Abstract

An effective and efficient AC maintenance reporting and monitoring system is very important to ensure the smoothness and reliability of the air conditioning system. The aim of this research is to analyze the current AC maintenance reporting and monitoring system at PT PPA Site SKS. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this research are observation and document study. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis using the grounded theory method. The research results show that the optimization of the reporting and monitoring system for AC maintenance repoers at PT PPA Site SKS is carried out by creating inspection and maintenance schedules periodically, creating AC Number Lists and QR codes on AC units to make it easier for the PIC to input maintenance reports, accessing the AppSheet on the device each PIC is related to AC inspection and maintenance reporting, and can monitor previous maintenance history reports, appoint an Electrical Team PIC related to AC maintenance and maintenance reporting, as well as carry out socialization and coaching to the appointed PIC Admin regarding AC maintenance and maintenance reporting mechanisms via Appsheet. After being evaluated, this effort shows that AC maintenance and upkeep can be monitored 100%, and reporting is more effective (does not require admin input in every AC maintenance and maintenance report).

This study uses a quantitative approach with the sample technique used is Cluster Random Sampling This technique is taken with the argument that this research was conducted in several areas, namely, the tourism area of MSMEs street food vendors, then the building owner sells drinks or other products that are not similar. There were 175 MSMEs that became the object of research using the SEM AMOS analysis tool. Empirical evidence proves that Reciprocal pricing is able to encourage the improvement of MSME performance. Implement a marketing strategy strategy that focuses on building and maintaining marketing relationships between one business unit and another for the long term with the aim of providing different value to customers from competitors. The novelty of this research is Reciprocal Pricing, which is the concept of reciprocal pricing by two or more business units that provide mutual benefits to the agreed price, this variable is thought to improve performance. The implication is that efforts to improve the performance of MSMEs need to use the concept of Reciprocal Pricing in this research which is proven to encourage the improvement of MSME performance. The implementation of reciprocal pricing in improving the performance of MSMEs in tourism areas is proven to increase the number of consumers.

The research was carried out in Gari Village, Gunung Kidul Regency. Data was collected through direct observation to measure plant height, observe the growth of vegetation in Pasar Ekologis Argo Wijil, and interview structures with traders and visitors. Pasar Ekologis Argo Wijil contains several plant species, including Terminalia mantaly, Pterocarpus indicus, Syzygium Mytifolium, and Tamarindus indica. Plant growth can be beneficial in pasar ekologis as it helps to reduce air pollution, ensuring safe activities can take place. The success of the reclamation of ex-mining limestone cannot be separated from the participation of the people of Gari Village. The community of Pasar Ekologis Argo Wijil has taken the initiative to increase green open spaces and promote vegetation growth by planting and replenishing more plants. The management of the pasar ekologis is enriched by the combination of traditional market culture and ecological concepts. Pasar ekologis was originally planned for Sunday mornings only. Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is caused by the dengue virus transmitted through the Aedes aegypti mosquito. DHF remains a health problem in Indonesia. Based on data from the Ministry of Health, there were 184 cases of the disease in 2022, an increase of 94.8% compared to 2021, which had 73,518 cases. According to the Central Statistics Agency of South Sumatra Province, the number of DHF cases in South Sumatra was 2,854 cases, with the highest number in the city of Palembang at 908 cases. This condition requires serious attention. The aim of this study is to analyze the potential transmission of DHF based on entomological evidence in the Sukarami district of Palembang. The method used in the research is a cross-sectional study conducted in December 2023, involving 92 households in the Sukarami sub-district, with a total of 552 containers. The survey results of larval identification under a microscope showed a Larval Free Index of 45.7%, a Container Index of Aedes aegypti larvae of 56.0%, a house index of 73.9%, and a Breteau index of 152.2%. The results of entomological indices indicate a high density of DHF vector mosquitoes Aedes aegypti, which means that this area has a high risk of DHF transmission, thus requiring the control of Aedes aegypti larvae and the eradication of DHF. breeding sites for the vector.

Abstract

Fire incidents are something that every company must be aware of, because they can cause material and non-material losses. To deal with fires, a fire prevention and control system is needed. This system emphasizes preparation to prevent fires and can handle fires. However, the existence of a fire prevention and control system does not guarantee that a fire will not occur unless the fire prevention and control system is implemented well. Fire prevention program from PT PPA is a very important program to maintain the security, safety and successful operation of company facilities. Companies in the fuel storage area. The PPA preventive fire system is a digitalization program for detecting early indication of a series of fires. In principle, the PPA preventive fire system takes temperature readings in the fuel storage area which can then provide notifications or alerts to stakeholders in the fuel storage area using a certain algorithm so that they can provide messages via SMS (Short Message Service), WhatsApp Message and E-Mail. . Implementation of this system is an important step in mining work areas as the first preventive measure in the event of a fire.
