Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research purpose to determine: 1) Description of individual ability, organizational support and employee work competence at PT Bank X Malang, 2) The effect of individual ability and organizational support to employee work competence at PT Bank X Malang, 3) The effect of organizational support to employee work competence at PT Bank X Malang, 4) The effect of individual ability to employee work competence at PT Bank X Malang.The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach and conducted at PT Bank X Malang with total population 40 employees. Data collection technique used questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Data analysis technique used is validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, hypothesis F, hypothesis t, and coefficient of determination.The result of this research indicate that: 1) individual ability and organizational support does a significant effect to employee work competence at PT Bank X Malang, 2) Individual ability does a significant effect to employee work competence at PT Bank X Malang, 3) Organizational support does not a significant effect to employee work competence at PT Bank X Malang. Keywords : employee work competence, organizational support, individual ability

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the differences in stock returns on Monday to Friday, the Monday effect and the Weekend effect on stock trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period August 2018-July 2019. Creative economy companies fashion subsector listed on the Exchange The Indonesian Effect (IDX) is the population used in this study. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method of 14 selected companies in accordance with predetermined criteria. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. Data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive statistical tests, normality tests and different tests (one sample t-test) for hypothesis testing. The results of this study are (1) there is no difference in stock returns on Monday to Friday on stock trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2) there is no Monday effect phenomenon on stock trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and (3) No Weekend effect occurs on trading shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Return, Monday effect, Weekend effect

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of good corporate governance proxied by the board of commissioners on company value, financial performance that is proxied by ROE and leverage proxied by DER. This survey is a kind of quantitative survey. The population included in this study is state-owned enterprises listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during this period 2016-2018. The samples were selected using purposeful sampling. The results showed that good corporate governance Financial performance has a positive and not significant effect on firm value. While leverage has a significant positive effect on firm value.Keywords: Financial Performance, Good Corporate Governance, Leverage and Company Value.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality partially on customer satisfaction Kober Mie Setan Malang. To determine the effect of product quality and service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction Kober Mie Setan Malang. The population of this study is Kober Mie Malang customers, amounting to 5,600 while the sample in this study amounted to 98 consumers. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that the effect of product quality and service quality partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction Kober Mie Setan Malang. the influence of product quality and service quality significantly influence customer satisfaction Kober Mie Setan Malang. Keywords: product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis type of research uses explanatory research (quantitative research) through a quantitative approach. The location of the study was conducted at the Lumajang Regional Disaster Management Agency located at Jalan Hasanudin No. 4, Tompokersan, Lumajang, Rogotrunan, Jogotrunan, Kec. Lumajang, Lumajang Regency, East Java 67311, Indonesia. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires distributed to all employees who work at the Lumajang Regional Disaster Management Agency. The study population was 63 employees of the Lumajang Regional Disaster Management Agency. The determination of the sample in this study uses a saturated sampling technique. The saturation sampling technique is a sampling technique that makes all members of the population sampled. The results of this study indicate that the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation doesn’t significantly influence employee performance, work discipline affects employee performance.Keyword: Employee Performance, Quality of Work Life, Motivation, Work Discipline

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect  of non performing loan (NPL), liquidity, profitability, and operational efficiency on the capital adequacy ratio of case studies on banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2019. In this study, there are 4 (four) independent variables used to measure the capital adequacy ratio, namely non performing loans (NPL), liquidity is calculated using  loan to deposit ratio (LDR), profitability which is calculated using return on assets (ROA) and operational efficiency which is calculated using operating expenses to operating income (BOPO). The dependent variable in this study is the capital adequacy ratio calculated using the capital adequacy ratio (CAR). The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period with a total of 44 banking companies and the sample in this study was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of sample members based on certain criteria and obtained a sample of 28 banking companies. The data collection method used is the documentation method by recording or documenting data listed in the annual report on (IDX). The data analysis technique used in this study is panel data regression. From this study, it resulted that the non-performing loans (NPL) had a negative and not significant effect on the capital adequacy ratio. Liquidity and profitability have a positive and not significant effect on the capital adequacy ratio.     AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of perceived price, customer value and service quality simultaneously on customer satisfaction between Pelangi Travel Between Nusa Malang. To find out and analyze the effect of price perception on customer satisfaction on Pelangi Antar Nusa Malang Travel. To find out and analyze the influence of customer value on customer satisfaction at Pelangi Travel between Nusa Nusa Malang. To find out and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction in Pelangi Travel between Nusa Nusa Malang.This type of research uses Explanatori Reaserch. This research was conducted at Pelangi Travel, which is located at Jalan Sawahan No. 03, Turen Regency, Malang Regency. The population in this study is Malang City Pelangi Travel Services customers obtained from one month and an average of 450 customers every month.The results of this study indicate that Price Perception, Customer Value, Service Quality simultaneously has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords : Perception Price, Customer Value And Service Quality

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe phenomenon that occurs at this time work motivation, work environment and wages become the main topics in the world of work because it is able to make a major contribution to the performance and even employee productivity so as to minimize existing unemployment. This research was conducted at the Shuttlecock Industrial Center in Sumengko Village, Sukomoro Subdistrict, Nganjuk Regency with the aim of analyzing the influence of work motivation, work environment and wages on employee productivity partially or simultaneously, the variables used were work motivation, work environment and wages as independent variables, while productivity employee work as the dependent variable. The sample used was employees in each place of work at the Shuttlecock Industrial Center in Sumengko Village, Sukomoro Subdistrict, Nganjuk District, with 60 respondents using a survey method. The method used is a questionnaire. The analytical tool used is test instrument, classic assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination test with the help of SPSS 14.0 software. The results showed that Work Motivation (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Wages (X3) had a joint (simultaneous) effect on Employee Productivity (Y) at the Shuttlecock Industrial Center in Sumengko Village, Sukomoro District, Nganjuk Regency. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Wages And Employee Productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), and Leverage proxied by Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) on financial performance which is proxied by Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Sales (ROS) in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2018. The population in this study amounted to 48 Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling with criteria. Obtained a sample of 35 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, the classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing using the t test for partial and F tests for simultaneous testing. The results of this study indicate that partially the influence of CSR on financial performance that is proxied by NPM does not have a significant effect but partially significant effect on ROS. Profitability that is proxied by ROA partially has a significant effect on financial performance that is proxied by NPM but does not significantly influence ROS. Leverage proxied by DAR has a significant effect on financial performance proxied by NPM but does not significantly influence ROS, whereas partially DER has no significant effect on financial performance proxied by NPM and ROS. Simultaneously CSR, ROA, DAR, DER significantly influence financial performance which is proxied by NPM and ROS.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability, Leverage, Return On Sales.
