Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Dunia Plastik Raya partially or simultaneously. The population used in this research was all employees at PT. Dunia Plastik Raya numbers 40 people. Respondents in this research were employees at PT. Greater Plastic World. This population consists of 40 employees, so the sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sampling technique (census sample). Data analysis used SPSS 25 with multiple linear regression. The results of the research partially show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. Simultaneously the work environment and compensation have a significant effect on employee satisfaction at PT. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of promotional and sales prices and brand image on customer satisfaction at the Omah Spices Ireng shop. The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population and sample of this research are the customers of Ireng Spice House. The research sample was taken from the population using a sampling technique in the form of a purposive sampling method with sample measurements using the Malhotra method. The results obtained using the multiple linear regression test Y = -8.665+0.803X1 +0.088 X2 + 0.622X3 +e, and the research tests used the f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that partially the price perception and brand image variables have a positive effect on customer satisfaction at Warung Omah Bumbu Ireng while sales promotion variables have no significant effect on customer satisfaction at Warung Omah Bumbu Ireng. While simultaneously the perception of price, sales promotion and brand image together have a positive effect on customer satisfaction at Warung Omah Bumbu Ireng. Keywords: Perceived Price, Sales Promotion, Brand Image and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The object of this research is PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) with a sample size of 95. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data analysis tools. Based on the results of partial research analysis, leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, partially Work Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, partially motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The café business in Indonesia is rapidly growing and holds significant potential despite intense competition, due to the increasing interest in coffee. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image, green marketing strategy, and emotional desire on purchasing decisions for Kopi Studio 24 products. The research approach used is quantitative, with data collection through questionnaires. The population in this study consists of consumers who have visited Kopi Studio 24 Sigura-Gura. The sample was calculated using the Malhotra formula, resulting in 70 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis methods include validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination. Partially, brand image, green marketing strategy, and emotional desire have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions for Kopi Studio 24 products. The contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable is 75.4%, while the remaining 24.6% is influenced by other variables outside the research model. Keywords: Brand Image, Green Marketing Strategy, Emotional Desire,Purchasing Decisions, Kopi Studio 24

Abstract

Abstract Product quality is a condition of goods or services being marketed that meet standards or criteria in satisfying customer needs for a good or service. Therefore, product quality is very important in measuring the level of customer satisfaction. Service quality is any action or activity that can be offered by a party to another party which is basically intangible and does not result in any ownership. Furthermore, the location of the Bp Café is located in an alley and the lack of public transportation access to reach this place will make it difficult to find the Bp Café. The location factor is an aspect that needs to be studied, location is a vital aspect in the development of this type of business. The more strategic the business location, the easier it will be for customers to come to visit and make purchases. Customer satisfaction is a feeling of satisfaction or disappointment resulting from a comparison of product performance or results with expectations. Abstract

Abstract The aim of research using this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to determine and analyze the influence of recruitment, selection and training on teacher performance at SDN Kembirita, Banyuwangi Regency, both simultaneously and partially. The population of this research is all elementary school teachers in ten Kembiritan elementary schools, totaling 79 permanent teachers. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, where all members of the population were used as a sample and a total of 79 respondents were found. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS analysis tools. Based on the results of this research, simultaneous and partial recruitment, selection and training have a significant influence on teacher performance at SDN Kembirita, Banyuwangi Regency. Keywords: Recruitment, Selection, Training, And Performance

Abstract

Abstract The development of e-commerce in Indonesia is getting faster and creating more competitive competition between e-commerce. Strategies and feature innovations are often made to improve the shopping experience, one of which is live streaming shopping. Currently, live streaming shopping is the latest and most popular trend in online shopping. Shopee Live is the live streaming shopping feature that is most often used by Indonesians. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price discounts, online customer reviews, and free shipping vouchers on impulse buying of Shopee live users. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. Sampling was conducted on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang using the Malhotra formula so that a sample of 75 respondents was obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 analysis tools. The results showed that partially price discounts, online customer reviews, and free shipping vouchers have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing brand image, product quality and price perceptions on purchasing decisions for Vivo brand smartphones (case study of Meteor Cell consumers in Batu City). The population in this study were consumers who made purchases at Meteor Cell outlets, and the sample used used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique, namely a sample taking technique with certain considerations. The sample collection technique used a quantitative method in the form of distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination using the SPSS application. Based on the research results, it is known that brand image, product quality and price perception simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, brand image has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and price perception has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for purchasing Vivo brand smartphones. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price Perception, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study investigates the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance in KUD Pakis, Malang Regency. The research variables consist of Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) as independent variables and Employee Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The findings suggest that partial regression analysis indicates a significant influence of Motivation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), while Work Discipline (X2) does not show a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). Moreover, simultaneous regression analysis reveals that both Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant influence on Employee Performance (Y). Keywords: Motivation, Discipline, Performance, Partial Regression, Simultaneous Regression

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Leadership, Communication, Work Environment on PT Employee Performance. Cimory Plant Pasuruan. The sampling technique used probability sampling to obtain a sample of 70 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that Leadership, Communication and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, Leadership and Communication have a positive and significant effect, while the Work Environment and employee performance have a positive and significant effect.  Keywords: Leadership, Communication, Work Environment
