Abstract

There are numerous uses for the Laplace Transform (LT) across various fields. The literature attests to the fact that various methods have been developed in the past to solve cryptography using LT. In contrast to some methods, like those found in Stanoyevitch's Introduction to Cryptography with Mathematical Foundations and Computer Implementations, Barr's Invitation to Cryptography, Blakley's Twenty Years of Cryptography in the Open Literature, and others, this study presents a new cryptographic system that uses the Laplace transform and Taylor series expansions to increase security and effectiveness. A valuable tool in the field of secure communication, the proposed scheme's two-part encryption strategy and key-based approach offer strong protection against unauthorized access. It is also computationally difficult for adversaries to decipher the entire message without both keys, thanks to the extra layer of security added by the two-part encryption technique. This feature works especially well in situations where the message is very long. In comparison to the well-known algorithms that are currently in the literature, the algorithmic approach that this study proposes is less complex. We use a case study at the end to demonstrate the suggested approach

Abstract

This study focuses on the significant branch of graph theory known as graceful labeling, which involves assigning integers to the vertices and edges of graphs. Various techniques, such as vertex-graceful, edge-graceful, harmonious, lucky, magic, and prime labeling, have been developed to address this problem. Despite the extensive research on graceful labeling, the specific challenge of labeling pendant graphs gracefully has not been widely explored. Our research proposes new algorithms for gracefully labeling graphs with pendant vertices. These algorithms can be applied to various types of graphs, including cyclic, tetrahedron, regular, octahedron, complete, and square pyramid graphs. By introducing these new methods, we aim to fill the gap in the literature regarding pendant graphs. The study concludes with a detailed case study that illustrates the practical application of the proposed algorithms, demonstrating their effectiveness and ease of use in gracefully labeling pendant graphs. This contribution provides a valuable addition to the existing body of knowledge on graph labeling

Abstract

The implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) plays a crucial role in maintaining the health of pregnant women, particularly in preventing Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs), which can become a serious issue during pregnancy. UTIs may increase the risk of complications such as preterm labor or low birth weight. Data collected from pre-test and post-test assessments indicate a significant increase in knowledge, with initial scores at just 20%, rising to 68% after intervention. Therefore, the implementation of CHLB is essential, encompassing simple habits like regular hand washing with soap, maintaining genital hygiene, and consuming sufficient water to increase urine volume, thereby reducing the risk of UTIs. Additionally, it is important for pregnant women to avoid contracting sexually transmitted infections (STIs), which can increase the risk of UTIs. By effectively practicing CHLB, pregnant women can lower the likelihood of developing UTIs, maintain their own health as well as that of their unborn child, and ensure a smooth pregnancy and delivery process
