Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the impact of brand image, brand love and brand trust on purchasing decisions for Adidas shoes. Using multiple linear regression methods, this research focuses on explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research sample of 85 consumers was taken using the Malhotra formula. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 25 software, including validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and R2 coefficient of determination test. The research results show that overall, brand image, brand love and brand trust have a simultaneous or partial influence on consumer purchasing decisions for Adidas shoes. Keywords: Brand Image, Brand Love, Brand Trust, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The research aims to analyze the influence of Viral Marketing, Product Quality, and Brand Experience on Glad2Glow Product Purchasing Decisions among FEB Management students at the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020. This research uses quantitative methods with a total of 84 students as respondents. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The questionnaire consists of three variables, namely Viral Marketing, Product Quality and Brand Experience. Data analysis using SPSS, research results show that 1) Viral Marketing has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, 2) product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, 3) brand experience has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Viral Marketing, Product Quality, Brand Experience

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to see the effect of Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Book Value (PBV) on the Stock Price of Coal Mining Companies in Indonesia. Value (PBV) on the Share Price of Coal Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2022. Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2022. Population in research This study is a coal production mining company with a total sample of 12 companies, using non-probability sampling techniques. companies, using non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling methods. and purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing used for analysis methods using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) software. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial mindset, entrepreneurship education, and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial interest in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sample used in this study was 87 active students from the Faculty of Economics and Business class of 2020 who had taken advanced entrepreneurship courses. The data analysis method used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis. Data testing used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the variables of Entrepreneurial Mindset, Entrepreneurship Education, and Entrepreneurial Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest and based on the results of partial testing, the Entrepreneurial Mindset variable had a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, the Entrepreneurship Education variable had a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, and Entrepreneurial Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Mindset, Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstract

Abstract Finding out how capital structure and dividend policy affect a company's value is the main objective of this research. The research covers the years 2019–2021, and it focuses on consumer products businesses that are listed on the BEI in Indonesia. The Purposive Sampling method was used to select the sample. Multiple linear regression forms the basis of the procedure, which uses a t-test to assess hypotheses. The research concluded that capital structure (DER) and dividend policy (DPR) do not significantly affect company value. Keywords: Dividend Policy, Capital Structure and Company Value.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of training and motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the People's Welfare Section of the Regional Secretariat of Malang Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through distributing questionnaires to 31 respondents who are employees in the section. The results showed that training and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. In addition, job satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between training and motivation with employee performance. Good training and high motivation increase job satisfaction, which in turn has an impact on improving employee performance. This research is expected to make a practical contribution to organizations in formulating strategies to improve employee performance through effective training and providing the right motivation. Theoretically, this research also adds insight into the relationship between training, motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Keywords: Training, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract Consumer behavior is the behavior that consumers display in searching for, purchasing, using, evaluating, and disposing of products and services that they hope will satisfy their needs. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the marketing mix and brand image on purchasing decisions which have an impact on consumer satisfaction. The sample was 100 consumers who bought Eiger brand products at the Eiger Pare-Kediri Outlet. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, namely a technique for sampling data sources with certain considerations. The sample consideration in this research is consumers who have purchased Eiger brand products at the Eiger Pare-Kediri Outlet more than once. The test equipment in this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: (1) the marketing mix has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Purchasing decisions have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Keywords: marketing mix, brand image, purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of perceived quality, perceived price, and social media marketing on purchase intention at Sounds of Downtown Music Festival. The sampling technique using purposive sampling obtained a sample of 95 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that simultaneously perceived quality, perceived price, and social media marketing positively and significantly affected purchase intention. Likewise, partially perceived quality, perceived price, and social media marketing positively and significantly affect purchase intention. Keywords: Perceived Quality, Perceived Price, Social Media Marketing, Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of attractions and tourist facilities on repeat visit interest through visitor satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative method with explanatory research type. The population of this study were visitors to New Mitra Apel with a sample size of 70 respondents obtained using non-probability sampling techniques with a purposive sampling approach. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.9 software. The results of this study indicate that tourist attraction has no effect on repeat visit interest, tourist facilities affect repeat visit interest, attractiveness and tourist facilities affect visitor satisfaction, visitor satisfaction affects repeat visit interest, attractiveness and tourist facilities affect repeat visit interest through visitor satisfaction. Keywords: Tourism Attractions, Tourism Facilities, Interest in Revisiting, Visitor Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to analyze and determine whether or not there is an influence of promotion, price and quality of a product on purchasing decisions. The population and sample in this study were 8 respondents who were consumers of pure cow's milk in Tlekung Junrejo Batu village. Questionnaire collection is the method used to obtain data in this research. The data analysis methods used in this research are Instrument Test, Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test. SPPS was used to analyze this research process. Promotion, price and product quality have a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase Pure Cow's Milk in Tlekung Junrejo Batu Village.  Keywords: Promotion, Price, Product Quality, Purchasing Decision
