Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of company age, auditor reputation, underwriter reputation and percentage of shares offering on underpricing in companies that conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2019. The method of analysis that used in this research was descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was 148 companies that conducted an Initial Public Offering (IPO) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2017-2019. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling technique, so that 50 companies were obtained that matched the sample selection criteria. The results of this study indicate (1) Company age, auditor reputation, underwriter reputation and percentage of shares offering has a significant effect on underpricing (2) Company age has a negative and significant effect on underpricing (3) Auditor reputation has a negative and insignificant effect on underpricing (4) Underwriter reputation has a negative and significant effect on underpricing (5) Percentage of shares offering has a positive and insignificant effect on underpricing.Keywords: Company Age, Auditor Reputation, Underwriter Reputation, Percentage of Shares Offering, Underpricing

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of consumer dissatisfactio, the need of variety seeking and word of mouth on the decision to switch brands on the Implora to Wardah lipstick brand. The population in thi study were FEB UNISMA 2017 students. The sample selection is female students who have used Implora and Wardah Lipsticks. In this study using the technique purposive sampling. The number of sample used were 70 FEB UNISMA 2017 students. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple liniear regression analysis using quantitative methods.The results of this study indicate that (1) Consumer dissatisfaction, need to variety seeking and word of mouth simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on brand switching decisions (2) Consumer dissatisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on brand switching decisions (3) the need to variety seeking partially does not have a significant effect on brand switching decisions (4) word of mouth partially has a positivie and significant affect on brand switching decisions. Keyword : Consumer dissatisfaction, need to variety seeking, word of mouth and brand swutching decision.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine: 1. To determine the simultaneous influence of leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance at MA Al Ma'arif Singosari. 2. To determine the partial effect of leadership style and work motivation on teacher performance at MA Al Ma'arif SingosariThe method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach and conducted by MA Al Ma'arif Singosari with a population of 51 teachers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with measurements using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis F test, hypothesis t test and coefficient of determination test.The results of this study indicate that: 1. The results of the study prove that simultaneously leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance at MA Al Ma'arif Singosari. 2. The results of the study prove that partially leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance at MA Al Ma'arif Singosari. Keywords: leadership style, motivation and performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of viral marketing, online marketing, and lifestyle on buying decisions. The independent variables in this study are viral marketing, online marketing, and lifestyle. While the dependent variable is the buying decision. This type of research is quantitative research, because the primary data with data collection methods is in the form of a questionnaire via google form. The population in this study were customers from FEB UNISMA students batch 2017 who had bought Converse shoes. The data collection technique was carried out using Lemeshow's theoretical technique. Based on this method the number of samples used is 96 respondents. The hypothesis was tested using descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that viral marketing variables affect buying decisions, online marketing variables affect buying decisions, and lifestyle influences buying decisions. Keywords: Viral Marketing, Online Marketing, Lifestyle, Buying Decision

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Profitability and Liquidity on Firm Value in LQ45 Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population of this study is LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The sample used is 11 samples that meet the criteria in the research subject from 2017 to 2019. The analysis method used is multiple regression equation, normality test, classical assumption test., descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. The results show that Good Corporate Governance, Profitability and Liquidity to Firm Value simultaneously affect the LQ45 Firm Value listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019.Keywords : , Profitabilitas , dan Likuiditas..

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to know the impact of the bank's health level with the risk based bank rating ( RBBR) on financial performance at the public bank listed on the IDX for the period 2017-2019. The data source in this study used the company's annual report which was downloaded through the website of the Indonesian stock exchange and the company. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that non-performing loan (NPL) and net interest margin (NIM) have a significant effect on financial performance, while loan to deposit ratio (LDR), good corporate governance (GCG) and capital adequacy ratio (CAR) have no significant effect on financial performance. Keywords: Bank Health, Risk Based Bank Rating, Financial Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between profitability, asset structure, business risk and debt service capacity to the company's capital structure. This type of research is explanatory research. The data used is secondary data obtained by documentation techniques, namely by searching and collecting financial report data obtained from the website. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period with a total of 39 companies. While the sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling technique in order to obtain 21 sample companies. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression method.The results of this analysis indicate that profitability has no significant negative effect on the company's capital structure. Asset structure has no significant negative effect on the company's capital structure. Business risk has no significant negative effect on the company's capital structure. Debt service capacity has no significant positive effect on the company's capital structure. Meanwhile, profitability, asset structure, business risk and debt service capacity simultaneously have a significant effect on the company's capital structure. Keywords: Profitability, Asset Structure, Business Risk, Debt Service Capacity and Capital Structure.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of service quality and the environment on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Petong Cafe & Art House. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The research method used is path analysis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the sample was obtained by 64 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially all variables have a significant and positive effect. While the results of the intervening test showed that customer satisfaction was able to mediate the relationship between service quality and the environment on customer loyalty Petong Cafe & Art House. The interesting thing from this research can be seen from the answers of the highest respondents, namely the product menu presented by Petong Cafe & Art House in accordance with consumer expectations and the products and services give a positive impression to customers. Keywords: Service Quality, Environment, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of carrying out research is to analyze the effect of job characteristics, organizational characteristics and individual characteristics on employee performance at the MR.M4T restaurant. The population in this study were 37 employees of the MR.M4T restaurant. With a saturated sampling technique, all members of the population were sampled. Using multiple linear regression analysis, and the results of the study show the effect of job characteristics, organizational characteristics, and individual characteristics has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Abstract The economic reduction in Indonesian is marked by the weakening of stock index related to the COVID-19 pandemic, because investors are afraid to transact. This study intended to find the effect of the BI Rate, Exchange Rate, and Inflation on the Sharia Stock Index listed at JII during COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research with time series data. The population in this study is the index of companies that are included in the Islamic stock JII. The sample in this study is monthly data of the JII sharia stock index in January - December 2020. This study used secondary data with the technique of taking documentation methods, from the process of collecting, recording, and reviewing secondary data. The test results of multiple linear regression analysis show (1) simultaneously BI Rate, Exchange Rate, and Inflation affect the Sharia Stock Index at JII; (2)  partially BI Rate and Inflation have no effect on the Sharia Stock Index at JII, while the Exchange Rate has a negative effect on the Sharia Stock Index at JII. Keywords: BI Rate, Exchange Rate, Inflation, Sharia Stock Index, Jakarta Islamic Index.
