Abstract

The Government Regulation No. 59 of 2024, has mandated the implementation of the Standard Inpatient Class (KRIS) policy as a major reform within the National Health Insurance (JKN) system. This policy aims to eliminate disparities in inpatient healthcare services by ensuring equal access and quality of care for all BPJS participants, regardless of their premium contribution levels. This study analyzes the readiness of Bhayangkara Lemdiklat POLRI Hospital to implement the KRIS policy and formulates suitable strategies based on SWOT analysis. A qualitative research design was employed, utilizing observation, document review, and regulatory analysis as data collection techniques. The results show that the hospital has reached a high level of preparedness, with 98.61% of its patients being JKN participants, predominantly elderly and female. The hospital has met the majority of requirements across the four main KRIS implementation pillars: work planning, infrastructure readiness, asset management, and operational execution. However, two physical indicators—ventilation (97.65%) and room temperature (98.07%)—have yet to meet full compliance. The IFE and EFE scores of 3.06 and 3.00, respectively, place the hospital in Quadrant I of the IE Matrix, indicating a strategic position for aggressive growth. Accordingly, a Strength–Opportunity (SO) strategy is recommended, leveraging the hospital's internal strengths to capitalize on external opportunities and ensure that the implementation of KRIS is carried out effectively, efficiently, and sustainably.

Abstract

Corporate acquisitions often trigger structural changes that heighten employee stress. Such changes can create anxiety and uncertainty regarding job positions and levels of control, particularly among employees who worked in the company prior to the acquisition. This study examines the Effect of Narrative Writing Intervention on Work Stress Among Employees with Consideration of Self-Disclosure. Using a quantitative experimental method, participants were divided into two groups: an experimental group that wrote about experiences and emotions related to work stress, and a control group that wrote about daily activities without expressing emotions or personal feelings. The instruments used were the 10-item Perceived Stress Scale (Cohen & Williamson, 1988) and the Modified 10-item Self-Disclosure Index (Miller et al., 2011). Findings indicate that self-disclosure enhances the effectiveness of narrative writing, as individuals with higher levels of self-disclosure were better able to process emotions and benefited more from the writing activity. A total of eight participants were evenly assigned to each group, based on their status before and after the company acquisition. Results showed that narrative writing functioned as a dynamic emotional process. Stress levels initially increased during the early intervention weeks but subsequently decreased significantly. Self-disclosure played a crucial role in this process, with participants reporting higher self-disclosure experiencing greater reductions in stress.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Pumped Irrigation Program in Lebak Regency, Banten, and its impact on food security. The agricultural sector in Lebak faces significant challenges, including suboptimal productivity and high dependence on rainfed land, which threatens regional food security. This study uses an evaluative qualitative approach with a six-criteria framework from William N. Dunn (effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy) to conduct a comprehensive analysis. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, participatory observations, as well as analysis of program documents and statistical data. The results revealed a significant "implementation deficit", where the program's potential was hampered by systemic weaknesses. Despite demonstrating local effectiveness in improving crop indexes, the overall impact is hampered by operational inefficiencies, inadequate resource allocation, uneven distribution of aid, and lack of responsiveness to local needs. It was found that there are critical socio-technical discrepancies, where the provision of technology is not supported by human capacity building and adequate institutional support. The study concludes that the program's contribution to food security is still suboptimal due to the failure of the implementation. Policy recommendations are focused on strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems, implementing data-based and participatory targeting, integrating technical training with technology distribution, and developing sustainable operational models.

Abstract

Adult granulosa cell tumor (AGCT) is the most common ovarian sex cord–stromal tumor (SCST), comprising approximately 70% of cases. It is a low-grade malignant neoplasm with a tendency for late recurrence and metastasis. Tumor stage and rupture in stage I disease are the most important prognostic factors. This study aimed to describe the clinicopathological characteristics of AGCT patients treated at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital, Bandung, from 2019 to 2025. This observational analytic study included 46 women who underwent surgical resection and were histopathologically diagnosed with AGCT with documented International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) stage at Dr. Hasan Sadikin General Hospital between 2019 and 2025. Sampling was consecutive. Variables observed included age, FIGO stage, laterality, ascites, surgical procedures, tumor size, histopathological pattern, mitotic count, necrosis, lymphovascular invasion, endometrial pathology, and adjuvant chemotherapy. Data were analyzed descriptively. The mean age of patients was 47 years (range 19–63). The mean tumor size was 23.7 cm, and most tumors (82.6%) measured ≥10 cm. Nearly all were unilateral (97.8%), with slight predominance in the right ovary (54.3%). Ascites was present in 56.5% of patients. Histologically, 89.1% exhibited multiple admixed growth patterns with low mitotic activity. Necrosis and lymphovascular invasion were observed in 30.4% and 17.4% of cases, respectively. Endometrial alterations were rare (6.5%). Stage distribution was 47.8% stage I, 2.2% stage II, 41.3% stage III, and 8.7% stage IV. Adjuvant chemotherapy was administered to 50% of patients, most frequently paclitaxel–carboplatin (60.8%).

Abstract

The growth of urbanization and increasing housing demand require developers such as PT Tiga Hasta Gemilang to better understand consumer preferences. This study aims to identify the determining factors influencing consumer decisions in house selection, group these factors through factor analysis, and determine the dominant factor affecting purchase decisions. A quantitative survey approach was employed using structured questionnaires, with data analyzed through Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) involving KMO tests, Total Variance Explained, and Rotated Component Matrix. The findings reveal ten main factors influencing house selection: financial affordability, financing support, digitalization and promotion, property investment, location and accessibility, environment and public facilities, physical specifications, developer credibility, services and information, and socio-cultural aspects. The dominant factor is financial affordability, which contributes the largest variance. These results highlight that house purchase decisions are multidimensional, yet financial considerations remain the primary determinant. In conclusion, developers should focus on flexible financing schemes, legal transparency, construction quality, and interactive digital promotion strategies to strengthen consumer trust and market competitiveness.

Abstract

Delays in handover to consumers will result in real estate developer companies being fined by consumers. This is a burden that burdens the financial position of development companies which can reach losses of hundreds of millions or even billions of rupiah. The appearance of the fine greatly affects the company's cash flow, because the company's profit is eroded to pay the fine. Housing project development activities, especially landed houses projects, are very complex and require cooperation between departments from planning, implementation to consumer handover. Complexity occurs where many parties involved in one cycle have strict targets and influence each other, so it needs to be outlined in a time frame called a master schedule. It requires a thorough and detailed master schedule control to map the conditions and problems that arise as well as trouble-shooting in the existing time frame. With good master schedule control , it will result in on-time handover to consumers. So that it will reduce the company's cash flow burden because it pays consumer fines. Through observation and interview methods conducted in the period of 2016-2019, the author took a study on one of the developers of a housing project in Serpong, Tangerang, from a total of 7 (seven) clusters, data showed that there was 18% of late consumer handovers resulting in fines. The results of this project management study , namely an integrated project time management system based on the internet, special servers and cloud, can provide an overview of solutions to reduce late fines.
