Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Methods of data analysis in this study using quantitative methods with data processing techniques using multiple regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires. Questionnaires distributed to employees of production at PT. GatraMapanNgijokarangploso. Measurements are made with Likert scaled one to five. The results showed no significant effect between motivation on employee performance and also found a significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze and understand the influence of Brand Image on Brand Loyalty with Brand Trust as an intervening variable for Super Geprek customers in Malang. The population in this study were customers who had purchased Super Geprek products more than three times at Super Geprek Jalan MT Haryono No.192 Dinoyo-Malang. This research is a type of descriptive research using a quantitative approach and also uses questionnaire research instruments. The research method used is path analysis. The sample in this study was taken using the Slovin formula with accidental sampling technique which is a sampling technique based on chance. A sample of 100 respondents in a population of 3600 consumers was obtained. The results showed that brand image (X1) can influence brand loyalty (Y1) with a value (Sig 0.00), brand loyalty (Y2) can affect brand trust (Y2) with a value (Sig 0,000), brand image (X) has an effect towards brand trust (Y2) with a value (Sig 0.00).Keyword: Brand Image, Brand Loyalty, Brand Trust, Path test, Sobel test.

Abstract

Abstract The Real Estate and Property sector is perhaps the main area for the monetary development of the Indonesian State. Creating assets with various comfortable structures with the aim that it can also influence Indonesia's financial development. The population of this study is Real Estate and Property Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2020. The method used in this test is purposive sampling, which depends on qualification. The scientific tool used is multiple linear regression. Test indicate that the DPS variable has a large and positive impact on stock prices in real estate and property companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The ROE variable has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices in real estate and property companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The NPM variable has a negative and insignificant impact on stock prices in real estate and property companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The return on investment  capital variable has a negative and insignificant impact on stock prices in real estate and property companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The ROA variable has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices in real estate and property companies at the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Keywords: Stock Exchange, Deviden Per Share, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, Return On Investment, dan Return On Assets.

Abstract

AbstractFinancial aspect is a measure of a company's success in its performance and one of the aspects that influences the company's survival. Companies that have healthy financial performance will be known from how the company's ability to obtain profits through profitability ratios. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of working capital management, company age, company size, and sales growth on profitability of companies listed on the IDX. The data collection method used in this study is documentation. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. the method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression. This study uses data from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 and samples were taken using purposive sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 10 companies. The results of this study are the Working Capital Management and Age of the company affect the profitability, and the variable size of the company and growth does not affect the profitability. Keywords: Working Capital Management, Company Age, Company Size, Profitability.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and leverage on firm value in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage industry sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The sample used in this study were 14 companies using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the Eviews10 application as a tool. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a negative effect on firm value, liquidity has a negative effect on firm value, and leverage has a positive effect on firm value. Keywords : Capital Structure, Firm Value, Leverage, Liquidity

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of shareholding structure, external factors and internal factors on leverage and the impact on company value on mining companies listed on the stock exchange for the period 2016-2018.  The purpose of taking case studies on mining companies in this study is because in the current era globalization mining companies are one of the drivers of economic development of a country, so reserchers conduct research whether there is an influence between the structure of share ownership, external factors and internal factors as independent variables and then leverage and company velue as the dependent variable. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The location in this study is a mining company listed on the indonesia stock exchange in the period 2016-2018. In this study the authors took a sampel using purposive sampling technique. In this study the population taken was 45 mining companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange for the period 2016-2018 and obtained a sampel of 27 companies so that the research data was 81 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple regression and direct and indirect influences.                              The results in this study case study on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period can be concluded, namely: variable ownership structure (X1), external factors (X2), internal factors (X3) does not have a significant effect on the leverage  variabel. While the structure of share ownership (X1), external factors (X2) does not have a significant effect on the firm value variabel and internal factors (X3) has a significant effect on the firm value variabel, then leverage variable (Y1) has a significant effect on the firm value variabelmemiliki ( Y2). Keyword: Stock Ownership Structure, External Factors, Internal Factors, Leverage, Company Value.

Abstract

 Abstrack The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price, service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction. Primary data collection using questionnaires and secondary data collection using a survey of consumers who visit PT. Abadi Literacy Group recorded 71 consumers as a population. using purposive sampling technique with criteria.The results in this study indicate that there is a partial effect of price on customer satisfaction, service quality partially affects customer satisfaction, product quality partially affects customer satisfaction Keywords: Price, Service Quality, Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity and company size on manufacturing companies in the 2016-2018 period. This Type of research is Explanatory Research. Explanatory Research is an investigation that is intended to explain the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study using independent variables (return on investmen (ROI), current ratio (CR), firm size and the dependent variable dividend payout ratio (DPR). The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis, t test. The population in this study is manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector, while the sample used is 47 companies in the consumer goods industry sector. This manufacturing company data is used to determine whether each variable influences the dividend policy. Data were analyzed descrptively quantitatively. The results obtained from this study are (1) Return On Investmen (ROI) negative effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). (2) Current Ratio (CR) negative effect on Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Influencer Marketing, Brand Image, Product Design, Product Quality on Purchase Intention during the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study on Brand Erigo in Malang City). This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The data collection method in this study was carried out by distributing online questionnaires with a Likert scale given to respondents who intend to buy products from the Erigo brand. The sample used in this study were 90 respondents. Research data were analyzed using IBM SPSS software. The results of this study found that the variables of influencer marketing, brand image, product design, product quality have a simultaneous effect on purchase intention. The results of this study also found that the influencer marketing variable had no effect of 0.540 on purchase intention. The brand image variable was found to have an effect of 0.019 on purchase intention. The product design variable was found to have an effect of 0.005 on purchase intention. The product quality variable was found to have no effect of 0.054 on purchase intention. Based on the results of this analysis, the Erigo brand should use influencer marketing with a positive and strong appeal and select prospective influencer marketing who have credibility that can represent the product. Second, the Erigo brand is expected to improve the quality of Erigo products in terms of materials. Third, the Erigo brand is expected to always try to maintain and improve the company's brand image for its products and is expected to continue to innovate in product design so as to increase the purchasing value of consumers to buy Erigo products, because design is one of the important tools to face the rapid market competition in the business world. Keyword: influencer marketing, brand image, product design, product quality, purchase intention.

Abstract

Abstract The studied aiming to be determining serviced qualitied, producted qualitied and promotional mixing on purchased decisioning for Jasa Pengiriman DPA Express Sumenep products, Malang College. Goods quality can attract customer's special interest. In order to face the competition, a company implements a marketing strategy for the goods produced. In a position to try to increase competition for similar goods and the behavior of customers who prefer new variants of goods issued by competitor issuers for satisfaction, more benefits & curiosity (Purwita, 2019). The company must also show that product quality must be in Barangsi because as well as growing the reputation quality of the issuer, it will increase so that the issuer gets a good reputation in the eyes of customers. On the other hand, customers will always remember by definition the quality of the goods is good, even customers will decide to buy the same goods again. In deciding a transaction, one of the factors that will be reviewed by the customer is price. Award Determination Strategy is a fundamental function that must be carried out by a company in responding to the market. Awards are also by definition one of the points taken into consideration by customers in determining transaction policies on goods (Kotler, 2005:18). Where the award is the amount of money that the customer must give fish in order to obtain or use an item or service. In addition, awards will be an important consideration for customers in deciding their transactions, customers will compare the goods awards of their choice, then whether such awards are appropriate or not with the value of the goods and the amount of money that must be spent, so of course, customers choose other customer awards (awards). Keywords: Purchase Decision, Service Quality, Product Quality, Promotional mix
