Abstract

Abstract This study used a quantitative approach to ascertain the impact of Brand Image, Product Packaging, and Pricing on Buying Choices for Emina's beauty goods. 90 respondents were included in the study's sample, which was calculated using the Slovin formula. Primary data collected through a questionnaire is what was used. The validity and reliability of the instruments, as well as tests for normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous tests, partial tests, and coefficient of determination, were all utilized in this work. According to the research's partial findings, Brand Image has a favorable and large impact on purchasing decisions, but Product Packaging has no impact and Pricing has a marginally significant impact. From the research that has been done, the results show that brand image is more influential than the other two variables.  Keywords: Brand Image, Product Packaging, Price and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Exchange Rate, Inflation, SBI Interest Rate, and International Stock Index Against the Composite Stock Price Index. The analytical method used is a multiple linear regression analysis method carried out with the SPSS 14.0 program. this study uses monthly data for the 2014-2017 period on each research variable. The results of this study partially show that the exchange rate has a significant negative effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, Inflation has no significant effect on the direction of the Composite Stock Price Index, SBI Interest Rate does not significantly influence the negative direction of the Composite Stock Index, the Nikkei 225 Index has a negative effect significant to the Composite Stock Price Index, the Dow Jones Index has a significant positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index.Keyword : Exchange Rate, Inflation, SBI Interest Rate, Nikkei 225 Index, Dow Jones Index, joint stock price index.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was aimed to investigate the influence of solvability,liquidity and firm size to profitability in the consumer goods company at BursaEfek Indonesia (BEI) period 2011-2015. The population of this research is everyconsumer goods company enlisted in the BEI at the year 2011-2015. The sampleswere obtained by using the purposive sampling method until only 27 companieswere qualified as samples. This research used secondary data and multipleregression analysis method.The result of this research shows that the variable of solvability hasnegative and significant effect to the profitability, the variable of liquidity hasnegative and insiginificant effect to the profitability, the variable of firm size hasnegative and significant effect to the profitability.Simultaneously variablesolvability, liquidity and firm size to profitability have significant influence onprofitability.Keywords: Profitability, Solvability, Liquidity, Firm Size

Abstract

ABSTRACT               This study aims to discuss and analyze experiential marketing towards customer satisfaction. The population consists of 500 and the sample consists of 83 consumers. Data collection in this study through a questionnaire. Data analysis in the study using SPSS version 14. Testing the application of data used in this study include multiple regression analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, and research hypothesis test.               Indicator analysis shows that the marketing experience of taste indicators, thinking, acting, and partial relations have a partial interest in customer satisfaction while indicators feel no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Experience based marketing strategies that consist of indicators of feeling, feeling, thinking, acting and relating to influencing consumers.Keywords: sense, feel, think, act, and relate

