Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to see how brand image, product quality, pricing perception, promotion, and the halal label affect Ms Glow's customer happiness in Malang, Indonesia. This study is an example of explanatory research using a quantitative approach to investigate the relationship between variables. The participants in this study were Malang-based female Ms Glow product customers between the ages of 18 and 25. A sample will be determined from this population using Malhotra's formula approach, yielding a sample of 95 samples. Instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination tests were used in this study's data analysis. The results demonstrated that there was a simultaneous influence between the factors of brand image, product quality, price perception, promotion, and halal label on Ms Glow's customer satisfaction in the age range of 18-25 years in Malang City, based on the results of the t-test and f-test. The variables brand image (X1), product quality (X2), pricing perception (X3), promotion (X4), and halal label (X5) can explain 78.1 percent of the dependent variable, namely consumer satisfaction, whereas other variables outside the study model can explain 21.9 percent. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Brand Image, Product Quality, Price Perception, Promotion, Halal Label

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of WFH (Work From Home), Job Design, and Workload on Work Stress in Teachers of SMA Negeri 6 Malang. The The sample used in this study consisted of 62 teachers. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The tests for the data used are the simultaneous hypothesis test (f) and the partial hypothesis test (t). The results also showed that the independent variable had a significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on partial test results WFH (Work From Home) variable has a positive and significant effect on work stress, job design has a negative and insignificant effect on work stress, workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Keywords: WFH (Work From Home), Job Design, Workload, and Work Stress

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, funding decisions and debt policies on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2019 (Case study of manufacturing companies in the real estate & construction and financial property sectors). This sampling method was purposive sampling and obtained 49 samples that met the criteria from 170 companies that were observed. Technical analysis of this research data is descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the influence of institutional ownership structure as measured by the number of shares of institutional parties divided by total outstanding shares, funding decisions are measured by LDR (Long Term To Debt Ratio) and debt policy is measured by DER (Debt To Equity Ratio) shows that there is no significant effect on firm value as measured by PBV (Price Book Value). Keywords : Institutional Ownership, Funding Decisions, Debt Policies

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether the effect of training, work discipline and employee work environment partially and simultaneously has an effect on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Kappa Carrageenan Nusantara Pasuruan with a population and sample of 97 employees. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data analysis method in this study used statistical analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that training, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously had an effect on employee performance, while partially training, work discipline, and work environment had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Kappa Carrageenan Nusantara Pasuruan. Contributions in this study can be an evaluation for interested parties in the company PT KCP Pasuruan should pay attention to the factors in this study for the creation of better employee performance.Keywords: Training, Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This aims of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership styles and organizational culture on employee performance CV. Mulia Abadi Pasuruan City. The type of analysis used is explanatory research and using quantitative methods. Collecting data using questionnaires from population with 45 employees, the sample used is as many as 45 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The result of the study showed that:(1) the transformational leadership style and organization culture has a simultaneous significant effect on the employee performance CV. Abstract

Abstract The growth of the e-commerce business that is getting bigger and faster in Indonesia has caused many other e-commerce to appear and offer various advantages and conveniences as well as lead to increasingly fierce competition between major e-commerce companies in Indonesia in fighting for first place in various aspects. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Flash Sale Discounts, Ratings and Free Shipping on purchasing decisions on the Shopee Marketplace. This type of research is quantitative with multiple linear regression data analysis. The results showed that Flash Sale Discounts, Ratings, Free Shipping had a significant effect on Shopee Marketplace Purchase Decisions, Flash Sale Discounts had a significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Ratings had a significant negative effect on Purchase Decisions and Free Shipping had a significant negative effect on Purchase Decisions. Keywords: Flash Sale Discount, Rating, Free Shipping, Buying Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Peer Environment, Viral Marketing and Online Customer Reviews on Impulse buying behavior online at Shopee. The population in this study is the 2018 batch of students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang who have purchased products at Shopee. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a total sample of 100 respondents. The independent variables in this study are Peer Environment, Viral Marketing and Online Customer Reviews and the dependent variable is the Impulsive Purchase Decision. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study simultaneously show that Peer Environment, Viral Marketing and Online Customer Reviews have a positive and significant effect on Impulse buying behavior. Partially, Peer Environment and Online Customer Reviews have a significant effect on Impulsive Purchase Decisions, while Viral Marketing has no effect on Impulse buying behavior. Keywords: Peer Environment, Viral Marketing, Online Customer Reviews, Impulsive Buying Behavior.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and work conflict on turnover intention simultaneously and partially in CV. Karya Surya Sejati.This study uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaire. The population in this study were employees at CV. Karya Surya Sejati. The sampling technique used the census method. Example consisting of 54 respondents with questionnaire collection technology. That The data analysis method used in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and work conflict have a significant impact on turnover intention. research results can provide input to employees CV. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, and Perceived Quality on Loyalty to Shopeefood users at FEB Unisma majoring in Management in the class of 2017. The variables used in this study are Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, and Loyalty variables. Data collected through the questionnaire method with the number of samples used as respondents as many as 60 respondents. The results of this study conclude that there is a significant and simultaneous influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality on Loyalty to Shopeefood users at FEB Unisma majoring in Management Force 2017. Brand Awareness has a significant and partial effect on Loyalty to Shopeefood users at FEB Unisma majoring in Force Management. 2017. Brand Association has a significant and partial effect on Loyalty to Shopeefood users at FEB Unisma majoring in Management Class 2017. Abstract

Abstract Strategy for Increasing the Income of Pond Shrimp Farmers in the village of kepuh legundi Shrimp pond cultivation, especially the Vaname type, is classified as a type of shrimp that has good business prospects to be developed, besides the potential for developing Vaname shrimp, it also has the potential as a shrimp export commodity that is able to provide foreign exchange from fishery products. Because vaname shrimp is a type of shrimp that has the ability to adapt to a low temperature environment.Even the cultivation of vaname shrimp using only a tarpaulin pond is a very good business to use as a cultivation business whose profit value is fantastic. Therefore, with this consideration, this is the reason for researchers to conduct research by taking the title Strategy for Increasing Pond Shrimp Farmers in Kepuh Legundi Village. This study aims to explain the most appropriate strategy that can be used by the company through analyzing the strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats faced by the Vaname Shrimp Farm CV.Arkhaq Putra in Gresik Regency, East Java Province.The results of Vaname pond shrimp cultivation, the results obtained from the harvest are Rp. 2,500,000, - Fixed costs are Rp. 28,000,000, - variable costs are Rp.1,159,870 -Total cost Rp.1,187,870,000,- Income Rp. 1.312.130.000, And through a SWOT analysis, the results of this study can be said: That from the results of IFAS and EFAS, the strength of the CV. Arkhaq Putra's strengths are 19.94 while weaknesses are 5.7 so the cells (quadrant) internal factors are 19.94 – 5.7 = 14.24 while the opportunities for this strategy are 17.08 with a threat of 10 being external cells (quadrants). factor, namely 17.08 – 10 = 7.08 which is in Cell (quadrant) 1 on the SWOT analysis diagram. In this effort, it shows that the marketing strategy is an aggressive strategy by using all strengths to take advantage of opportunities. This strategy is proven based on existing efforts, namely by using all strengths in taking advantage of opportunities. This strategy is a profitable strategy because the business has the opportunity and strength in advancing CV Shrimp Farms. Arkhak Putra.
