Abstract

AbstractGood performance in terms of quality and quantity enables the vision, mission and goals of the organization to be achieved. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Quality of Work Life, Communication and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Performance at PDAM Malang City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. From the results of this study, the following results were obtained: (1) simultaneously, the variables of Quality of Work Life, Communication and Organizational Citizenship Behavior had a significant positive effect on performance. (2) partially, the variable Quality of Work Life has a significant positive effect on performance. (3) the communication variable has a significant positive effect on performance. (4) Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable has a significant positive effect on performance. This means that the higher the level of Quality of Work Life, Communication and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the higher the performance. And vice versa, the lower the level of Quality of Work Life, Communication and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the lower the performance. Keyword : Quality of Work Life, Communication, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and  Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study's objectives are as follows: 1) Determine whether CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean's marketing strategy and SWOT analysis can increase customer interest in purchasing, and 2) Determine whether CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean's marketing strategy can be determined by SWOT analysis. 3) To learn how the marketing strategy used by CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean was put into action. Qualitative research was used for this study. Techniques for gathering data include conducting interviews, observing employees, and customers of CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean, as well as documenting those interactions. The SWOT matrix, IFE and EFE matrices, and SWOT diagrams are utilized in this study's data analysis. The study's SWOT analysis identified both internal and external factors, with the position of strength (strength) receiving a higher overall score of 3.65 and the position of weakness (weakness) receiving a score of 1.31. However, the company's position of opportunities (opportunities) on the external factors is greater than its position of threats (threats) with a score of 1.67. Because CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean is in quadrant I, which is a profitable position, the implementation of the strategy employs an aggressive growth strategy (Growt Oriented Strategy), according to the calculations from the analysis. CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean makes use of its advantages and opportunities. so that CC-Mart Sotabar-Pasean can survive and compete with its rivals using this strategy. Keywords : Marketing strategy, SWOT analysis, and consumer interest in purchasing.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to describe transformational leadership, motivation, work culture and employee performance and to determine the effect of transformational leadership, motivation and work culture on employee performance partially and simultaneously.This research method uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The sample of this study was the "SAE" Pujon Malang KOP employee using the Porpotional Random Sampling technique, which was 77 respondents. Data collection methods use questionnaires or questionnaires. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for Windows.The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership and work culture affect employee performance, while motivation has no influence on employee performance. Simultaneously transformational leadership, motivation and work culture influence the performance of KOP employees "SAE" Pujon Malang East Java. Keywords:Transformational Leadership, Motivation, Work Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of brand equity, brand image, brand trust, price and word of mouth on the purchase decisions of Nike brand shoes. This type of research is a type of explanatory research using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents who were users of Nike brand shoes. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know the effect of Earning Per Share  (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price to Book Value (PBV) to stock price. The dependent variable used is stock price, while the independent variables are Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price to Book Value (PBV). Research population is automotive and component sub sector companies listed in BEI years 0f 2015-2018 as many as 12 companies. Sampel obtained 12 companies by using purposive sampling technique. This research used secondary data. Data analisys technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and classic assumption test. The research results show that Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price to Book Value (PBV) had a significant positive effect on stock pricec to automotive and component sub sector companies listed in BEI years 0f 2015-2018. However Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on stock price to automotive and component sub sector companies listed in BEI years 0f 2015-2018.Keywords: Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price to Book Value (PBV), Stock Price.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted with the aim. 1) To determine and analyze the effect of working capital management on profitability. 2) To determine and analyze the effect of liquidity on profitability. 3) To determine and analyze the effect of solvency on profitability. 4) To determine and analyze the effect of activities on profitability. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The criteria that have been determined in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2019 period, manufacturing companies that have positive working capital management during 2017-2019, manufacturing companies that issue financial reports using rupiah. and audited and reported reports at the end of December. Based on observations of these criteria, 36 companies were obtained. Methods of data analysis using quantitative methods using descriptive statistical testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis testing, t test (partial testing). The results showed that all working capital turnover (WCT) variables had a negative and significant effect on earnings per share (EPS), current ratio (CR). has no significant effect on earnings per share (EPS), the debt to equity ratio (DER) has a positive and significant effect on earnings per share (EPS), and total assets turnover (TAT) has no significant effect on earnings per share (EPS). Keywords: Working Capital Management, Financial Ratios, Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TAT)

Abstract

Abstract    This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and quality of information systems on Grab customer satisfaction. The population in this study are Grab customers at the Unisma Faculty of Economics and Business. The sample used is some students with the respondents being Grab customers. The technique used in sampling is a technique by using the selected sample is 67 respondents. Data was collected by using a questionnaire method. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 14 (Statistical Products and Service Solutions version 14). The test data used are simultaneous hypothesis testing (f), coefficient of determination (R2), and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that the independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the dependent variable. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test, the Adjusted R value was obtained at 74.7%, while the remaining 25.3% was influenced by other variables not included in this study. Based on the partial test results, three variables affect customer satisfaction, service quality (sig = 0.045), price (sig = 0.005) and information system quality (sig = 0.030) affect customer satisfaction.          Keywords: the effect of service quality and price on custumer satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to identify and analyze the quality of services consisting of (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) to the decision to borrow online funds on Kredivo both simultaneously and partially, and to know which variables are the most dominant. This study uses quantitative research types. The population in this research is a user of the online funds loan service Kredivo. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analyses treated with SPSS 16.0 software. The data collection method is a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the quality of service consisting of (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) was simultaneously and partially influential in the consumer's decision to borrow online funds on Kredivo, and the dominant influential variable physical evidence of consumer decision-making online funds on Kredivo, while the reliability of significant negative influence on consumer decisions was made online funds on Kredivo.Keywords: quality of service, online loan funds

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the influence of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions for ASUS brand laptops. The population and samples are all consumers of the Multika Computer store in the City of Pasuruan 2019 who use Asus Brand Laptops. The consumers at the Multika Komputer store and the research population are 275.In this study, using data analysis techniques such as questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis tool used in the study used an application in the form of software in the form of SPSS version 16. The method of research analysis was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolonierity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test. Partially that consumer behavior (culture, social group, personal, and psychological) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and simultaneously that consumer behavior (culture, social group, personal, and psychological) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Culture, Social Group, Personal, Psychological and Purchase Decisions.
