Abstract

 Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine sales promotion, store atmosphere and brand image effect on repurchase intention at ortho kopi coffee house malang. By using a sample of consumers at ortho kopi coffee house malang, the results show that partially sales promotion, store atmosphere, and brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Simultaneously sales promotion, store atmosphere and brand image together have a positive and significant effect of 83.1% and the remaining 16.9% is influenced by other variables that are not explained in this study. Keywords: brand image, store atmosphere, sales promotion, repurchase intention

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress, leadership style, motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with a total sample of 64 nurses. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, based on the results of this study that work stress does not affect employee performance, leadership style affects employee performance, motivation does not affect employee performance and organizational culture affects employee performance.. Keywords : Work Stress, Leadership Style, Motivation, Organizational Culture,                    And  Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to identify and analyze the influence of word of mouth, service quality, product quality and location toward customer purchasing decision at Surya Indah Shop, Jombang. The explanatory research was applied to quantitative approach. The method of the research was multiple linear regressions. The sample of the research was taken through slovin formula with accidental sampling technique to have the sample based on accidental condition. Therefore, the participant in this research was the people who met to the researcher accidentally and assumed as the data resource. The number of the respondent was 98 respondents as the sample of 4500 respondents as the population.The findings showed that the word of mouth has partially influence toward purchasing customer decision, service quality has significant influence on the purchasing decision, product quality and location has significant affect toward purchasing decision customer at Surya Indah Shop as well. In the other hand, the result simultaneous test displayed that the word of mouth, service quality, product quality and location. Keyword: word of mouth, service quality, service product and location

Abstract

                                                 ABSTRACTTo find out a description of work motivation, job satisfaction, work attitude and employee performance at the Klojen District Office and Lowokwaru District, Malang City. The population and sample were employees of the Klojen District Office and Lowokwaru District Malang City were 67 people. Data collection through questionnaires. The analysis in this study used SPSS version 20. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and testing data used in this study included descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and research hypothesis testing.Keywords: Motivation, Satisfaction, Work Attitude, and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRAK The purpose of this  research is to examine  the influence of Devidend Per Share (DPS),  Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Return On Asset (ROA) on strock price stock. The sample in this study is a manufacturing company, and industrial sectors and chemil sectors in indonesia strock exchange in 2013-2016. Methods of statistical analysis used multiple regression with SPSS 16.0 for windows.The results show that Devidend Per Share (DPS) not significantly affect the strock price. Return On Equity (ROE) not significantly affect the strock price. Net Profit Margin (NPM) not significantly affect the stock price. Return on asset (ROA) significantly affect the stock price.Keywords  : Devidend Per Share (DPS), Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Asset (ROA), stock price.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the Effect of Service Quality, Price and Place on Customer Satisfaction of Cus-Cus Café Malang. The variable used in this study is the customer satisfaction variable as the dependent variable, while the independent variable is Service Quality, Price and Place. Data were collected through a questionnaire method with a total sample of 92 respondents.The results of this study together conclude that there are Effects of Service Quality, Price and Place on Customer Satisfaction of Cus-Cus Café Malang and partially conclude that there is Effect of Service Quality, Price and Place on Customer Satisfaction of Cus-Cus Cafe Malang. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Place, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to conduct empirical testing on the effect of financial performance, good corporate governance and debt policy on company value in Infrastructure, utilities and transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2019. Based on the criteria used by researchers, a total of 56 samples were obtained. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. In this study, financial performance is obtained by calculating ROA. For the measurement of good corporate governance is done by calculating the size of the board of commissioners, the independence of commissioners and the audit committee. For the debt policy in this study using DER.From the results of this study, it can be seen that ROA has a positive and significant effect on firm value, the size of the board of commissioners has a positive but not significant effect on company value, independent commissioners have a positive effect but not significant on company value, the audit committee has a positive but not significant effect on company value, while DER has a positive and significant effect on company value.Keywords: Company value, financial performance, good corporate governance, debt policy.

Abstract

Abstract The number of businesses in the retail sector at this time makes entrepreneurs to implement better marketing strategies, not only preparing accurate marketing strategies but also need to provide brands that are suitable for the characteristics of consumers, such as the Al-Khaibar minimarket which uses Islamic branding as an identity. in providing or offering products that are in accordance with consumer needs. Seeing Indonesia as a Muslim country with the highest population level makes this a very good marketing strategy.In this study using a quantitative approach with primary data. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to consumers of the Al-Khaibar minimarket. The total sample in this study was 95 respondents and then processed using SPSS statistical software and then using multiple linear regression. The analysis used in this study included measurements of validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumptions.The findings in this study indicate that Islamic branding and religiosity have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, both simultaneously and partially. So it can be concluded that the stronger the Islamic branding created and the higher the level of buyer religiosity, the purchasing decisions will also increase. Keywords: Islamic branding, Religiossty, Purchasing decision.

Abstract

AbtractAt this time the development of the times occurred very rapidly, followed by increasingly sophisticated technological developments. Several aspects of life are affected by the development of this technology. Developments are very visible in various fields, such as transportation and the most striking thing is technology, which is supported by the internet, the internet can connect internet users from all over the world so they can communicate via electronic communication. One of the Online Shop companies in Indonesia is JD.ID with the slogan Beware of being deceived, fake goods. JD.ID was formed in collaboration between JD.com and an Indonesian Partner. JD.com is one of the largest online B2C stores in China in terms of number of transactions. Jd.com is Alibaba's biggest rival, the market leader in China, JD.ID is working with Provident Capital. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. In this study, the population used was students who had registered the Faculty of Economics and Business and who made purchases at JD.ID, totaling 90 respondents. The result of this research shows that trust, safety and service quality variables simultaneously to purchasing decisions at JD.ID in FEB students of Islamic University of Malang. The variables of Trust, Safety and Service Quality partially influence the Purchasing Decision at JD.ID for FEB students of the Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Trust, Security, Service Quality and Purchasing Decisions
