, Merbau Island District, Semester 2 of the 2019/2020 Academic Year. Keywords: Improvement, Management, Supervision, Thematic Abstrak: Peningkatan Kemampuan Guru Dalam Pengelolaan Pembelajaran Tematik Melalui Supervisi Kunjungan Kelas Di Sdn 5 Baran Melintang Semester 1. Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai supervisor, pengawas sekolah dapat memilih pendekatan yang tepat sesuai dengan masalah yang dihadapi guru. Supervisi tidak didefinisikan secara sempit sebagai satu cara terbaik untuk diterapkan disegala situasi melainkan perlu memperhatikan kemampuan individu, kebutuhan, minat, tingkat kematangan individu, karakteristik personal guru, semua itu dipertimbangkan untukmenerapkan supervisi. Adapun tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan, pemahaman, dan mengembangkan strategi pengelolaan pembelajaran tematik bagi guru-Gurudi SDN 5 Baran Melintang Kecamatan Baran Melintang .Subjekpenelitian sebanyak 7Guru. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi dan teknik dokumentasi.Adapun analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif dalam penelitian ini adalah memaknai data dengan cara membandingkan hasil dari sebelum dilakukan tindakan dan sesuadah tindakan. Analisis data ini dilakukan pada saat tahapan refleksi.Hasil analisis digunakan sebagai bahan refleksi untuk melakukan perencanaan lanjut dalam siklus selanjutnya.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada kondisi awal hanya mencapai angka rerata 52,50 dengan kriteria kurang, meningkat menjadi 70,63 dengan kriteria cukup, dan pada siklus terakhir menjadi 86,88 dengan kriteria baiksekali, dansecara individual per guru pada kondisi awal belum ada guru yang dinyatakan tuntas, meningkat menjadi 4 guru atau 42,86% dan pada siklus terakhir menjadi 7 orang guru atau 100%. Dari penjelasan di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi kunjungan kelas terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran tematikdi SDN 5 Baran Melintang Kecamatan Pulau Merbau  Semester 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Kata Kunci:  Peningkatan, Pengelolaan, Supervise, Tematik

Abstract

This article is a research article related to waste management for elementary school children, one of which is through Tri Bakti Counseling activities by Panca environment, namely the waste sorting activity program at SDN Sukabumi 2. The purpose of this activity is to foster a sense of concern children to the surrounding environment by disposing of garbage in its place. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, where this method emphasizes the aspect of understanding students in depth about the problem of waste, types of waste and how to manage waste properly and correctly which has been carried out at SDN Sukabumi 2. This activity was carried out for 3 years. day with a total of 40 students consisting of 4th and 5th graders. The conclusion of the waste sorting program conducted at SDN Sukabumi 2 is to implement environmental hygiene awareness education at the elementary school level as a form of love for nature.

Abstract

Abstract: Increased IPS Learning Activity Through Cooperative Learning Numbered Heads Together (NHT) In Class VI SD Negeri 339 Tamang. The purpose of this study is to determine student learning activities of students. Subjects used amounted to 20 people. Student learning activity data Cycle I average write / read 31%, doing LKS 31%, ask friends 10,5%, ask 9% teacher and irrelevant to KBM equal to 18,5%. Cycle II writing / reading activity becomes 27.5%, works on 45% LKS, asks friends 19.5%, asks teachers to 6.5% and activities that are not relevant with KBM 1.5%. Students' IPS learning outcomes in the material Describe the Development of Regional Administration System of Indonesia in the first cycle showed an average of 62 with 40% complete kalsikal and in Formative II showed an average of 77 with 85% classical completeness. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar siswa siswa. Subjek yang digunakan berjumlah 20 orang.Data aktivitas belajar siswa Siklus I rata-rata menulis/membaca 31%,mengerjakan LKS 31%,bertanya pada teman sebesar 10,5%, bertanya kepada guru 9% dan yang tidak relevan dengan KBM sebesar 18,5%.Siklus IIaktivitas menulis/ membaca menjadi 27,5%,mengerjakan LKS45%,bertanya pada teman sebesar 19,5%, bertanya kepada guru menjadi 6,5% dan aktivitas yang tidak relevan dengan KBM 1,5%.Hasil belajar IPS siswa pada materi Mendeskripsikan Perkembangan Sistem Administrasi Wilayah Indonesia pada siklus I menunjukkan rata-rata 62 dengan ketuntasan kalsikal 40% dan pada Formatif II menunjukkan ratarata 77 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 85%. Abstract

