Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of the use of e-commerce on the income of SMEs in Probolinggo City, East Java. This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach, which was conducted to examine the effect between variables. The population in this study is MSMEs in Probolinggo City. From this population a sample will be determined using the formula method of Slovin so that a sample of 99 samples is obtained. Data analysis in this study consisted of instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test.The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the t test there is an influence between the variables of e-commerce utilization on the income variable of MSMEs in Probolinggo City. R Square of 17.3% to the dependent variable, namely MSME income (Y) can be explained by the variable of e-commerce utilization (X) while 82.7% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Keywords: UMKM Income, Utilization of E-Commerce

Abstract

Abstract               The purpose of this research is to how influence analysis Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Return on Assets (ROA) to Stock returns.              The population in this research is sector companies in infrastructure, utilities and transportation listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2017. Sample selection using purposive sampling method. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t test.              The results showed that the variable Current Ratio (CR) had a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns. Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns. And Return on Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Keywords: Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Return On Assets (ROA) and stock returns.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis current research aimed to know influence of motivation, diciplin of work, and job satisfaction for the employee’s performance In village unit cooperative of Pakis, Malang regency.This current research was conducted by means of explanatory, motivation research data, dicipline of work, and job satisfaction for the employee’s performance village unit cooperative of Pakis, Malang regency. Sample of this research is all employee’s in village unit cooperative of Pakis, Malang regency. Data collecting through questionnaire. The analysis used is instrument test, normality test, analysis multiple linier regression, classical assumption, hypothesis testing. The results have shown that partially motivation has an important effect on employee performance, work discipline has an important effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has an important effect on employee performance and simultaneously motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction have an important effect on employee’s performance in village unit cooperative of Pakis, Pakis district, Malang regency. Keyword. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian dilakukan di UPT Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Kota Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh sanksi, motivasi dan lingkungan terhadap disiplin kerja secara parsial maupun simultan. Variabel ini menggunakan sanksi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel independenn, disiplin kerja pegawai sebagai variabel dependen. Sampel yang digunakan adalah semua pegawai UPT Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Kota Malang sebanyak 37 responden dan disebut dengan penelitian sensus. Metode pengumpulaan data menggunakan kuesiioner (angket). Analisiss yang digunaka meliputi uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji linier regresi berganda, dan ujii hipotesis menggunakan analisi regresi liinier berganda dngan bantuan software SPSS 16.0 for windowss. Hasil penelitiann menunjukkan bahwa sanksi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja UPT PKB Kota Malang, Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja UPT PKB Kota Malang, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja UPT PKB Kota Malang, sanksi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai UPT Pengujian kendaraan bermotor kota malang. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial hanya sanksi yang tidak berpengaruh sedangkan motivasi dan lingkugan kerja berpengaruh siggnifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai UPT PKB Kota Malang. Namun secara simultan variabel berpengaruh terhadap displin kerja pegawai UPT PKB Kota Malang.Kata Kunci : sanksi, motivasi, lingkugan kerja, disiplin kerja pegawai

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine Knowing the influence of the organization and motivation on organizational commitment. The data used in this study are Primary data, the research population is the management of the Indonesian Islamic Student Movement organization Rayon Alfarabi while the study sample was taken from the population using sampling techniques using proportional stratified random sampling method.The results obtained using the multiple linear regression test Y = 3.102+ 0.139X1 + 0.202X2 + e, and the test from this study used the t test. The results showed that the partial variable of organizational culture and motivation had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment and leadership partially or simultaneously on employee performance. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a sample of 64 respondents taken using proportional random sampling. Data analysis using normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis test (F test and t test). The results showed that that organizational culture simultaneously influenced employee performance; organizational commitment partially influences employee performance; leadership has a partial effect on employee performance. Organizational culture variables, organizational commitment and leadership partial  influence employee performance. Keywords:  organizational culture, organizational commitment and leadership, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Recruitment, Educational Background and Selection on Employee Performance Study on KUD Pakis Malang employees. The type of research used is quantitative research with questionnaire distribution method. The sample in this study were 33 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. The variables used in this study are the performance variable (the dependent variable), while the independent variables are Recruitment, Education Background, and Selection of Employee performance. The results of this study conclude that the variables of recruitment, educational background and selection have an effect both simultaneously and partially on employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Recruitment, Educational Background, and Selection.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to know and analyze work discipline, work motivation and career development have an effect simultaneously on the performance of employees of KUD Pakis Malang. To Know the Effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance of KUD Pakis Malang. To determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of employees of KUD Pakis Malang. To determine the effect of career development on employee performance of KUD Pakis Malang.The population of this study was 33 respondents, and all 33 participants in the sample used experimental methods as the population did not exceed 100 people. Information was then gathered through questioning. Details used SPSS version 16 in this study. Experiments using state-of-the-art and data analysis methods utilize test evidence, test reliability, standard visual analysis, multiline analysis, and test data analysis.The results of the data analysis show that work discipline, motivation and career growth simultaneously affect employee productivity, and in some cases work discipline and career motivation affect the performance of KUD Pakis Malang employees. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This researcher aims to find out (1) the influence of Brand Ambassador on consumer buying interest, (2) the influence Discount on consumer buying interest, the population in this research is Unisma students of the Faculty of Economics and Business 2018 who are consumers at Tokopedia, the number of samples is 90 respondents, the selection technique The sample used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this study is instrument test, normality test, classical assumption test, namely multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and assumption test of multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that the Brand Ambassador variable Discount has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest which is 0.000 <0.05.  Keyword : Brand ambassador, discount, and consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at the Kotabaru Student Association in Malang City, which is a regional organization that accommodates South Kalimantan Kotabaru students who are actively registered in universities in Malang. The purpose of the study was to determine whether Leadership, Motivation and Discipline in Organizations Against Organizational Commitment. The type of research used was quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study were 48 respondents and data processing using SPSS computer program. The variable used in this study is Organizational Commitment (dependent variable), while the independent variables are Leadership, Motivation and Discipline in Organization. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. Suggestions for further researchers who are interested in the same topic, it is better to do further research on other variables that can affect the organizational commitment variable, as well as examine more references to the factors that cause the decline in organizational commitment. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Discipline in Organization, Organizational Commitmen
