Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of shopping lifestyle, hedonic shopping motivation, and discounts on impulse buying of Skintific skincare products at the TikTok Shop. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Sampling was carried out on female students in Malang City, using the Maholtra formula so that the sample obtained in this study was 80 respondents who were taken using a purposive sampling technique with criteria determined by the researcher. To obtain data, this research used a data collection method with a questionnaire. The data analysis used is instrument testing, normality testing, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS 25 application. The results of this study show that shopping lifestyle, hedonic shopping motivation, and discounts have a positive and significant effect simultaneously. on impulse buying Skintific skincare products on the TikTok Shop. Furthermore, partially, shopping lifestyle, hedonic shopping motivation, and discounts have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying of Skintific skincare products on the TikTok Shop. Keywords: Shopping lifestyle, Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Discount, Impulse Buying.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the partial influence between organizational culture, competence and career development on employee work productivity. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population that is the focus is employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sumenep Regency Branch. A total of 93 employees were selected as samples with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and analyzed through the Statistical Program Social Science (SPSS). The results of the study show that Organizational Culture, Competence and Career Development have a partial effect on Employee Work Productivity. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Competence, Career Development, Employee Work Productivity

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to analyze the influence of Brand Image and Hedonic Attitude towards K-Pop photocard buying interest through Korean Wave as intervening variables. This research used a type of causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The source of data is primary data derived from questionnaire distribution data at G.O Enhypen Indonesia and secondary data derived from documents, journals, previous researchers and other sources. The sampling technique in this study used the slovin formula which obtained a total of 82 samples with the questionnaire distribution method using the Likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression measured using SPSS. Hypothesis testing using t-test. The results showed that brand image and hedonic attitude affect buying interest. Partial brand image and hedonistic attitude Positively affect buying interest. Brand image has a positive and insignificant effect on buying interest through the Korean wave. While hedonic attitudes have a positive and significant effect on buying interest through the Korean wave. Keywords : Brand Image, Hedonic Attitude, and Korean Wave

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Yotube Online customer Reviews (X1), Product Quality (X2), and Price (X3) on Samsung Smartphone Purchase Decisions (Y). This type of research is quantitative research. By taking samples from students from the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2019, as many as 100 people had purchased Samsung brand smartphones as research subjects. Sampling used a formula technique from Naresh K Malhotra, and data collection was carried out using a survey method by distributing questionnaires. Data were processed using the SPSS application by carrying out instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. Based on the test results in this research, it shows that the variables Online Reviews on YouTube (X1), product quality (X2), and Price (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) of Samsung Smartphones. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of online advertising, brand image and price on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were Business Economics students at the Islamic University of Malang. This research uses a quantitative type of research, with a sampling method using a purposive sampling technique which is used based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 97 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 analysis tool. With the results of the multiple linear regression test, online advertising and brand image have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, while price has a negative effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it is known that simultaneously online advertising, brand image and price have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, partially online advertising, brand image and price have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Online Advertising, Brand Image, Price, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is to decide the influence of financial influencers, financial literacy, and overconfidence on cryptocurrency investment decisions among FEB students. The sample used in this study consists of 88 students. The data collection technique employed in this research is a questionnaire, and the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial influencers and financial literacy have a significant impact on cryptocurrency investment decisions, while overconfidence does not have a significant impact on cryptocurrency investment decisions. Keywords: Financial Influencer, Financial Literacy, Overconfindence, Investment Decision, Cryptocurremcy

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence compensation, work environment and career path have on employee performance at PT. MBK Ventura in the North Malang Region. The population in this study were employees at PT. MBK Ventura in the North Malang Region. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 42 respondents. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research simultaneously show the influence of compensation, work environment and career path on employee performance. Partially, Compensation and Career Path influence Employee Performance, while the Work Environment has no influence on Employee Performance. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment and Career Path and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the Bi Rate, Exchange Rate (IDR/USD), and Inflation on the Sharia Stock Index listed on JII. In this research, the population used was 30 Sharia Stock Index companies registered with (JII) during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic. The data used as samples were Sharia Stock Index data, annual BI Rate data, Exchange Rates and Inflation. All research variable data uses annual data, so data is obtained for the period January 2020 – December 2020. Bi Rate, Exchange Rate and Inflation on the Stock Index simultaneously influence the Sharia Stock Index recorded on JII for the 2020 period. Bi Rate has a negative and significant effect on Sharia Stock Index recorded on JII for the 2020 period. The exchange rate has a positive and significant influence on the Sharia Stock Index recorded on JII for the 2020 period. Abstract

Abstract The study aims to find out the impact of Influencer Marketing, Online Customer Review, and Price Perceptions on Purchase Decisions The Originote Hyalucera Moisturizer Case Study Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Islamic University of Armed Forces 2020. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a Slovin formula of 87 respondents. The study used SPSS data analysis methods in analyzing normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, double linear regression tests and adjusted R2 coefficient tests. Abstract

Abstract  This research aims to determine the influence of Perceived Organizational Support, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the performance of Malang Regency Regional Inspectorate employees. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population used was ASN employees of the Malang Regency Regional Inspectorate and 52 respondents were obtained using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection method uses an online questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Statistics 27 program. The research results show that Perceived Organizational Support, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partial job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and partial Organizational Citizenship Behavior has no significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Perceived Organizational Support, Job Satisfaction And Organizational Citizenship Behavior
