Amniotic membrane is the inner most lining of the human placenta that is normally discanded after parturition. The membrane has numerous growth factors, proteins and stem cell reserves that help in accelerating wound healing with regeneration of the lost tissues. The preserved human amniotic membrane is a novel tissue engineerrined biomaterial that is recently trial in field of medicine dentistry to regenerate the lost tissues and accelerate repair. This review paper unfolds the inherent structure, properties, mechanisms and the application of this neglected tissue that makes it a potential for regeneration especially in the field of oral and periodontal surgeries. This research has been conducted to measure the difference of viabilitas fibroblast concentration between fresh amniotic and freeze – died amniotic membranes. Experimental three group test design was exployed with amniotic membrane. Amniotic membrane was divided into two parts. The first parts was without preservation amniotic, the test with BHK21 cell for control group, the second part was with reservation freeze –dried amniotic and the last experiment was with preservation fresh amniotic membrane. The result experiment are viabilitas fibroblast freeze – dried amniotic more than fresh amniotic membrane.

Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is a long-term complication of diabetes mellitus (DM). The gold standard for diagnosis of DKD is kidney biopsy, but it is difficult to perform. Several clinical conditions have found an association between higher ANGPTL4 plasma levels in DKD. Methods: A total of 87 patients with Type 2 DM were analysed using an observational analytic method with a cross-sectional design. The study subjects were divided into DKD and non DKD groups, then serum ANGPTL4 was measured using the sandwich ELISA method. Furthermore, ANGPTL index cutoff was determined. Several other variables including glycemic control, duration of DM, history of hypertension, and dyslipidemia were analysed for their association with DKD and non DKD groups. The study continued by conducting multivariate analysis with logistic regression. Results: A total of 23 (26.4%) subjects were classified as DKD and 64 (73.6%) subjects as non DKD. ANGPTL cutoff determination of 16.64 ng/mL had a sensitivity and specificity of 87% and 51.6%, respectively. Bivariate analysis showed glycaemic control, duration of DM, and serum ANGPTL4 (p=0.044; p=0.009; p=0.014) were associated with the incidence of DKD. Multivariate analysis showed that serum ANGPTL4 with a cutoff of >16.64 ng/mL could be used as an independent predictor of DKD incidence with an adjusted OR of 6.73 (95%CI= 1.79-25.30; p=0.005). Conclusion: serum ANGPTL4 is an independent predictor of DKD. Suggestion: Urine sampling for UACR examination twice, periodic examination of serum ANGPTL4 levels to assess the progressiveness of DKD.

The tax audit scheme requires the WP Agency to present financial information through accounting bookkeeping. This study aims to examine DGT's strategy, one of which is tax audits in encouraging the improvement of corporate governance in accounting, considering the output of accounting, namely the company's financial statements as the basis for WP Badan to calculate the amount of tax payable in implementing the Self Assessment System (SAS) in Indonesia. This research raises prospect theory as a reference for thinking in order to interpret the behavior of WP Badan in complying with national tax policies in terms of corporate governance in the preparation and presentation of fiscal financial statements as the basis for calculating taxes deposited to the State. The methodology used is a literature study through primary and secondary data with content analysis as a data analysis technique. Research findings show that concerns that WP Badan will be subject to administrative sanctions as well as criminal sanctions due to audits will encourage WP Badan to carry out procedures in making accounting books and presenting fiscal financial statements appropriately.
