Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aim to determine and analyze the influence of trust, security, price, service quality, and perception of risk on purchasing decisions on E-commerce consumers both partially and simultaneously. The population and sample in this study were 85 people who were all students at UNISMA. Data collection through quetionnaires. Data analysis in this study using the help of SPSS version 14 with data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic  assumption test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, and testing the research hypotesis. The results of the analysis show that security and service quality partially have no significant effect on purchasing decision while trust, price and perceived risk have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously it shosw that trust, security, price, service quality, and perceived risk influnce the purchasing decisions of E-commerce consumers through the Shopee site.Keywords: Trust, security, price, service quality, perception of risk and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of differences in company stock prices before and after the acquisition of companies listed on the IDX in the period 2013-2017. This research is a type of quantitative research. The analysis used is seen from the stock price 1 day before the acquisition and the stock price 20 days after the acquisition. to distinguish stock prices before and after the acquisition this study uses the Paired sample T-test. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique that is the sampling technique based on certain criteria obtained 36 companies from 44 companies as a population.The results of this study indicate that there is no difference in the company's stock price before and after the acquisition in companies listed on the IDX for the period 2013-2017. Based on the results of the research obtained it is advisable for companies to be careful in making acquisitions so that later can benefit the company and its shareholders. Keywords: Stock Price and acquisition

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of product quality variables, brand image on satisfaction. Product quality, brand image, satisfaction with loyalty. And also the indirect influence of product quality, brand image on loyalty through satisfaction with Samsung smartphone users. The research method used is quantitative. The population and sample used in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Malang Islamic University. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique, while hypothesis testing uses path analysis.               The results of this study provide empirical evidence that there is a direct effect of product quality, brand image on satisfaction. Product quality, brand image, satisfaction with loyalty. There is also an indirect influence on product quality and brand image on loyalty through satisfaction. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Satisfaction, Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                                     This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing how the influence of Human Resource competence and Teacher Motivation on the Quality of Education in the Textile Vocational School of Pandaan. The sample in this study were as many as 79 respondents of students of SMK Textile Pandaan. The analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS Version 22 For Windows application. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it was found that the simultaneous test results showed that the calculated F value was 2439.594 with F significance of 0,000 (0,000 <0,05) so that it could be concluded that teacher competency and teacher motivation had an effect on the quality of education at SMK Textile Pandaan. variable test Teacher Competence and motivation show that partially Variables Teacher Competence and motivation have a positive effect on Education Quality.Keywords: Teacher Competence, Teacher Motivation, Education Quality

Abstract

ABTRACKFor three years starting from the 2015-2017 period the joint stock price index experienced fluctuations. In this study the author will discuss Exchange Rate, Bank Indonesia Certificate Interest Rate, Inflation and the Nikkei 225 Index which can affect the joint stock price index. The research of this paper uses Explanatory type. This research examines the population from sampling by using purposive sampling technique using two types of variables, namely Dependent Variables (dependent variable) and Independent Variables (independent variables). The results of this study are that the Exchange Rate variable has a significant effect on the JCI, the variable interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates has a significant effect on the JCI, the Inflation variable has a significant effect on the JCI, the Nikkei 225 Index has a significant effect on the JCI. Keywords: Exchange Rate, Bank Indonesia Certificate Interest Rate, Inflation, Nikkei 225 Index.

Abstract

ABSTRACT His research is based on curiosity and concern for economic conditions in society. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether there is an influence on the dimensions of service quality as a variable X1 and satisfaction as a moderating variable (X2) on member loyalty as a variable Y1. The results of the study then show that there is a significant effect between the dimensions of service quality on loyalty where the t test produces a significant value of 0,000 less than 0.05. Satisfaction variables significantly influence loyalty where the t test shows a significant value of 0.002 smaller than 0.05. Suggestions should be made by the Batang Batang branch of BMT NU to continuously improve the system of service quality dimensions for the sake of satisfaction that results in the creation of customer loyalty of BMT NU itself. Keywords: BMT NU Batang Batang Branch, Dimensions of Service Quality, Satisfaction, Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and influence the influence of leadership style and commitment to the behavior of membership (organizational citizenship behavior) on the employees of Yayasan Mima Nurul Huda Gondang Rejo Cakru Kencong Jember District. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, Normality Test, f test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equation in the can is as follows:The result of t test, there is no positive or significant influence of leadership style on membership behavior, and there is significant positive influence of organizational commitment to teacher membership behavior at Yayasan Mima Nurul Huda Gondang Rejo Cakru Kencong Jember Regency. Results simultaneously with F test show that all leadership style and commitment variables significantly influence OCB. Keywords: Leadership Style, Commitment, and Membership Behavior

Abstract

AbstractThe aims of this study is to examine the effect of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) on Branding Equity of PT. Bank Mandiri Persero Tbk. Branch Jakarta Gedung Jaya.The population of this study is the consumer of PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Jakarta Gedung Jaya. The researcher select 90 samples of customer using purposive sampling method. The data in this study is gained from multiple linear regression, classical assumption and hypothesis test.The results of this study indicate that advertising, personal selling, public relations, and event have significant effect on brand equity of PT. Bank Mandiri Branch Jakarta Gedung Jaya. On the other hand,  sales promotio dan, direct marketing have negative effect on  brand equity of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of celebrity endorsement on purchasing decisions at Blibli.com online shop, analysis of the influence of testimonials on purchasing decisions at Blibli.com online shop, and analysis of the effect of security on purchasing decisions at Blibli.com online shop. This research is a type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 81 active students of Islamic University of Malang. Data collection method is done by using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results show that celebrity endorsement influences purchasing decisions at Blibli.com online shop, testimonials do not affect purchasing decisions at Blibli.com online shop, and security influences purchasing decisions at Blibli.com online shop.Keywords: celebrity endorsement, testimonials, security, purchasing decisions at Blibli.com online shop

Abstract

Abstract This study looks for the effect of allowances and incentives on employee loyalty to employees of CV Putra Nusantara Sejahtera. This research is quantitative in nature which aims to find a significant effect partially and simultaneously. The number of respondents used were 47 respondents, all of whom were employees of CV Putra Nusantara Sejahtera. This research method was tested with validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test used is the normality assumption test and the multicollinearity assumption test and the heteroscedasticity assumption test. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous significant effect between the variables of allowances and incentives on employee work loyalty. Partially there is a significant effect of allowances on employee work loyalty, Allowances are the most dominant variable in employee loyalty at CV Putra Nusantara Sejahtera. Keywords: Allowances, Incentives, Employee Loyalty
