Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of individual characteristics, job caharacteristics and organizational characteristics on the employee job satisfaction variable in the case study at the Wera District Office, Bima Regency. The sample used was all employees of the Wera District Office, Bima Regency, as many 70 respondent. Data collection methods used in this study were questiooaires and interviews.Based on the results of this study it is know that individual characteristics, job characteristics and organizational characteristics have a simultaneous influence on the variable of job satisfaction of employees at the Wera District Office, Bima Regency. Individual characteristics have a significant influence on the variable of job satisfaction of employees at the Wera District Office, Bima Regency. Job characteristics have a significant nfluence on the variable of job satisfaction of employees at the Wera District Office, Bima Regency. Abstract

Abstract This research is to find out and analyze how financial literacy and social environment influence the interest in investing in Islamic stocks at the Islamic University of Malang. The population in this study were 2022 Non-Faculty of Economics and Business Students of the Islamic University of Malang. This sampling technique uses purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria with 94 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant effect on the interest in investing in Islamic stocks and the social environment has a significant effect on the interest in investing in Islamic stocks. Abstract

Abstract The rapid development in the industrial world has resulted in fierce competition between business actors. One of these businesses is CV Bina Mandiri X. The purpose of this research with this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to find out and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and incentives on employee loyalty at CV Bina Mandiri X, either simultaneously or partially. The population in this study were all employees of CV Bina Mandiri X, totaling 60 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are used as a sample which is then found to be 60 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. Based on the results of this study, job satisfaction and incentives at CV Bina Mandiri X simultaneously and partially have an influence on employee loyalty. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Incentives And Employee Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract Those research aimed for determining the influence to normative commitment, continuity commitment and career development simultaneously Referring to the need for success in this research, this statistical analysis was carried out with a regression assessment (b1) = 0.716554 then accompanied by a tolerance assessment of 0.543, factors (career position development), and other factors that form freedom in the classical heteros test. has a detrimental value for the inter-factors in the independent variables in this experiment decreases. Furthermore, the regression assessment (b2) = 0.167, has the meaning of telling how a statement is considered capable of being used as an instrument. By having a valid conversation, it will form research that is useful for further research. Regression assessment (b3) = 0.118, explaining the meaning of the method of analyzing stacked data used for statistical production, explaining that with this explanation it can be explained carefully in terms of the factors that will be studied in the actual experiment. Furthermore, Based on the results of observations, where the development of career positions, they stated that focus and precision are needed in every activity. They learned this from previous corporations, so they can implement it within the company. Organizational culture with good program orientation from leaders will provide a real level of correlation in increasing the performance of PT employees. BRI of 82%, which explains the independent variables, namely Normative Commitment (X1), Continuous Commitment (X2), and Career Development (X3) is able to predict the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y). Then, the company's commitment to problem orientation can be realized in order to achieve the agreed goals of success of the work program. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze job analysis, performance allowances, and leadership at the Tourism and Culture Office of Lumajang Regency. The population in this study amounted to 163 and the sample taken amounted to 41 respondents. Collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 16. The sampling technique used quantitative methods and linear test data testing techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test and hypothesis testing.The results of the analysis show that job analysis, performance allowances and leadership simultaneously have an effect on employee performance, partially not significant effect on employee performance, but job analysis and performance allowances have an influence on employee performance at the Lumajang Regency Tourism and Culture Office. Keywords: Job analysis, Performance allowances, Leadership and Employee   Performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of online customer rating, online customer review , and free shipping on consumer purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace. This research uses a case study on active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang who were selected by purposive sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Malholtra formula and the results obtained were 65 respondents.  The data analysis methods used in this study are Instrument Test (validity test and reliability test), Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Hypothesis Test (F test and t test), and Test Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R2). The analysis process uses SPSS. The results of the study state that online customer rating, online customer review , and free shipping simultaneously affect purchasing decisions and partially online customer rating, online customer review , and free shipping have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Online Customer Rating, Online customer review, Free Shipping, and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of Celebrity Endorsement, Customer Satisfaction, Viral Marketing, and Halal Certification on customer loyalty towards Skintific Skincare Malang City. The sampling technique used proportional sampling to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results show that Celebriny Endorsement, Customer Satisfaction, Viral Marketing and Halal Certification simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, Celebrity Endorsement and Halal Certification have a positive and insignificant effect, while Customer Satisfaction and Viral Marketing have a positive and significant effect. Keywords: Celebrity Endorsement, Customer Satisfaction, Viral Marketing, Halal Certification

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of influencer marketing, EWOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth), and online customer rating on the purchase decision of Muslim fashion products on Shopee e-commerce. This study utilizes explanatory research methods through a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Sampling through non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The number of respondents as many as 70 people who are Shopee e-commerce users and have purchased Muslim fashion products at Shopee.  The results show that influencer marketing, EWOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth), and online customer rating simultaneously influence purchasing decisions and each independent variable have a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Influencer Marketing, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Online Customer Rating, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial mindset, and creativity on the entrepreneurial intentions of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang class of 2020. The research method used is Explanatory Research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 699 students from the class of 2020, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, with a sample of 87 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The research results show that entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial mindset, and creativity significantly influence students' entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship education makes a significant positive contribution to students' entrepreneurial intentions, which indicates that entrepreneurial knowledge and skills encourage individual interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords : Enterpreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Creativity, Entrepreneurial Intentions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of Transformational Leadership, Work Life Balance, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Food and Beverage Industry in Malang City (study on f&b sudimoro employees in Malang City) The population in this study were F&B sudimoro employees in Malang City. Determination of the number of samples using the Mahoeltra formula and obtained results as many as 70 respondents. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. To solve the problem in this study using the help of SPSS with the analysis method used in this study is validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the research Transformational Leadership, Work Life Balance, and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Employee performance, Transformational Leadership, Work Life Balance and Work Motivation
