Abstract

This study focuses on the development and feasibility testing of contextual-based visual pop-up book media for teaching science, specifically the animal life cycle material, in grade IV at SDN Dukuh 08 Pagi. The pop-up book media is designed to address the lack of student understanding of the material delivered through conventional teaching methods. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Validation results from media experts show a feasibility percentage of 99%, and validation from subject matter experts shows a percentage of 98%. The implementation of this media in both small and large groups indicates that the pop-up book is highly suitable for use in teaching, with positive responses from students. This media is expected to enhance student creativity and motivation, as well as contribute to the development of more engaging and effective learning media.

Abstract

This study focuses on the examination of the isnad (chain of transmission) of hadith as a fundamental source and the second authority in determining Islamic law. Unlike the Qur'an, the authenticity of hadith, especially legal hadiths, remains a subject of extensive debate among hadith scholars, both Muslim thinkers and orientalists. Goldziher and Schacht are the primary pioneers in the critique of isnad studies. While Goldziher centered his research on hadith studies in general, Schacht focused specifically on the isnad of legal hadiths. This study's findings demonstrate that the 'conclusions' of Goldziher and Schacht are incorrect. Both scholars concluded that the isnad method only emerged in the second half of the second century Hijri. In reality, the isnad method existed much earlier than what Goldziher and Schacht had concluded. The second finding of this study indicates that the isnad of hadith significantly influences the determination of Islamic law among jurists (fuqaha’).

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) enhances an individual's perception of reality by adding digital elements to the physical world. Augmented Reality Marketing (ARM) occurs when AR is used to support branding or sales. This research aims to bridge the gap in the literature regarding ARM, particularly in the context of High Involvement Products (HIP). Through interviews and observations, this study highlights consumer views on ARM in the context of HIP. The results show that consumers see ARM as a valuable tool that provides informative and emotional benefits, increasing their interest in purchasing HIP. However, ARM is not seen as a replacement for other sources of information but rather as a complement. Despite being perceived as time-consuming and difficult to use, ARM has great potential as a standard practice in the future. Consumers find ARM especially useful when product design is a primary focus in the purchase decision. Therefore, the application of ARM may not be essential for all companies, as its main advantage lies in its ability to visualize products in real-life situations before purchase.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an optimal delivery model for precast elements in the Board Mill construction project in Pelalawan Regency, Riau, which includes 7,412 precast elements. Using an engineer-to-order manufacturing system and flowshop production, simulations were conducted to evaluate delivery variables and their impact on duration and cost. Data from the simulations were analyzed using linear regression to determine the most optimal delivery model, with the significance of independent variables tested using a P-value threshold of ≤ 0.15. The simulation and calculation results show that the most optimal delivery model for delivering precast column, beam, slab, and crane beam elements is a delivery model with a 12-hour work period or with overtime. The optimal delivery condition for column elements uses 3 cranes and 9 trailers; for beam and slab elements, it uses 3 cranes and 8 trailers; and for crane beam elements, it uses 3 cranes and 7 trailers.

Abstract

The earthquake at the end of 2022 which occurred in Cugenang Cianjur, West Java, left quite a deep psychological impact on some of the people, especially marked by the emergence of symptoms of anxiety. If intervention is given too late, it will result in more severe psychological disorders. The aim of this research is to examine how much influence patience therapy has on reducing anxiety levels in earthquake victims. The patience therapy used is an approach that integrates targets into aspects biopsikososiospiritual. The research design used is experimental design in the shape of pre test-post test control group design. The population in this study were all students at the Girls' Islamic Boarding School in Cugenang Cianjur. Sampling in this research used Purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this research consisted of 12 subjects who were earthquake survivors in Cugenang Cianjur.A measuring tape used HRS-A Scale from Hamilton which consists of 14 statements which have a validity value of 0.81 and a reliability of 0.91, which includes four aspects, including physiological aspects, cognitive aspects, affective aspects and behavioral aspects. Measurement results on pre test-post test showed a reduction in anxiety levels of 53.4%. Meanwhile, statistical analysis using the independent mann whitney showed a score of 0.00 (p<0.05), which means that patience therapy was significantly effective in reducing anxiety levels in survivors of the earthquake natural disaster in Cugenang Cianjur.

Abstract

As times have evolved, there have been significant advancements in various fields, particularly in technology and industry. Rapid progress in the industrial sector has been marked by the phases of the revolution that started from Industry 1.0 to the latest Industry 5.0 which had been introduced in 2019. However not every company is ready to adapt industry 5.0 into their system and behaviors. There is still lack of matrix development to assess company maturity level in industry 5.0. In this paper, three development matrix is developed so it is easier to assess company maturity level from industry 5.0 perspective. The quantitative data is collected by giving questionnaires to several sectors. From the analysis that has been conducted, it is concluded that automotives industry it the most ready sector to adapt with industry 5.0.

Abstract

Food security is a strategic issue for densely populated areas like the Province of DKI Jakarta, which has limited agricultural land. This research aims to analyze the implementation of food security policies in DKI Jakarta, focusing on a case study of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (FSJT) as the policy implementer. The study employs a qualitative approach using literature review methods, with data collected from various written sources such as regional regulations, official reports, scientific publications, and related websites. Through content analysis and data source triangulation, this research identifies FSJT's success in maintaining food availability, improving food access, strengthening the distribution system, and supporting local farmers. However, the implementation of the policy also faces challenges such as land limitations, food price fluctuations, changing dietary patterns, and program sustainability. Supporting data shows FSJT's contribution to the reduction of the poverty rate in DKI Jakarta from 11.5% (2021) to 10.56% (2022), as well as the distribution of 1.2 million tons of rice in 2022. Surveys also noted that 82% of the public were satisfied with FSJT's performance in maintaining food availability. To enhance food security in the future, recommendations include the development of vertical farming, strengthening community food resilience, nutritional education campaigns, and diversification of food sources. Ongoing efforts through these measures are essential to ensure the effective implementation of food security policies and the sustainability of development in the Province of DKI Jakarta.

Abstract

The belief that consuming violent media will lead someone to commit violence is a longstanding societal concern. This concern manifests in the phenomenon of 'antis' within fandoms, which began to emerge around 2016. Initially driven by shipping conflicts, the issue of social justice and the increasing use of social media have allowed this phenomenon to spread easily across various fandoms worldwide. Antis' behavior can be seen as a form of moral panic in several ways: by associating pro-shippers—those who do not agree that consuming violent content will turn someone into a perpetrator or supporter of violence—with sexual offenders and pedophiles, antis use an 'us versus them' mentality to uphold their moral standards and portray themselves as the most moral group.
