Abstract

Changes in the global and national political order are influenced by the national interests of each country, which have been sharpened by the war in Ukraine. This broadens the concept of security from military dominance to information and intelligence control, and introduces new forms of threats such as asymmetric, hybrid, cyber and proxy warfare. Indonesia, with its abundant natural resources, plays a strategic role in this dynamic, but faces significant challenges in the shortage of specially qualified intelligence personnel. Of the 48 intelligence members who carry out Counterintelligence operations, only some have advanced education and experience, as well as adequate counterintelligence qualifications. This research uses SWOT and Fishbone analysis to identify the factors that determine the performance of intelligence personnel, as well as finding strategies and root causes that affect the effectiveness of intelligence operations in Indonesia. The aim is to improve the performance and management of strategic intelligence through enhancing the education, experience, and qualifications of intelligence personnel.

Abstract

Education in the 21st century requires teachers with high learning agility to deliver quality learning experiences. One way to improve learning quality is through clinical supervision. This study focuses on the final stage of clinical supervision, the feedback session, as an effort to enhance teachers' learning agility. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data is collected through interviews and documentation from the school principal, teachers, and students. The validity of the data is ensured through triangulation of methods and sources. The feedback session analyzes efforts to improve the dimensions of learning agility, namely social agility, mental agility, change agility, and results agility, through the clinical supervision feedback stage. In this final stage, teachers and the principal reflect on the teacher's strengths and areas for improvement together, discussing the necessary skill enhancement steps. The research shows that during the feedback session process, in addition to the four dimensions of learning agility, the dimensions of teacher flexibility and speed were also developed.

The data is processed using the Webqual 4.0 method which includes Usability, Information Quality, service Interaction variables and the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, especially the Timeliness variable. The data analysis method in this study uses the PLS-SEM approach with SmartPLS version 4.1.0.2 as a tool to help test research data. From the test results obtained in this study, each of the four hypotheses proposed that the average measurement of user satisfaction with the Bluebox application gets a value of 4.095 with the Satisfied category. Factors that affect user satisfaction with 4 hypotheses and 1 acceptable hypothesis, namely the Timeliness variable which has a significant effect of P Values <0.05 on User Stisfaction, while the Usability, Information Quality and Service Interaction variables do not show a significant effect on User Satisfaction with a significance level of P Values> 0.05 in the Bluebox application.

Abstract

The relationship between perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy with acceptance of change has been commonly studied, but no one has examined the relationship between perceived supervisor support and self-efficacy on commitment to change especially on the implementation of change policies of government organisations in Indonesia. This study presents the findings of an investigation into the moderating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between perceived supervisor support and affective, continuance, and normative commitment to change. This research is specifically necessary within the framework of executing organizational change policies in government organizations in Indonesia. A survey was administered to 255 workers of a public sector organization who were undergoing a reform program. The analysis of structural equation modeling indicated a favourable association between perceived supervisor support and affective and normative commitment to change. Therefore, the connection between how employees view their supervisor's support and their affective and normative commitment to change depends on their belief in their own ability to succeed.

Abstract

Memes as digital content with humorous characteristics are an important part of online interaction on social media. The existence of memes in politics acts as a rhetorical tool and discursive argument, with its use to convey messages with political content. The use of memes as political mediatization in the 2019 elections in Indonesia as an expressive form of the success team of the Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates at that time. This study examines political mediatization through memes that occurred in the candidates Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD in the 2024 Indonesian President and Vice President elections. Using a netnographic method, the research identifies five categories of meme usage- pure humor, ridicule, general political information, candidate information, and expressions of support.. These memes, originally light-hearted, evolved into strategic tools shaping a relaxed and approachable political image. This study highlights how media logic has transitioned into social media logic, prioritizing personalized content and user engagement to influence public perception. This transition underscores the effectiveness of memes in altering political narratives and fostering voter interaction during campaigns.

Abstract

The 2024 general election in Indonesia has seen a significant increase in social media usage, especially in response to the candidates' debates. In this study, Gibran Rakabuming as one of Indonesia's vice-presidential candidates became a hot issue in asking the State of the Global Islamic Economy (SGIE) question at the debate which became an important indicator of public interest and sentiment. This research uses content distribution theory analysis to understand the implications of social media use on political campaigns and how political content is disseminated and responded to by other social media users. The results of this study show that the use of social media in response to SGIE responses strengthens positions and relationships with voters.

Abstract

This study analyzes the spatial influence of the Human Development Index (HDI) and net wages of informal workers on poverty rates in Central Java. Informal workers in Central Java have high poverty potential, so this study investigates the correlation between informal workers' net income and poverty rates in Central Java. Spatial analysis was also conducted to understand the spatial effects on the regression of HDI and informal workers' income on poverty. The theoretical framework includes the concepts of poverty, HDI, and informal workers. The data used in this study is data from 2022 with the dependent variable being the percentage of poverty, and the independent variables being HDI and the average monthly income of informal workers in each district/city in Central Java. The analysis method uses classical regression and spatial regression, each using Microsoft Excel and GeoDa applications. The results of the analysis show that HDI and the average net income of informal workers have a significant effect on the poverty rate in Central Java. Spatial analysis showed the existence of spatial clustering of poverty, and spatial regression confirmed the absence of spatial autoregression or spatial error in the model.