The Role of Local Wisdom Values in Education 5.0 Elementary Education Level. Welcoming Society 5.0, Indonesia needs to prepare itself to be able to participate and be part of the world in the future. As an effort to deal with it, all elements of society need to improve themselves so that they can become superior Human Resources (HR). Educators as intermediaries for the formation of student character in schools have an important role to prepare students who are ready to compete in the next era. The research method used is a literature review. This study aims to review the role of local wisdom values in education 5.0 basic education level. The results of the study state that the affective abilities, psychomotor abilities, and cognitive abilities of students, especially at the education level if educators offer learning with local wisdom content, mobilize all creativity, innovate in the use of technology will help elementary school students to be ready to face 5.0 challenges and still have ancestral values. which builds the character of the nation's children who cannot be consumed by the negative effects of globalization.

Abstract

Abstract : Character Value Analysis in Suyadi's "Petruk Become King" Story As a Strengthening Character Building (KDP) at SDN Pandeanlamper 05 Semarang. The objectives to be achieved in this research is to know how the implementation of Character Education Strengthening program in SDN Pandeanlamper 05 Semarang and what value values are contained in the story "Petruk become King". The type of this research is qualitative research with the steps put forward by Lexy J.Moleong (2016). The study population is SDN Pandeanlamper 05 Semarang. The data in this research is obtained from observation, interview and literature study. Abstract

Abstract: Analysis of Procedural Knowledge on Distance and Speed Material for Grade V Elementary School Students. The purpose of this study was to describe procedural knowledge in the distance and speed material of Grade V students. The approach used was a qualitative research approach with a phenomenological method. Data collection techniques used were tests, interviews, observations, and documentation. The research instruments used were test sheets, interview sheets, observation sheets, and documentation. Based on the research results obtained that many students who have not mastered procedural knowledge on distance and speed material, by mastering procedural knowledge, students can understand the purpose of the problems contained in the problem so that later students can easily determine what steps should be used to solve problems that contained in the problem, after students understand what steps are used, it will later make it easier for students to solve problem problems with sequential steps. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengetahuan prosedural pada materi jarak dan kecepatan siswa kelas V. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar tes, lembar wawancara, lembar observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa banyak siswa yang belum menguasai pengetahuan prosedural pada materi jarak dan kecepatan, dengan menguasai pengetahuan prosedural maka siswa dapat memahami maksud dari permasalahan yang terdapat di dalam soal agar nantinya siswa dapat dengan mudah menentukan-langkah apa yang harus digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terdapat di dalam soal, setelah siswa memahami langkah-langkah apa yang di gunakan, hal tersebut nantinya akan mempermudah siswa menyelesaikan permasalahan soal dengan langkah-langkah yang urut. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan prosedural, Jarak dan kecepatan, Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Analysis of the Teacher's Role in Fostering Learning Discipline for Class IV Students at SDIT Zahra Asy-Syifa. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of discipline in class IV students through the role of the teacher at SDIT Zahra Asy-Syifa in semester II of the 2021/2022 school year. The subjects in this study were the school principal, homeroom teacher for class IV, some 28 class IV students. This study uses a qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach where the design can be improved at any time depending on the conditions and situation in the field. Then in the data collection process using three data collection techniques namely, participating observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. As for the data analysis technique using descriptive analysis from Miles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study reveal that: 1) there is a teacher's role in fostering student learning discipline, namely the teacher as a teacher, mentor, counselor, evaluator and model/exemplar; 2) It turns out that teachers are still having problems in instilling discipline in student learning as seen from two factors, namely: a) students and b) family and the surrounding environment; 3) The teacher makes several efforts in instilling discipline including: a) instilling exemplary behavior, b) giving rewards and punishments, c) reinforcing the application of the rules.

Abstract

Conflict Management in Leadership Islamic Education. This study aims to explain conflict management in Islamic educational leadership. The method used in this research is library research. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The study results show that one strategy that is appropriate in solving problems that occur in Islamic educational institutions is carried out by a leader of an Islamic educational institution who has a leadership spirit and a commitment so that problems in an educational institution can be resolved properly and efficiently. The way to manage conflict in Islamic education leadership is namely by negotiating or bargaining, tabayun, deliberation, tahkim, and islah.