Abstract

Abstract               This study aims to determine the effect of lecturer service quality and lecture facilities on Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang student satisfaction. The data used in this study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The study population was students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNISMA, while the sample used was the Management Study Program, Accounting and Sharia Banking in the 2016-2018 class year at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The research sample was taken from the population using a sampling technique in the form of a purposive sampling method. The results obtained by using multiple linear regression test Y = -5,933 + 0,287 x_1 + 0,313x_2 + e, and this research test uses the f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that the quality of lecturer services partially influences student satisfaction and lecture facilities affect student satisfaction. While simultaneously the quality of lecturer services and lecture facilities affect student satisfaction. Key words: Lecturer Service Quality, Lecture Facilities and Student Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTConducting the research it has several aims as follows: (1) To find out theeffect of Modal Structure toward taking the investment decision throughConsumer Good sub sector of food and Beverage Company, (2) to find out theeffect of profitability of taking the investment decision through Consumer Goodbusiness of sub sector of food and Beverage Company, (3) finding the effect ofcompany dimension of taking the investment decision through the Consumer Goodbusiness of sub sector of food and beverage company.The population of research includes all the food and beverage company that wasnoted at the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) on period 2012 – 2016. Duringconducting this research it use the purposive sampling as the sample selection.According to the criteria that led the research, there are 11 companies used as thesample of research. The method that will be used is regression linear bifilar as themethodology of research.Based on the result of this research, it can be point out into several conclusionssuch as: 1)The result of the t-test shows that modal of structure variable does nothave significantly impact on the investment decision. It reveals that the significantscore occurred by the structure of modal on 0,05 is 0,156. 2) The result of the ttest from profitability variable also shows that it does not have any significanteffect for the investment decision. This fact reveals that the significant scoreobtained the profitability on 0,05 is upper in 0,813. 3) The variable dimension ofthe company gives the significant impact toward investment decision; whereas itmeans that the significant score of variable size company under 0,05 is 0,04.Keywords: Structure of Modal, Profitability, Dimension of Company, andInvestment Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage, and Profitability on Financial Distress (Case Study of Textile and Garment Sub Sector Companies on the Stock Exchange in 2017-2019). The population in this study uses the textile and garment sub-sector companies on the Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 with a total of 22 companies. Determination of the sample is based on the purposive sampling method, using sample determination criteria, namely the textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2017-2019, the textile and garment sub-sector companies that publish financial statements in 2017-2019, companies that have full information on data related to this research. Based on the sample criteria. Based on the sample criteria, 20 companies were used as samples. Data analysis techniques in this study used logistic regression analysis. The results showed that liquidity and leverage did not have a significant effect on financial distress, whereas profitability had a significant negativeeffect onfinancial distress.   Keywords: Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability and Financial Distress.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial performance on the social responsibility of banking companies, especially state-owned banks in Indonesia. The research object is all state-owned banks in Indonesia for the period 2010-2019. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial reports from each bank. The independent variable is financial performance (size, profitability and leverage), while the dependent variable is corporate social responsibility. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that size and profitability have an effect on corporate social responsibility at state-owned banks, while leverage has no effect on corporate social responsibility at state-owned banks in Indonesia.Keywords: Size, profitability, leverage, Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract

AbstractFinancial management is very important in terms of business, budget or other management such as Village Fund Budget (ADD). The village has the right to regulate its territory which includes public policy, village fund finance, implementation of development and development. The Village Fund Budget (ADD) itself is a fund derived from the District or City BUDGET obtained from central and regional finance allocated from the government then transferred to the region and intended for the area itself. The author will make observations to collect general data as research material whether financial management in Kasembon Subdistrict has been running and carried out in accordance with theory, and evaluate the performance of staff members in Kasembon Subdistrict. This study the author using a qualitative method. Village funds either in terms of management or in terms of taking policies need to be done. Community involvement in the village fund always prioritizes deliberation and mufakad both fellow communities themselves and to community leaders of Kasembon Subdistrict. Another impact of the village fund on the people of Kasembon Subdistrict, namely the development of infrastructure and non-infrastructure, the village is more advanced with development and it is expected that the village can grow independently. Factors that affect the effectiveness of village fund management is human resources, data collected by author during research process identified that there is a form of realization in the form of physical development that can be enjoyed by the community, especially Kasembon Subdistrict since the village fund. The effectiveness of management is also felt by the community, because the development carried out is a community need to support the empowerment of human resources in the future, especially in Kasembon District. Furthermore, this deliberation activity resulted in a village fund management plan related to the financial management of the village itself as well as the development plan to be carried out. The next step then the village device makes RKP Desa, then continued by making the village fund. Village funds with covering the receipt and expenditure of funds. The Kasembon District Government disbursed funds, then after that it was spent in accordance with what was estimated in the Village Fund and carried out programs that had been jointly prepared at village deliberations. Keywords : Implementation, Village Fund, Allocating, Development

Abstract

Abstract Instruments or means of payment have undergone changes, starting from conventional payment instruments in the form of metal and paper, now developing in a more practical form, namely electronic payment instruments. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived convenience and security on the decision to use shopeepay e-wallet. The type of research is quantitative research with a population of management students at the Islamic University of Malang Batch 2018 totaling 565 students who use the shopeepay application and purposive sampling is carried out and a test of 100 respondents is gotten. The information were then examined by numerous straight relapse test with the assistance of SPSS 25 programming. The outcomes showed that apparent straightforwardness altogether affected the choice to utilize shopeepay e-wallet. In like manner, the impression of safety to some degree altogether affects the choice to utilize shopeepay e-wallet.
