With the rise of preventative healthcare needs after the COVID-19 pandemic, tanyaDNA, a genomics company in Indonesia, seeks to introduce Lifestyle and Pharmacogenomic Testing. This study explores using Diffusion of Innovation Theory to create a targeted marketing strategy for this new service. There's a lack of awareness and affordability concerns surrounding the test, along with a knowledge gap between the company, healthcare professionals, and the target market. The research aims to assess the theory's applicability, bridge these understanding gaps, and promote successful integration of the test into Indonesian healthcare. This can inform marketing strategies for other genomics companies looking to expand beyond COVID-19 testing. The study focuses on the JABODETABEK area of Indonesia and utilizes surveys and interviews to gather data. The findings can help bridge the gap between product creators and target markets, especially regarding the perspectives of key healthcare professionals.

This study explores the impact of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior at Jakarta Woman and Child Hospital, involving both medical and non-medical staff. With 281 respondents, the research uses purposive sampling for individuals with over a year of experience working directly or indirectly with patients. Utilizing Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), the analysis reveals a positive influence of transformational leadership on innovative work behavior and job involvement. However, no significant relationships are found between transformational leadership and psychological capital, and between job involvement and innovative work behavior. Additionally, psychological capital does not act as a mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior. Managerially, enhancing transformational leadership is vital for fostering innovation and job involvement in hospitals, recommending strategies to improve psychological capital through positive work environments and training programs. Despite valuable insights, the study's limitations warrant further research for a broader understanding and identification of influencing factors within the healthcare industry.

Community sustainability often comes to a halt at the stage of community organizational change, especially in the context of leaders. Further studies on the focus on empowering community organizations need to be strengthened to support sustainable communities. The case study method was used in this study with the research subject of community regeneration of the Sekolah Master Indonesia (SMI) located in Depok. The results of the study show that even though SMI has managed to survive for 24 years, it has not let go of the community's concerns in the sustainability of community leadership. SMI's success in carrying out components that support community sustainability has not covered the chaos when there is a change in leadership. The focus on strengthening the capacity of organizational resources is important to anticipate from the beginning, so that the empowerment of community members is felt thoroughly by every community member who can be the successor in community regeneration.

This research focuses on applying the XGBoost algorithm to analyze and predict cayenne pepper prices. The main aim is to exploit XGBoost's exceptional capability to manage large datasets and discern intricate patterns for precise price forecasting. The dataset comprises historical cayenne pepper price data, along with pertinent economic and climatic factors. The XGBoost model was developed and validated on this dataset, with its performance assessed using metrics. The results indicated a high level of accuracy, achieving an R² score of 99% on the training set and 92% on the test set, reflecting a strong alignment between predicted and actual prices. Moreover, the model attained an average cross-validation score of 96%, reinforcing its robustness and reliability. These findings highlight XGBoost's efficacy in agricultural price prediction, offering stakeholders a potent tool for data-driven decision-making. This study enriches the literature on machine learning applications in agriculture and emphasizes XGBoost's potential to enhance predictive accuracy and operational efficiency.
