Abstract

Tourism is a series of multi-sector activities and involves various stakeholders. The diversity of stakeholders, shared vision and goals, and bounded resources have led to the need for collaborative governance in Indonesian tourism marketing. This study will analyze the conditions of input, process and output of collaborative governance of Indonesian tourism marketing. Bounded marketing resources of Indonesian tourism marketing is the main trigger for the collaborative governance. The motive and objective of collaborative governance of Indonesian tourism marketing is to synergize resources between the government and various stakeholders to improve Indonesia's tourism marketing program. Based on the research results, it was found that most of the conditions of the key elements of collaboration were progressing quite well, but there were still various conditions that needed to be improved. The output results of collaborative objectives related to efficiency, efficacy and equity have been obtained by collaboration participants. The collaborative governance of Indonesian tourism marketing does not yet have standard implementation procedures as guidelines for the MoTCE marketing team. This study suggests a pre-model (initial model) of Indonesian tourism marketing collaborative governance, for further testing and development, to strengthen Indonesian tourism marketing governance.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate the correlation between sarcopenia and transthyretin levels among community-dwelling older adults in Padang. This study employed a cross-sectional design and included 45 community-dwelling individuals aged 60 years and above who visited Andalas Primary Health Care in Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia. Characteristics of sociodemographic and lifestyle habits were collected using a general questionnaire. Sarcopenia was defined in accordance with the criteria set forth by the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia (AWGS) criteria encompass three components: low muscle mass, as determined by an index of appendicular skeletal mass/height2 less than 7,0 kg/m2 for males and less than 5,7 kg/m2 for females; low physical performance, as indicated by a gait speed less than 1,0 m/s; low muscle strength, defined as handgrip strength less than 26 kg for males and less than 18 kg for females. Accordingly, sarcopenia was defined as the presence of low muscle mass in conjunction with low physical performance and/or low muscle strength. Transthyretin levels were considered as independent variables in order to evaluate the potential correlation between transthyretin and sarcopenia status using bivariate analysis. The overall prevalence of sarcopenia was 51.1%, with four cases (40%) observed in males and 19 cases (54.3%) in females classified as having sarcopenia. The prevalence of sarcopenia was significantly lower among participants with normal nutritional status. A comparison of the participants with and without sarcopenia revealed that the former exhibited higher levels of transthyretin (p = 0,000).

Abstract

Government Minister No. 49 of 2018 concerning the Management of Government Employees with Work Agreements (GEWA) explained that government agencies must arrange the needs of the number and type of GEWA positions based on position analysis and workload. problems with the availability of teachers in Jember Regency, especially at SMA/SMK, include a growing number of honorary teachers because many have opened their retirement period, honorary teachers are uneven and there are still non-linear in submitting study offers, supplements, and education. The Jember Regency Government has prepared 26% of the formation for Teachers in the Implementation of Appointment of Civil Servants of GEWA that is adjusted to the employee burden of 30% of the APBD. Data from BKSDM of Jember Regency recorded that the number of honorary teachers for elementary to high school/high school levels in the sub-district was around 2,787 people. and is not comparable to the 26% quota of teacher formations in the education district of Civil Servant PPK Students in Indonesia. Research results show that unsuitable and unfulfilled include effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy and equalization. Meanwhile, the other 2 dimensions including responsiveness and accuracy are appropriate and fulfilled.

Abstract

This research discusses Islamic religious views in Indonesia related to employment social security and the strategic role of ulama in its spread. In the context of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, which aims to protect workers from social and economic risks, ulama play a role as a leader who guides the community in understanding the concept of social security according to Islamic teachings. This study shows that despite skepticism about these programs, a religious organization-based approach can increase community participation. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this study analyzes the views of various religious organizations, including NU, Muhammadiyah, and MUI, towards BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. The results show the importance of ulama fatwas and the integration of Islamic values in social security programs to increase public awareness and participation.

Abstract

The development of internet technology has encouraged innovation in digital commerce, especially e-commerce. One of the rapidly growing trends is live shopping, which combines social media interactivity with a real-time shopping experience. This study aims to explore the influence of internal and external factors on impulse purchase decisions in the context of live shopping. Using a quantitative approach and modeling of structural equations (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling/PLS-SEM - Smart PLS 4.0.), data was collected from 300 respondents in Indonesia through an online survey. The results showed that external factors, such as streamer attractiveness, content quality, and perceived interactivity, significantly increased perceived enjoyment. However, perceived enjoyment has not been proven to significantly encourage impulse purchasing decisions. Conversely, internal factors, such as hedonistic motivation, viewing frequency, and impulse buying tendencies, have been shown to have a strong influence on impulse purchases during live shopping sessions. The study concluded that while external factors can create a pleasurable experience, they do not directly trigger impulsive buying behavior in the absence of internal impulses. These findings provide new insights for marketers to design effective strategies that focus more on the psychological aspects of consumers, such as hedonistic motivation and increased frequency of interactions, to encourage engagement and impulse purchases in live shopping platforms

Abstract

Railway bridges are old, especially on the Sumatra island and according to earthquake map on 2017 version show an increased risk, it is necessary to analyze the reliability of dynamic behaviour to extend the bridge life and damage can be detected early. The bridge reliability was assessed in terms of natural frequency, deflection, and internal force . The study was conducted on the BH77 Railway Bridge in Tegineneng-Lampung, a through truss type. Reliability analysis with a non-deterministic approach, using the probability concept, variability used is the dimensions of steel profiles based on fabrication drawings and field measurements. The research uses secondary data, one of which is measurement of the circumference of the steel cross section, that influenced by the paint layer, where the paint thickness sample to correct and obtain the actual dimensions. Dynamic behaviour analysis, consisting of modal analysis, Fast Fourier Transform, time history, and First Order Reliabilty Method. The analysis results showed the effect of steel dimension correction compared to the fabrication drawings did not have a significant effect on the changes in the values of natural frequencies, mode shapes, deflections, and internal forces. The reliability of the dynamic behaviour obtained was 99% at all reviews. Which indicates that the bridge is safe against potential resonance, the bridge stiffness is still high, and the axial+moment capacity is still sufficient against static & earthquake loads, as well as good bridge maintenance. The largest deflection point as a reference for placing strain and vibration gauges on structural health monitoring systems.
